Not the first time staying here, and will go back again. Location is perfect, all the necessities can be found within a walking distance. Amenities: All the important amenities are available except for hand towels and you have to beg for towels and pretty much the replenishment of amenities after the room is cleaned, far different from the last time when it was still Belmont. First room we were given had a very mouldy smell and which gave the kids and I instant headaches. They eventually changed it after about 4 hours of waiting and intervention by Trip.com. This really put a damper on things. Breakfast: Great, the variety is good, but it’s the same pretty much everyday. The beach: Within 5 minutes walk, but don’t you dare lose of misplace the beach pass paper tag, they’re very uptight about it. The beach if not the best beach, very rocky which makes swimming pretty uncomfortable. However, the pool area is awesome and there are sun loungers all around and that makes up for the unpleasant beach. They provide swimming towels too! I must say it has developed a lot since the last time I was here and I can only hope they will keep improving.

This hotel is close to the airport, very cute and the rooms were nice. The Netflix and shower pressure, added bonuses. I do wish there was more water in the rooms. The bottles are very little. It's kindve in the middle of not much so keep that in mind. The staff was extremely sweet. All of the girls were so polite and accommodating. Check in and out was very pleasant. There is a cash security deposit so keep that in mind. Breakfast, dinner, etc is not included.

Booked last November for two double non-smoking rooms for our family of four. The rooms were decent and offered ample space for two people to move around comfortably. The walls were well soundproofed and we did not hear any noise from neighboring rooms. Even though we were located right beside the elevators, there was no noticeable disturbance. The alarm system was also functioning properly, as it was triggered during our last night’s stay. Water pressure in the bathroom was good, with no issues at all. Housekeeping provided fresh towels, toothbrushes, bottled water, and tissues daily, which we appreciated even though there was a supermarket right below the property. The daily breakfast buffet was enjoyable. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, and the viands changed each day, which kept the selection interesting. There were no issues with elevator wait times, as there were around six elevators available. Two provided access to the mall and two to the ground floor entrance. We also used the laundry room on our last night and noticed that there were plenty of washing machines available. The massage service was good as well. Most importantly, we appreciated the staff. They were attentive and accommodating, catering to almost all of our requests and even providing a storage box when we asked for one. Overall, it was a good stay, aside from the location. We would definitely book again.

I had a wonderful stay at Fili Hotel and was truly impressed from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully designed, with modern interiors and a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere. Every detail, from the lobby to the rooms, feels thoughtfully curated and elegant. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the amenities provided made the stay even more convenient and relaxing. I also appreciated the peaceful ambiance, which made it easy to unwind. The staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Their hospitality truly made the experience memorable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, which I appreciated. While there were many options available, I feel there is still a little room for improvement in terms of selection and variety. That said, the food was fresh and nicely prepared. Overall, Fili Hotel exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cebu, and I’m definitely looking forward to staying here again!

Amazing hotel for Cebu travelers! The location is perfect — right in the city center and within walking distance to Ayala Mall. There are also great restaurants and spa/massage salons nearby, which makes everything very convenient. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating throughout my stay. One small area for improvement would be the breakfast, especially the bacon 🥓. It looked and tasted like it had been reheated several times and had lost its appeal. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. 4.9/5.0 👍👍👍

We enjoyed our 4 nights stay in savoy,though the rooms are not that spacious,but enough to move around with luggages, the food is also tasty, everyday they have different menus,the amenities and the view, on the 18th floor is wow...you can see the landscape of cebu by day and by night..memorable indeed..we enjoyed our pool and beach time too.. we will definitely come back again, all the staffs are so nice and polite..special thanks to the feont desk Jeremy, we enjoyed our last 2 nights stay because of him.

Выбирали место рядом с аэропортом. Апартаменты соответствуют фото. Владелец постарался сделать их по домашнему уютными..Убрано, чисто. Вода горячая, гель для душа, шампунь в диспенсерах, фен. Посторонних запахов нет. Небольшая оборудованная кухня, есть бутылка с питьевой водой, приветственный кофе в саше. Балкончик со столом и стульями. Кондиционером не пользовались, обошлись без него. Постельное приятное. Единственный минус - не удобный матрас с зависимыми пружинами, если спутник повернулся, ты это сразу ощущаешь). В комплексе есть бассейн, можно получить пропуск у охраны. Но бассейн очень мелкий и вода прохладная.

Hotellihenkilöstö oli ystävällinen, mutta hotellihuone oli sumu lähellä pimeää ja lasit eivät korvattu, vaikka pyydämme korvausta, koska olemme käyttäneet kaikki saatavilla lasit ensimmäisellä päivänä. Ruoka oli kuitenkin loistava!

It was a surprise knowing we just booked the room for us to stay the day. It was a simple yet a delight that made our day special for celebrating the new year even we are not complete. Thank you for the wine !! We always stay with Vivien because its very convenient and near to my cousins house. Also amenities and rooms are clean. Breakfast is also a plus! Very sumptuous and well cooked.

Castle peak is a very nice cozy place,and accommodating staff.kaya lang wala ung pool kasi inaayus..tsaka yung food nila is buffet,masarap at d sayang yung binayad mo hehe.thank you
