Good place, nice location, friendly staff. The private room was clean, good ac, good amenitie.s We've had some problems when we booked the backwaters day tour with them. But in general the place was good

A Wonderful experience. Ground staff members from housekeeping, reception to supervise and manager work as a coherent team . If housekeeping will not be prompt to clean the check out beds will get better. As most places are flexible.

Upon arrival I was greeted and offered a delicious “welcome” drink. I arrived very exhausted after two months in India with many challenges. I immediately felt calm. This was where I wanted to be. I had originally booked five nights after the first night. I asked if I could stay the month . Mellow Ladies Hostel had the energy of being with family, very welcoming. The rooms had privacy curtains and comfy beds, good sized lockers. Great showers, with the intense heat I was in there often! There is also a lovely café with a delicious menu offering a great variety of food and fresh juices. The young ladies who work there are lovely! By the end of the month it felt like home, I was sad to leave. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend staying at Mellow Ladies Hostel you will be happy you did ☺️

Located near cliff and its for friends

We stayed in A-cottage with sea view. Overall it was good experience. The black sand beach is 5 min walk away. Initially felt suffocated & washroom/toilet was smelling bad, but apart from that everything was good.

the property was at a prime location, very closer to railway station, Marine drive and centro mall. It was maintained clean especially the bed and the bathroom.

It was a wonderful stay experience! the host, rito, took care of the entire experience and ensured that each moment of the stay was fun, endearing and filled with adventure! his recommendations were bang on! tapas, the restaurant manager was absolutely amazing, fast and quick to understand and apprehend the food cravings! even though i was staying alone, not one of my meals were lonely since the staff, especially tapas would make it a point to converse every-time and fill the dining experience with small gestures like getting my coffee right even before i said, to make me feel at home! the bonfires by rito and the zostellers, followed by the late night jamming sessions are something that i am going to sorely missing till my next trip! zostel munnar had been an incredible choice for the city!
