+ great location in Kowloon + the staff was friendly and reasonably helpful + the common area was not big, but quite comfy and comparatively highly frequented by fellow travelers - the room/bed had a certain smell of disinfectant to it (no mosquitos or bugs at least, guess it was working) - the room could use renovation: slightly larger beds, a new coat of paint on the walls and de-griming the shower could do wonders... (pictures in other reviews suggest that some rooms are already in better condition than mine) - the toilets seem to not allow flushing down toilet paper, it goes into a waste basket instead, which is not uncommon in East Asia..., but this was a really small toilet and the basket was without a lid - no towels or slippers were provided (free of charge) Summary: reasonable budget hostel in a great location, but whose facilities could use some maintenance

the best hostel i have ever been to! i felt really safe and welcomed here:) the dormitory room is very well maintained and clean. i have had a really good sleep. the front desk staff is nice and helpful! i used the luggage storage room after the checkout, which was very convenient. there is everything you need like pantry room, laundry room, restaurant etc. thank you for making my stay so pleasant~

Not bad place, about price and quality. It’s also Kung Fu place. You can meet there good peoples specially Linda at reception. She is so helpful and kind, I can’t explain you that. Thanks for good moments everyone there! Also before I rent that place I was see some bad photos and something like this but is not about hostel, there is clean and careful but around have many markets exchanges and something like that. So this hostel at big mall at 3rd floor where you can find everything what you need. Don’t scare people there will not bite you! :)

We arrived earlier and the host was really accommodating and informed that we can check in early with no hustle as the room was ready. It's right next to TST station, close to main attractions. Maybe it's a bit outdated and worn out, however, for a short stay 1 day it's totally ok and maybe for HK even cheap.

Aivan mahtava paikka. Yövyin ensin naisten makuusalissa ensimmäisen yön, sitten ystäväni saapui ja jaoimme kahden hengen huoneen. Olin rehellisesti sanottuna todella vaikuttunut tästä paikasta. I’ve never been to a hostel in HK before. Didn’t realise that there were a few dotted around. I was only dipping in and out of the city and it was for a night. Really chill vibe, don’t worry if you forget the random toiletries as they have a collection from other travellers and some provided by the hostel like shampoo and body wash. Also some small snacks and fruit, coffee and tea. Nice vibe, slept well but the mixed room could do with some ventilation when the door is closed, it doesn’t smell too pleasant. Staff were friendly and as hostels go, it’s great for people who want to meet others to travel along with or get tips.

Great experience of staying there. Clean rooms, cool territory. Convenient shuttles, wonderful hiking trails around and magnificent sunsets!
