I had a wonderful stay at a&o Hostel Salzburg. The hostel is clean, well-organised, and conveniently located. What really made the experience special was the staff, Carolynn was exceptionally kind, friendly, and very helpful. She took the time to assist us properly and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Great service like this truly makes a difference. Highly recommended, especially thanks to Carolynn’s outstanding hospitality!

We love our stay. Location: very convenient, walking distance to popular landmarks, right next to the river with a lovely walking path. You can park your car for free during weekend, hotel staff can show you paid parking lots during weekdays Room and facilities: Room is nice and cozy with welcome drink and juice in the minibar. There is a common kitchen area with bridges and dishes where you can cook and even a share your food to others in case you cannot finish. Washing machine is available as well at the basement, you need to pay 5 Euro for the coin and detergent which is okay. I love there backyard garden where they plant lot of trees, flowers and veggies. Staff: very attentive and helpful. Always greet you with smiles, apples and candies at the reception is a special touch. They have luggage store as well in case you check in early. Love this hotel ❤️
