WOW!! Can't believe the value for the price we paid!! It was a quiet, nice and spacious room, sparkling clean, excellent staff and service, bathroom super nice, and we also ate breakfast at the buffet, which was delicious, and had great and many choices. One of the best hotels we've ever been to. Will come again and highly recommend it.

Very cosy hotel in a historical building of central location for transport and business areas, with very good value-for-money breakfast. Service is extremely friendly, providing assistance and even upgrade in every available occasion. Highly recommended

I really enjoyed my stay at Presidential Hotel. The location is a big plus — very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance to shopping areas. It made getting around the city effortless, especially as a traveller. Comfortable stay and a great base for exploring the city. Would happily stay here again.

Hotel Polonia Palace on historiallinen varsovalainen hotelli, joka on peräisin vuodelta 1913. Siksi se on varsin kaunis rakennus. Sijainti on aivan Varsovan keskustassa, kahden pääkadun risteyksessä. Myös hyvin lähellä päärautatieasemaa ja metroasemaa. Sijainnin haittapuolena on, että se on erittäin ruma alue. Kadun toisella puolella on Kulttuuripalatsi, stalinistinen hirviö, joka pitäisi todella purkaa mahdollisimman pian, jotta Varsovan toista maailmansotaa edeltäneen keskustan jälleenrakentaminen olisi mahdollista. Hotellin tarjoamat palvelut ovat yleisesti ottaen erittäin hyviä. Aamiainen buffet on erinomainen. Ainoa haittapuoli on internet, joka toimii vähemmän täydellisesti. Myös erittäin hyvä vastine rahalle.

One more stay in this hotel brought perfect experience again. Wonderful sleeping conditions with classy matress and gorgeous feather pillows menu at your disposal. The room is not very big but fit and ergonomic, all amenities in order and at hand. The breacfast has no price as it is included, but does have good value for generosity, quality and diversity. Location is not central, but transport connection to center and main attractions is nice with bus starting just in several steps from the hotel entrance, but in case you choose staying around, there are two big shopping centers with food, cinemas, local markets and other entertainment options in the vicinity.

I originally booked a different hotel, but it was canceled due to renovations. Teip arranged a replacement hotel, which I was initially unsure about since I had no prior information. However, after checking in, I found it to be quite okay. The hotel is conveniently located near tram line 9, which goes directly to the central station — very useful for getting around. The room was clean and of a decent size, though not very spacious. One downside is that there was no soundproofing — I could hear traffic noise, especially from trams and buses starting as early as 5 AM, which made it hard to sleep in. I also had an issue with my flight ticket and needed to make phone calls within Poland. The hotel staff were very helpful and allowed me to use the phone without charging any extra fees. I really appreciated their support during that stressful time.

The temperature in the room was too high and AC didn't work well, we were eventually changed to another room, which was on the top floors. Reception was not always available by phone. Staff was always very friendly. Lobby bar was closed for renovation and the whole lobby was being renovated, so the entrance area did not feel like an InterContinental or 5* hotel at the moment. We ordered room service, which was very nice. Rooms are a big and cozy, big bathrooms, separate shower and bathtub is great. The gym and spa in the top floors is amazing.

Hotelli on aivan uusi, joten siellä leijuu edelleen voimakas sisustustuoksu. Huoneen ikkunat on avattava, muuten olo on epämukava. Puhutaanpa palvelusta. Se on periaatteessa ihan OK, mutta olen ilmoittanut vastaanottoon monta kertaa, että ilmastointi ei toimi. Vastaanotto vastasi aina, että he etsisivät jonkun tarkistamaan sen, mutta kukaan ei korjannut sitä ennen kuin lähdin hotellista. Ruokailu ja ostosten tekeminen kilometrin säteellä lähistöllä on OK. Lisäksi taksilla otettaessa sijainti on virheellinen.

Overall the hotel is good but i think only suitable for business travellers. Their is nothing surrounding and only a small shopping mall there. Not many restaurants but there are some thai food, Japanese food and kebab restaurants
