Hotel is newer and still smells new in many places. Everything was clean, staff was friendly and helpful and the experience was good overall. I loved that coffee was available all the time. Breakfast was pretty basic but decent.

着急趕路，臨時住了一晚。比較驚喜的是酒店竟然提供免費的機場接駁巴士。按照圖示在Zone 2等待。機場酒店巴士即可。酒店很新，設施用起來也比較順手。連鎖酒店乏善可陳，總體滿意。

半夜三點房門被敲響 還以為自己做夢 驚醒後發現還在敲 透過貓眼孔查看 發現兩名男子 一黑人一白人 看上去也不像飯店人員或什麼正常人
我沒開門 他們也離開
接著我就再次準備入睡 即將睡著時 房門再度被敲響 甚至門把被轉動的動靜
我直接打開門 還是同樣兩個人 問他們要幹嘛 接著回了我幾句聽不懂的話 又離開了

This hotel was extremely convenient to visiting my granddaughter. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The one thing that was a problem was the water pressure in the shower. My hair is not very long and it took forever to get the shampoo out. Overall, comfortable visit.

VVieraskäyttäjäThe hotel was fine, nothing exciting, but clean and quiet. We had a first-floor king room. There are a few things I should mention. There was a slightly overpowering smell when we walked into the hotel. I didn't smell it as deeply as my husband, but he has a sensitive nose. There were holes in the sheet that stayed closest to your body, stains on the sheet, and one of the pillowcases. The pillows were uncomfortable and old. The towels were thin and old, too. The cloth on the pedestal or bottom of the bed was torn and hanging down. The bed was also tall and hard to get into. They only offer a grab-n-go breakfast, which didn't entice us. They still had chairs upside down on a lot of the tables while people were trying to eat their waffles, which was the only thing hot that was offered, except toast. The shower was clean and the water pressure was great. The refrigerator and microwave were clean and in good working condition. There was a hole in the wall from the door handle because they didn't have a doorstop in place. Also, the pool was closed. When a hotel has a pool and it's not used, that's kind of a red flag, if you like to swim, and maybe that's one of the reasons you would book a room with them. There was no mention of the pool being closed on the website. The only thing that annoyed me was the amount of paper taped up on the employee-only doors. It's just obnoxious and unprofessional, in my opinion. If the door is marked as ”employees only” that should be enough. However, if you're looking for an affordable, decent place to stay and aren't expecting anything plush, this hotel would work. We stayed two nights.

VVieraskäyttäjäafter an amazing experience in December staying in a corner suite I had my daughter for a daddy daughter Easter weekend and I decided to book the same corner suite to really treat her. We stayed from Friday, April 18 checked out Sunday midday April 20 when I arrived, I asked concierge if I could give them the bag of stuff from the Easter bunny. I simply asked if they could put it in the room not only did they put it in the room, but they had arranged everything in a very nice way that made my job. Is the Easter bunny very easy Sunday morning. shout out to Justin, Jesse Ishmael, Omar, Samuel Ingrid in housekeeping among several others you all make me feel like the most important person in the world. Every time I stay there when I know for a fact this time there were many more VIP guests than myself. I was a little hesitant that the pool may be a little boring for my seven-year-old daughter however we essentially could not leave. The happy Easter card under the door with the breakfast vouchers was an unbelievable surprise. I only wish I could bring an unlimited stack of cash to tip the team every time I stay at the Conrad because I never seem to bring enough. They deserve everything they get and more. Thank you all for providing me and my daughter with an unforgettable weekend and we will be back soon sooner rather than later!!! I cannot recommend taking To a corner suite anymore stayed in 1401 in December and 15 oh1 this past weekend just amazing amazing view of the city and an amazing room.

MMichael Len JohnsonThis is my second visit to the Baymont Inn & Suites. I found it to be as clean and quiet this time as I did a year ago. It's location is away from the city center but close to the I-465 bypass. The hotel has free parking. The area felt safe enough for me to venture out on foot.
Within 1 block is a Texas Roadhouse, Panera Bread, Starbucks, Cousins Subs, Payless Liquors, Azzip Pizza. Within one half mile are most of the fast food chain restaurants and a Walmart.
Check in was fast and friendly. The lobby is spacious and clean. The property features an elevator for guest use to access the second floor.
My suite was two rooms consisting of a bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed with clean linens and a TV. The other room featured a sofa, an armchair, a writing table and chair, and a television. A hall connected the two rooms containing a wet bar with a very cold mini-fridge. The bathroom was clean and an adequate size. All the amenities were correct throughout the rooms and functioned properly. I wasn't aware of any issues with noise coming from within or without the hotel.

VVieraskäyttäjäBathrooms were nice. Towels big & fluffy. Shower was WONDERFUL! Crack in tile at the rear of shower but it did not effect the shower itself. Not super soft water, which was great. Some places have water so very soft that a person never feels clean.
Bed was comfortable with lots of varied pillows; good choices. Television monitor big and responsive. All the lights worked and were good to read by.
Everything was covered in dust from construction. Breakfast lady did her best but not enough seats and dust hovered in the air. When we first arrived, we did not know how to get to the front desk to check in. (WHEN will you be finished remodeling?!)
Lady with green/blue hair tried to be nice but I am NOT her ”hon.” Three times she called me hon or honey. I'm 73. My wife standing right there. How about a little respect?

Tarkistamme asiakkaita ja varmistamme, että kaikki saivat mitä he tarvitsivat ja huolehtivat. Kolmannella kerroksellamme oli valtava, tilava, jossa oli kaksi jättiläistä Riverview-ikkunaa, ja oli puhtaampaa kuin minkä tahansa hotellin olen ollut aiemmin.
