Check-in was pretty smooth. I was allocated the room just above the main entrance as such, it can be quite noisy whenever people get in or out of the hostel with the door slamming and some vibration felt! The bathroom and wc are fairly clean and tidy. Very cosy common area to mingle and make new friends. Kitchen has all the basic necessity. I especially like the small area right outside my room where i can have a light meal and nice view of the surroundings. Bought the unlimited bus rides ticket via the Klappid app for travel within the Reykjavik capital city and bus svc 12 is just few steps away. If time permits, you can even walk to the coastal area for sight-seeing. Overall, i am very satisfied with my 8 nights stay at Laekur hostel!

It was better than we expected, friendly staff, clean amenities, spacious room, kitchen was provided as well, knowing everything is so expensive in Iceland, we can’t avoid to prepare our own food while getting ingredients from supermarket nearby. We’vecaught our first northern light in our life at the hostel nearby as well! Everything seems so perfect!

The bus hostel is really near the airport and quite walkable to major sightseeing like 20-30 minutes. Yet the Windows curtain could not even cover it well so if you sleep near a Windows in summer (as the night will be very bright) You will affect by the light. There was men snoring really hard so it affect as well (though this is not about the hotel) I got nose allergy and the entire time I stay in the hotel and it makes me feel very sick. The self check in system is quite good, yet the reception will be locked after 9pm(?) I was coming back at 10pm and there was no staff help unlocking the main entrance which the password is different. They provide no information about this. A few of us (new guests or those coming back) are locked outside until a guest know the password show up. This certainly not a good service at all. The toilet has automatic light which is Environmental friendly I like it, but it went off when I only have a short time in the toilet, this really not quite good. But the location is good and there is bus travel tour pick up from here.

Hostel 職員很盡責為客人解決問題，有洗衣機與乾衣機，收費亦比較合理，ISK2000對比有些hostel 來得平，但位有點遠離巿區，沒有車的人士可能帶來點不方便。有一個很舒服的common area。亦有風筒在common area，夜晚不怕嘈到其他住客。

我要客觀的來點評一下這個青旅 先説優點： 1.價格非常美麗 2000➕一點點住了五晚 在冰島的物價中算是很可以了 2.公共廚房和酒吧非常寬敞明亮 做飯非常方便 3.地理位置在市中心 去哪裡徒步15分鐘以內都很方便 附近也有公交站 4.青旅是極簡現代的設計 且設施較新 獨立的床簾私密性空間很好 再説可以改進的幾點： 1.衞生間和浴室有點少 偶爾需要排隊 2.真的希望可以單獨準備一個女生間 哪怕是多人間也沒關係 因為我這次的床是在門口 半夜有人進進出出 兩個男生半夜睡覺打呼嚕 巨吵 然後空氣也變得不好 一晚上被吵醒3次 崩潰 3.男生女生浴室衞生間可以劃分一下 混着確實有點不太衞生

Huge hostel that has some private rooms. The common bathrooms were kept very clean despite one of the shower rooms having a window that could easily be seen through from a lawn on the privacy. The beds in the dorms are a little rickety and I wondered if they were very stable but they held up during the two nights I stayed there. There were a lot of university students here and they were surprisingly well behaved.

Near city center, has free car park and few minutes walk away provided you can find an available one. Room is clean, 3 toilets with 2 showers, upstairs 1 toilet with shower. Quite a few rooms sharing the amenities. Full kitchen though a bit small.

服務很好,酒店位置很方便,從機場坐巴士到總站直接走過去,沒問題,我們夏天是很好的酒店,坐到巴士總站都不要進接待大廳,穿過花草上小路,當然你的行李別壓着花草,提一下下,見到人行馬路穿過高速公路,直接走,千萬別上天橋,穿過一直走你都能看到青年旅社,他就在冰島大學牌子邊上,帅哥服務生超好,提前讓我們入住,女經理也很好,有非常漂亮的大廳,和自己住得這棟樓的大厨房和餐廳,我們在那住得非常開心,經常自己煮餐,碰到的各國的朋友都很好,除了一對年青的台灣夫婦,提醒所有的華人出門在外,要有素質,冰島的物價是很貴,但你去到別人的餐廳千萬別幾個人才叫一份飲料,或一份餐,如果你們覺得太貴或只想打卡就派一個人進去,出門在外別把華人的臉都掉進啦,很多台灣的網紅讓人帶米帶公仔麵,其實冰島小豬超市什麼都有,也沒太貴,冰島是個物資缺乏的地區,因為地理的原因,他們真正做生意的時間不多,所以大家夏天去占用別人的資源,却幾個人才消費一份餐,有點過份,另外參加一日遊,覺得导游很專業,也請付點小費給司機和导遊,10元美金左右,那不是錢的問題那是對他們專業的肯定,別人會很開心,但這次在冰島我給小費导遊時,他很惊呀,他說從來沒碰見華人給過他小費,我說不會啊,我們香港人碰到服務好的都會付小費啊,可能現在的華人年青人,已沒有感恩別人服務的心,冰島的导遊非常專業,他們有的是大學老師,在夏天推廣他們冰島,所以出來帶團,却實像他所說,我們這倆車上除了一些西方人,和我們,沒看見幾個大陆女孩,有另外付小費,导游還特別在他們打卡的小教堂停下給他們,一路上也特別照顧她們.所以說如果去到別人的國家,覺得那裡的人沒給自己好臉色,檢討一下自己,就和我們香港人台灣人笑話大陸游客去到香港台灣不消費,自己帶泡麵,情況一樣,香港台灣消費貴,大陸客人覺得貴不值得,如果你笑話別人,自己去冰島帶米帶泡麵,那你也沒資格笑話大陸客人
