Very good motels in the town. Everything was completed and very comfortable. The owner was quite friendly . We got the ground floor room, and the car was Juz parked infront of the room. Super convenient.

Location: The hotel is located close to the Queenstown airport but approximately 15 mins away from Queenstown itself. Parking: There is no parking bays at the Hilton (only valet) itself but it shares with Doubletree which is limited. Due to some maintenance work, level P2 was closed off and had to park in a reserved slot for the night. Cost of parking is NZ$ 16 per night. Rooms: This is where my issue lies, the room temp is centrally managed and it was freezing at night especially with the floor to ceiling windows. Had to go to the front desk for portable heater and extra blankets on the 1st night. Bathroom is non-heated (with tiled floors) so extra cold in there. In most places we stayed in NZ, the bathrooms had heated lamps overhead for comfort. I requested the accessible room for mom and it was provided as requested although the location of the room was on one end of the building which is a distance to walk. Food: Breakfast was a good selection and ran from 630 to 1030am.

This hotel is very good, clean and comfy. I love their bed. It's so soft and comfortable. It's located in the good location. If you don't mind hearing the noises of cars and sirens.

Had a great stay here! The room was very clean and came with a washing machine and dryer, which was super handy. The location is excellent — lots of good food options around and a supermarket nearby. Perfect place to stay if you want comfort and convenience in Queenstown.

I had a great experience at Scenic Hotel. During check-in, the male staff member was extremely friendly and helpful. He gave me lots of useful information about the area, including the best places to eat, where to park, and tips for seeing the penguins. His local knowledge really helped make our trip easier and more enjoyable. The next morning, after coming back late from travelling, I asked the reception if I could check out 15–20 minutes later. The staff member on morning reception was very cool, understanding, and friendly. She happily allowed the late checkout with no issues at all. Overall, both staff members provided excellent service, and I really appreciated their kindness and helpful attitude. Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and outstanding customer service!

I wish we didn’t have to leave so early because the bed was amazing! Great place nearby the shopping area. Only downside was that there is no shuttle to the airport. Taxi was 30$ for 1 minute ride, so we walked to the airport (takes up to 30mins depending how slow / fast you walk). The view is beautiful from the windows and the design in the room was great.

The location is just 10-12 minutes walk from Airport and car rentals are within 2-5 min drive. Service is average but facilities is good including car parking and late night checking. In my case the dishwasher was out of work and hotel doesn’t comply it for 5 days of my stay, there is no fault I seen from trip.com as their customer service was tried their best to communicate with Ramada hotel.

The view from our room was amazing. However, there was a beam in the room that obstructed the perfect shot, which made the pictures look annoying. The bed was quite dusty, with dust particles visible on the white linens. Additionally, the room was very small, and the online photos were misleading. The toilet was not clean, the room service only replaced the bath towels on the second day and did not perform basic dusting or vacuuming, which is expected in a hotel setting, not an Airbnb. Overall, the view was the only aspect that made our stay enjoyable.

Recommend this hotel to everyone, the lady help me check in is very friendly and professional, explain every details to me and show me to the room, good quality service.   The room is spacious and the view is beautiful.
