Great historic hotel!
Excellent location, about an 18 minutes walk to Boston Common. Great customer service, and check-in was quick and smooth.
Even though the bathroom is shared, I really liked the layout. The toilet, shower, and sink are all in one private space, unlike many hostels where the sink is communal and the toilet and shower are separate. The toilets are constantly cleaned, and the rooms are also very clean and well maintained.
The rooms and beds are comfortable, and the heating and air conditioning work perfectly. The gym is definitely a plus, and the free Halloween candies were a delightful touch!
I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Hotel location was great downtown right across tufts medical hospital. Service was great room was clean we ate at westeria is on the second floor of the hotel also the lobby is on the second level food was great also their is a Starbucks on the 1st floor. Staff was awesome we didn't get the breakfast and we didn't park a car parking fee was $65 a day i would stay here again. The bar at westeria and it superbowl weekend also parking outside hotel

Checked me in early which was really nice. Good location. Comfortable room. Not much of a view that I paid for. It takes forever to get in and out of the hotel the way it’s set up with the two elevators.

Room decor was a bit tired, but spacious. Would have liked a coffee pot, but not a big deal. We only spent one night. Overall the property was beautiful. We stayed in the motor lodge. There are several locations on property to stay.

Amazing and beautiful inside this hotel. Our room was so clean and comfortable we were very happy with our stay. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, we were able to find our restaurant and concert venue with the directions from the staff. Also very friendly staff in the breakfast area and quick to clean the tables and add more food.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Boston Crosstown Center for four nights during a business trip, and had a great experience. The location is convenient, with easy access to downtown and public transportation. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable—perfect for getting work done and resting after long days. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus. Overall, a reliable and comfortable stay for business travelers. I’d definitely return on future trips to Boston.

The hotel room was ok. I got the king bed wicked small room. The facilities seem neither new nor old. But the bathroom facilities are strange, including the sink and bathtub. They make movement not easy. The hotel was packed. Actually for me too many guests, maybe there was an event during my stay.

前台服務很好，晚上挺晚到的，還給了新烤好的曲奇餅乾，很貼心
房間挺大的，兩張那個大床住得很舒服，衞生間設施也不錯，衣帽間很方便
電視可以付費看netflix等片，也有有線電視
唯一不足是，咖啡機很臟，裏面外面都是灰，需要洗一下再用，提供的一次性杯子和杯蓋上也都是灰
不知道是不是這間房間很久沒人住過了

VVieraskäyttäjäWe spent a long weekend at this hotel. First, a free local shuttle express bus takes you from Logan Airport to Back Bay Station, which is just a four-minute walk from the hotel entrance. Check-in was smooth, friendly and efficient, and we were given our requested room.
Our room was spacious and well-equipped, with a fantastic view over Boston Bay. It had a spacious seating area, a large flat-screen TV, a full size in-room fridge, a spacious rain shower, and ice stations on each floor. The bed and bedding were of high quality, and there was a selection of pillows to choose from.
One of the most impressive features of this hotel is the in-room security safe, which is rare in many US hotels. There are also excellent food and beverage facilities on-site, and an extensive room service menu. The housekeeping was of a high standard, and complimentary water was provided each day.
If you haven’t already, I highly recommend signing up for the Marriott Bonvoy awards programme in advance of your stay. This will give you free WiFi for your entire stay.
The hotel is located in downtown Boston, with easy access to Back Bay and Copley Square metros, the Boston Public Library, Prudential Centre, and many other facilities such as supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes. I would highly recommend this hotel.

TTravelTheSkyI highly recommend this hotel! I stay at various hotels throughout the world and thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Staff were attentive and respectful, room was spacious, bathroom was spacious for a city hotel, everything was clean and location was great for many sites, drivers and subway/metro. I’m originally from Boston and Hotel Indigo will be top on my list for return visits. Comfortable bed, easy air con to adjust, plenty of towels. I always clean items like the remote control, phone and light switches with sanitary/bleach wipes before using them. I didn’t notice any dirt when cleaning these items…credit to the hotel’s hard working cleaning team! Thanks to the front desk team for an easy early check in and a quick check out!

Yyuan~er地理位置一般，衞生狀況還可以。我們是在那邊辦事所以選擇。如果是旅行就比較麻煩，因為打車到市區要三十美金，到哈佛大學也要三十美金。房間沒有拖鞋和洗漱用具，美國的酒店都沒有，很奇怪。早餐以冷餐為主，把它當成快捷酒店去住就好，不要想的和國內的希爾頓比，會失望，

I arrived a little before lunch as I was transferring from Westin right next door so I wasn’t sure if I had to wait until 4pm for checkin. The front desk staff took me in pleasantly without a fuzz, very thankful for that especially when I’m on a tight travel plan. The room was very spacious and clean plenty of clean bathroom supplies, shower was awesome with just the right water pressure. The only thing I would suggest is to just leave the complementary bottle water in room (especially during the summer season) as opposed to having to pick up at front desk (which I wasn’t aware until my friend told me who was also staying at the same hotel). However the room does have two bottles of water but they are priced. I did notice that the internet is not free if you are not a Marriott member (not sure if it’s a norm now days but I think Westin was free for hotel guest and both are under the same hotel Group, but it stood out in my experience with the Hotels as I just completed two weeks of travel right before the stay), so at Checkout I asked to ensure my member number is associated with my stay and the gentleman at the front desk kindly confirmed that the internet charge will be removed on final billing. That was a peace of mind for me. Very thankful again. Overall a comfortable stay and will revisit!

Душ и вся сантехника новые, все супер.
Современный телевизор
Свет, кондиционер, телевизор и пр. Управляется с планшета, что тоже очень удобно.
Есть два вида штор - блекаут и от яркого солнца.
Район удобный - можно быстро добраться до Кембриджа, до Даунтауна пешком 15 минут.

Отель находится в здании автовокзала, но народу немного и это соседство не ощущается. Зато рядом есть большой фуд-корт, огромный супермаркет где огромный выбор всего, в том числе алкоголя и готовой еды. Также через дорогу - литл итали, где много вкусных ресторанчиков и баров.
В общем, мы очень рады, что выбрали этот отель.
