Slightly rustic by North American standards, but clean and comfortable. Elevators were very small and very slow based on the capacity of the hotel. A bit isolated from shopping and other amenities. You definitely need a car or arrange your transportation if staying there. Nice beach nearby within walking distance. Good breakfast and facilities like pool, spa and massage. Staff were polite, but when we complained about a noisy heater fan in our room, their solution was to simply turn if off instead of fixing it. Not a bad experience overall. It is a very quiet and relaxing area.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. From the moment I arrived, everything felt polished and luxurious. The staff were also beautiful in every way. Kind, professional, well presented, and genuinely attentive. The housekeeping ladies were a true highlight. Always sweet, always smiling, and clearly proud of their work. They made a lasting impression. The rooftop is stunning with breathtaking views and a sleek infinity pool. However, the space is compact and gets crowded quickly. There are only a few sun loungers, with some extra deck chairs added, but it still feels quite limited. The lifts can be frustrating. There are only two serving all the guests going up to the rooftop on the thirteenth floor, so the wait times can be long at busy times. Overall, the hotel gives luxury. Lisbon as a city is definitely expensive, but the level of service and quality at this hotel makes the cost feel more justified. I would definitely return.

All in all okay place, very noisy in bedrooms as people stay chatting outside on the downstairs terrace and it echo’s all the way up tot the 2nd floor. Toilet and shower outdated.

Location, 6 metro stops to central. Metro station is 300m away, close enough. Parking is 12Eur a day, unlimited in and out. Super We booked an executive suite, with is huge. The only complain is the bathroom 1.the designer needs to be fired 2.the tap for bidet, the ass cleaner, is 90 degree pointing downward, in fact is the same tap use for hand washing... Who has an ******* facing outward? 3. The bathtub is high, with a slope, and super slippery, luckily there is a handle, wonder anyone fell and injured in the bathtub. 4. The bathtub comes with a clear glass facing the bed outside, and the curtains is outside.. If you have a sexy partner, that would be a good design, for families... Hmm. 5. The washing basin is took high, wrong product Please fire the bathroom designer.

Have a great stay at Turim Europa Hotel. Right from the bell service personnel, front desk (special thanks to Clara and her team members for their exceptional service), bar tenders and housekeepers. The hotel is surrounded by great varieties of restaurants. You MUST try Cardo Restaurant to taste the traditional Portugese cuisine and drinks. The service is excellent and the food are delicious. In addition, it’s only take 5 minutes walk to the Parque metro station (Blue line), which is one of the major tourist attractions line and easy accessible to others line intersections. And less than 5 minutes walk to the Pink metro line to get to the airport from the hotel. Thank you Trip.com for providing with the great accommodation selection on your site. My experience in this hotel was amazing, very clean, good food and friendly staff.Location is very strategic that in a walking distance you can find any thing.

I was staying here during the power outage, the staff are lovely and really took good care of us. Despite the outage, we still have electricity. Managed to sleep confortably aftwr that long walk fr the city center.

The front desk of this hotel is very small, similar to that of a three-star hotel. The attitude of the front desk staff was quite indifferent, and we didn't feel any warmth at all. It seemed as if our arrival had added to their workload. They assigned us a room for disabled guests on the first floor and told us the hotel was fully booked, but that we could possibly change rooms the next day depending on availability. Perhaps they felt guilty, knowing that the room they gave us wasn't great. The most uncomfortable part was that the bed was small, and the mattress was of poor quality, making it hard to sleep well. The cups didn't seem very clean either, and the worst part was that the two thin blankets directly caused us to catch a cold. Additionally, the air conditioning in the room didn't work well. The bathroom in the disabled room was not designed with a wet-dry separation, so the entire bathroom got wet when the shower was turned on. Moreover, there were no anti-slip measures at all! It was terrible, and we definitely won't be coming back! （Photos are he normal room on the next day).
