전 렌트카로 이동중이라 주차장이 중요했는뎨, 주차장 널널하고 한적해서 좋았습니다. 호텔 직원들도 친절한 펀이구요. 레스토랑 음식은 별로에요 파스타랑 구운치킨 먹었는데 파스타면은 너무 삶아서 뚝뚝 끊어지고 별로였는데 하두 배고파서 다먹긴 했어요 ㅋㅋ

Our stay at Ceylan Splend'or Uludağ was truly unforgettable and exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt luxurious, peaceful, and perfectly designed for relaxation. The hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, and located in a stunning mountain setting. The rooms are spacious, modern, and extremely clean, with breathtaking views from the balcony — waking up to the snowy mountains was magical. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, always making sure our stay was comfortable and special. The facilities, including the spa, pool, and common areas, are top-class and add to the overall premium experience. Till this day, I've never experienced service like this. The staff were all incredibly polite, helpful and eager to be of service. The hotel itself might be 4 stars, but the service, amenities, cleanliness is all 7 stars. Thank you to the team.

Ailece kaldığımız otelde genel olarak hizmetten memnun kaldık. Odalar düzenli ve temizdi. Kahvaltı güzeldi. Konum olarak uludağ yakın ve bursa'ya üst bakan bir manzarası var. Otopark yetersiz kalıyor anladığım kadarıyla o yüzden dışarı park ettim birkaç sefer. Onun dışında bir tavsiye edebileceğim bir oteldir.

Friendly welcome at the desk. Parking lot for the car. Good location with restaurant nearby.

5 star hotel. Location is beautiful. But remember , for food options you're limited to the hotel food options. Prices are high but food is good. Breakfast options 1: buffet, 2: la cart . We choosed for a la carte breakfast box. You need a car to transport, as taxi's are not easy to get without the help of the hotel. Taxis need to come from 22 KM further located Bursa. Hotelrooms are spotless, clean and spacious with luxe bed linens. Great private terrace connect to room to relax.

Beautiful Hotel, very quiet, even though it is on a busy road. Every one of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has high security, so no strangers and taxis can go through unless given permission. The breakfast was the only disappointment for me as l was expecting a whole lot more variety like some of the Hilton’s l have stayed with. I would still stay here again for sure.

Me and my wife stayed here and they treated us so nicely, the staff were very friendly and even decorated the bed with flowers as a surprise! The staff were very helpful and polite, they answered the phone when we called and responded very promptly! The room itself was very nice, neat and tidy with an amazing bathroom. I am looking forward to staying at sheraton again in the future.
