The location is not that bad especially if you have bought the day travel pass as the metro station Anjos nearby but the closer entrance is closed on Sun. There is a supermarket nearby as well. The room is generally clean.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. From the moment I arrived, everything felt polished and luxurious. The staff were also beautiful in every way. Kind, professional, well presented, and genuinely attentive. The housekeeping ladies were a true highlight. Always sweet, always smiling, and clearly proud of their work. They made a lasting impression. The rooftop is stunning with breathtaking views and a sleek infinity pool. However, the space is compact and gets crowded quickly. There are only a few sun loungers, with some extra deck chairs added, but it still feels quite limited. The lifts can be frustrating. There are only two serving all the guests going up to the rooftop on the thirteenth floor, so the wait times can be long at busy times. Overall, the hotel gives luxury. Lisbon as a city is definitely expensive, but the level of service and quality at this hotel makes the cost feel more justified. I would definitely return.

Slightly rustic by North American standards, but clean and comfortable. Elevators were very small and very slow based on the capacity of the hotel. A bit isolated from shopping and other amenities. You definitely need a car or arrange your transportation if staying there. Nice beach nearby within walking distance. Good breakfast and facilities like pool, spa and massage. Staff were polite, but when we complained about a noisy heater fan in our room, their solution was to simply turn if off instead of fixing it. Not a bad experience overall. It is a very quiet and relaxing area.

I stayed 3 nights and 4 days , the towel were never changed for the duration of my stay Airport drop off taxi service way more expensive than Bolt or Uber - ended up taking a Bolt Location ok if you are in shape, 40 min walk from the center

I was staying here during the power outage, the staff are lovely and really took good care of us. Despite the outage, we still have electricity. Managed to sleep confortably aftwr that long walk fr the city center.

The hotel is just a 5-7mins walk away from the metro, Marques de Pombal, making it extremely accessible. There are also nearby buses as an alternative transport. The station itself is also in a central spot of the metro network hence it’s convenient getting from one attraction to another. The room itself is amazing too. Love the strong water pressure from the shower head, the drying rack with heater and of cos, the washing machine(!!!). The check-in and check-out were a breeze and housekeeping service for additional amenities were super prompt too. Only con perhaps is the mattress that felt rather sunken in. Oh and do note that housekeeping service is only available for stays beyond 7 days.
