The hotel is very comfortable and nice, give a resort feel! But it’s a bit rundown, for example the back of the building looking towards the pool could use a paint because it looks old and needing it badly! I also requested an iron and there isn’t one neither in the rooms not in the whole hotel! The rest is great! Indoors pool and sauna, room looks like 80s but comfortable, views and birds around are great, next to the beach. Breakfast was good

The location of the hotel is easy to find.  There are lots of free parking space outside the hotel.  If you would like to park at the hotel, it is 5 euro per day.   The rooftop bar is closed on Mondays to Thursdays.  When it is closed, the guests have no access to the rooftop.  I think such arrangement should be improved by granting access to the rooftop even when the bar is closed.

Good hotel, friendly staff, nice pool & restaurant, in a good location. Quite a way up a steepish hill, but they provide a service to take you up/down if you prefer not to walk it. Breakfast has a good choice of foods. Sesimbra itself is a great seaside town & it’s lovely to walk along the seafront, with a great selection of restaurants & bars to visit.

Em relação a este hotel adorei a experiência não só pela sua localização, mas como também pela simpatia e amabilidade do staff, expondo-nos todas as questões e ademais serviços, um abraço enorme, este hotel é ideial para passar um fim de semana em família, casal ou amigos, em relação ao quarto excelente era espaçoso, amigável, reservei com varanda o que foi um extra para nós, aconselho a visitarem um dia. O pequeno almoço foi buffet foi muito bom para começar bem o dia.

O hotel tem vistas mar mas não é primeira linha, esta num alto mas afastado. Os funcionários foram de uma maneira geral muito simpáticos. O quarto superior é pequeno, assim como o wc mas suficiente. O minibar é super silencioso, a mangueira higiénica tinha a pressão um pouco descontrolada. A sonorização para o corredor e para o exterior não é a melhor mas também não é muito má, mas dos outros quartos não ouvi qualquer ruído. O SPA a piscina é pequenina, controlam a lotação com pre reservas e as crianças pequenas só podem frequentar de manhã. O ginásio tem algumas máquinas, suficientes para trabalhar os grandes grupos musculares. O pequeno almoço é variado, a meu ver falta o típico pão alentejano, no primeiro dia os ovos mexidos tinham um aspeto muito ressequido, no segundo dia já tinham bom aspeto, acho de mau tom as 10h em ponto começarem os funcionários num alvoroço a recolher mesas e a condicionar o acesso apenas a uma parte do buffet, iniciando as limpezas e já não reponham nada. Foi uma estadia agradável.

Although it’s about a 30-minute drive from Lisbon, the tranquil environment makes it worthwhile for those seeking a break from the city. • Design: The hotel is beautifully designed, with luxurious public areas and comfortable rooms. My room included a pleasant balcony overlooking the golf course, adding to the relaxed ambiance. Areas for Improvement: • Housekeeping: Room cleanliness could be significantly improved. Upon arrival, I noticed dust, hair, and a dirty carpet that became apparent with closer inspection. The bathroom could use more thorough cleaning, especially in removing any buildup on fixtures and seals. Addressing these details would make a noticeable difference. • Maintenance: Some minor repairs are needed. For instance, one of the door hangers was broken, and while the shower had great water pressure, the seals could benefit from a refresh. These small updates would enhance the overall quality of the rooms. • Amenities: The hotel provides two bottles of water daily, but there was one day it was missed. When I asked about it, I was simply directed to drink tap water, which was surprising. A more consistent approach to these amenities would be appreciated. • Breakfast Experience: While the breakfast selection was generally good, the pastries could be of higher quality. Additionally, some items, like the omelet station and honey, were placed at a distance from the main breakfast area. It would be helpful for staff to inform guests about these stations to improve accessibility. • Attention to Details in Public Areas: I also noticed that the water dispenser in the lobby bar could use more frequent cleaning, as it showed signs of buildup. Overall Recommendation: The Crowne Plaza Caparica Lisboa has a lot to offer with its beautiful setting, comfortable rooms, and peaceful atmosphere. With improvements in housekeeping, maintenance, and attention to guest needs, it has the potential to deliver a truly memorable experience. I hope the management will take these suggestions into account to ensure the hotel lives up to its full potential.

Excelente localização, staff muito prestável, pequeno almoço maravilhoso e diversificado ( incluindo opções lactose e glúten free). Apenas achei que o ar condicionado do quarto devia estar preparado tanto para o quente quanto para o frio.
