The first room we were booked into had a terrible cigarette smell (it's a non smoking hotel), so they had to find us another room. The next room had its own issues. First thing we found was a bag of kibble in the fridge. The bathroom door had to be forced to shut completely, and the bathroom sink drained incredibly slow. They apparently tried to fix it, but it actually got worse after. If you are tall, you will hate the showers. The shower head is set at about 5'6”. Also, bring slippers, because the floors are filthy. I obviously cannot comment on every room, but the hotel is very dated and needs renovations. A few positives were that the staff was nice and accommodating, they serviced the room daily, the bed was comfy, and the shuttle service was great.

It was indeed a great place to stay when in Denver. Easy to navigate and locate. With nearby public parking and vallet. Not that new but since we are always out, its a great place to sleep. With bath and personal amenities (you just need to ask). Good deal for its price. Will stay again here next time. 😊👍🏻

Stayed at Spark by Hilton Denver Tech Center – Greenwood Village. The room was nice and clean, with a comfortable setup. Simple breakfast included—nothing fancy, but enough to start the day. Easy access to I-25, whether you're heading north to Denver or south toward Colorado Springs. A good option for a short stay—perfect for one or two nights. Convenient, quiet, and well-located.

They charge you a 22% tip without telling you at the bar. If they have a gift change they just close out your current tab. No one tells you there is a shift change and no one tells you it is being closed out.
They don’t follow your requests for your room, we wanted away from the elevator and 2 queens. We had to fight for both.
They have no bus boys for the upper bar. You have to clean off tables yourself.

The reservation process was easy and quick. The choice of rooms was tremendous. The front desk clerks were wonderful. we checked out before the breakfast area was opened.

RRegiena MillerI talked with Savannah over the phone; she was extremely helpful and friendly. I wish more places had people like her. Everything was great until we got into the room. We had traveled all day and was tired, but the tub was dirty, so my husband cleaned out the hair in the tub. The bed was comfy although there was a deep sunken in spot where we seemed to roll into it all night. But that was ok because it was a comfy bed. It got a bit cold, because the blanket was as thin as a sheet, with no extra covers to be found.
As we're packing our things to go, we discovered trash under the bed, and some black crumb looking stuff in the drawer.
We were looking forward to the nice breakfast, because on the confirmation it said a Western breakfast, only to find, one small box of mini powdered doughnuts and a few beagles. There was only 1 small round table to seat 2 people. No beverages other than hard-to-find coffee. No fruit, no muffins, no cereal, NOTHING. What was served, does not even count as a continental breakfast! We had to leave to go get breakfast.
We book our hotels based on the breakfast. In our experience, including working in hotels for 25+years, a continental includes a variety of food, including fruit, cereal, muffins, and sometimes a way to make waffles. They also have multiple drink options, such as milk, orange juice, apple juice, hot chocolate, and more.
When I spoke with front desk, mostly to get Savannah's name, (because her service was exceptional) I told them about the dirty room and NO BREAKFAST, and they made it clear they did not care. The guy that had not been there the night before, claimed, kind of rude, they advertise a continental breakfast. This was NOT A CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST!!!!!
A western breakfast consists of sliced bread with jam, butter, coffee, fruits, vegetables, or eggs. Sometimes a western omelette.

VVieraskäyttäjäThe hotel was very clean and staff was amazing. However you will be discouraged because they house multiple event parties. While we were there it was a group of middle school volleyball players. At one point my husband was hit with the ball as we were walking to the elevator by a group of girls who were playing volleyball in the center of the hotel. The girls were jumping on the furniture. The second night I took my daughter to the pool. However we had to come at a later time because the pool was to capacity with the VB girls doing stunts and TikTok’s in the pool. Later when I took my child there were no towels. We walked to the front desk where a woman said she would call housekeeping. No one came for almost two hours. I ended up having to ask my daughter to bring us a towel. My child was ready to get out the pool as the VB girls came back to finish their TikTok’s. Parking was an epic fail. You spend all your money to stay and parking isn’t included. There’s a guy who comes around 4am to confirm you’ve bought the parking pass. It you get a ticket its $25. Ridiculous!!! My families stay was also interrupted by the hockey tournaments kids who would play hockey in the center of the hotel. This was a playground. Kids were running wild and no one had control of them. The front desk didn’t say anything to them as they jumped off the couches pretending the ground was hot lava. Finally, your sleep will be interrupted by kids going from door to door anonymously knocking on doors and running. If you stay ask if there’s any chance that there’s a kid event occurring.

(1) Tea/Coffee available 24 hours, breakfast is simple but enough choices, egg, sausages, waffles, bread, oatmeal, juices, coffee, tea fruits
(2) Staff are professional, explain things well.
(3) Furnitures are slightly newer than the other Hampton I stay in.
What can be improved:
(1) I waited at Island 3 (Door 512) from 745pm till 830pm and called twice in order to secure the shuttle service. I saw other hotel shuttles already dropped by 4-5 times in that mins and even saw the other hotels shuttle, like Cambria dropped by within 30 mins. When I got to Hampton, it was already 850pm and also realised that the restaurant next door is closed. I understand that it maybe out of their usual service hour, yet I wonder if they can do a join venture service with other hotel brands so that customers could be picked up earlier.
(2) I was offered the room at the end of the corridor but there are loud water noise coming from the pipes when someone was using the toilet next door or upstairs. Since I was so tired after the longhaul and shorthaul flights and had not been sleeping for 30 hours, I went to sleep at night as usual. However, I am pretty sure that it would bother me when the day I am more sensitive to sound. I did not report it because it was just a short stay.
Overall, I would give a 4 star as the staff attitude (check in, check out and cleaning lady) and their service deserve great respect, standard up to par breakfast and clean room.

JJJRGIts a great hotel to stay when you are having a long lay-over in Denver. Very spacious rooms, comfy bed,Starbucks coffee provided. Really superb and worth the price. Though its quite on the higher price, still the best and relaxing sleep and stay is at its finest. Will stay here again soon.

VVieraskäyttäjäFirst off this hotel has a great location. You can get on C-470 in just 2 - 3 minutes and access to I-25 is just as easy and takes only 5 or so minutes. Within less than a mile radius is the Park Meadows Mall, several supermarkets/drug stores, more restaurants than you can imagine, Walmart, Sam's Club, Target, Costco, Ikea, golf courses, bike trails, parks, and so on. The hotel appears to have been updated fairly recently as all finishes in the building looked clean, shiney and quite new. Our room was of average size with 2 queen beds that were very comfortable. We especially liked the fact that the shower/toilet area was separated from the bathroom sink area. The room was very quiet as there was no noise from either the outside or from adjoining rooms or the hallway. I usually don't sleep well in hotels, as the slightest noise keeps me awake, but during our stay here I slept like a baby. The front desk personnel were professional, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. The only slight minus to our experience was that the breakfast menu was on the light side compared to most other hotels we have stayed in, however the dining space is spacious and clean. In summary, you can't go wrong in choosing to stay at this well managed hotel.

Bad things were: room wasn’t ready upon arrival two hours after checkin (same for several other people waiting); noise - window A/C units kept in during winter created only a thin sheet of plastic separating outdoors. Lots of stomping, carts rolling, yelling at night, and traffic noise right outside bedrooms; poor responsiveness for missing items (no coffee maker - took three calls over several hours), no soap or shampoo in showers (delivered on last day), not enough coffee packets (never delivered despite multiple calls). Shuttle service very iffy. Sometimes only one running during high volume times. Advertisement on trip.com did not reveal that place was under major construction so no pool or hot tub or ski lockers available. Sidewalks and entry extremely icy and dangerous to walk on. Makeshift second floor check in room (due to construction) required walking on icy walkways and staircases to get to. Surprised they could get away with this from an insurance perspective.

Check-in was pleasant enough, but not a warm welcome. It seemed as though you are an inconvenience. Also, poor communication as the lady was looking something up in the computer, but did not let me know, so you're just standing there waiting for an answer. An Atwell card in the room read ”if you need anything, let us know”. Well, I was in need of a shower cap but they didn't have any. There is only 1 dining room chair, I asked for more, but the receptionist said ”I can't get ahold of anyone so I think that's all we have”. Last item request was for a bowl as we brought our own breakfast due to dietary needs and of course, ”we don't have those but you can come down for breakfast”. Advice: You can ask for items, but that's where it ends. Most hotels have basic amenities for travelers, but not this place. I doubt we'll be returning to this place as there are many other hotels in the area that are more prepared for travelers.
