Hotellit mukavuudella Kuntosalit maassa Japani, provinssissa Okinawan prefektuuri

The hotel is located relatively near Naha airport. The surrounding is calm but there is not much else directly around the hotel. The hotel itself is very modern and clean. Service is excellent. The lunch buffet is especially great. Breakfast is pretty good. I would like to especially highlight the friendliness and warmth of Javi who suggested us food and activities and genuinely cared about our well being.

He olivat erittäin ystävällisiä ja kohteliaita, kun jätin matkatavarani. Uloskirjautuminen vastaanotossa on automaattinen, mutta kun menin vastaanottoon varmistamaan jotain muuta, he tervehtivät minua ja sanoivat, että voin hyvin kirjautua ulos. Huone oli tilava ja erittäin mukava. Oli erittäin kätevää, että paikan päällä oli lähikauppa. Matkamuistomyymälässä oli laaja valikoima tuotteita, ja oli hauskaa vain katsella ympärilleen. Arvostan myös sitä, että lähellä on okinawalainen izakaya ja supermarket. Tämä on toinen kertani tässä hotellissa, ja se on vakiopaikkani Nahassa käydessäni.

We only stayed 1 night, mid-oct, so the experience is limited. It was spacious. Facilities seemed new. The shower had good pressure and temperature control. Staff were friendly and could speak English. Helped us with managing the parking of the car without zero issues. The location is great, right smack in the middle of the shopping street of Naha. Would definitely return!

Hotelli sijaitsee päätien vieressä. Se on erittäin kätevä. Alakerrassa on Family Mart. Välipaloja voi ostaa helposti, kun on nälkä keskellä yötä. Union-supermarket on kahden minuutin päässä. Se on erittäin kätevä. Menin väärään ja menin toiseen. Se on hieman kauempana, 10 minuuttia. Mutta supermarketin tuotteet ovat ehdottomasti halpoja. Sen vieressä on myös Nishimatsuya. Don Quijote -katukauppa on 8 minuutin päässä hotellista. Siellä on myös McDonald'sia ja joitakin ravintoloita. Tulen yöpymään täällä ensi kerralla, jos minulla on mahdollisuus.

차는 무조건 있어야함. 버스나 택시 탈 수도 있지만 시간 맞추기가 꽤 어렵지만 코스와 동선을 잘 짜면 나쁘지 않음. 잔파미사키등대까지 택시비 2400엔정도 나옴. 야간에 버스 끊기면 콜 불러야하는데 9시 넘어가면 잘 안잡힘. 방은 1인실임에도 넓음. 다만 바닥이 카펫이 아니라 타일임. 창도 크고 화장실도 오픈형. 뷰는 기대ㄴㄴ 그냥 시골뷰. 앞에는 미군기지.

Wow! From the moment you step into this hotel it is beautiful. The location is literally across the road from the overground rail and you can walk to a lot of places from here too. The room is smaller than the pictures make them look, but they were still bigger than other Japan hotels we have stayed in. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. I 100% recommend and would stay here again.

The hotel is clean and nice, in a good location. The rooms are smaller, but since I was alone, it was not a problem for me. The hotel is 2 minutes from the monorail station and 5 minutes from the main bus station of Naha. You can also reach the center of the nightlife with a short walk. An additional advantage of the hotel is the Donki store on the ground floor which is open until 3am so you can always buy something if you need it. The rooms have a washer and dryer, which is also very convenient for longer stays.

Huone oli odotettua parempi. Vaikka sisustus oli hieman vanhanaikainen, se oli puhdas ja siisti. Huone oli myös melko tilava, ja sänkykin oli suuri, joten lapsen kanssa nukkuminen ei ollut ahtautta ollenkaan. Vierailumme päivinä sää oli huono, ja merivesi ei ollut parhaimmillaan. Emme sen vuoksi käyttäneet rannan lasten leikkivälineitä. Sekä ulko- että sisäaltaassa oli lasten liukumäet; ne olivat ihan perusjuttuja eivätkä kovin suuria, mutta kaikki tarvittava niistä kuitenkin löytyi. Ennen lähtöämme kerroin vastaanottoon meneväni lentokentälle, ja he varasivat minulle bussikyydin. Pääsimme lentokentälle alle puolessatoista tunnissa, eikä meidän tarvinnut mennä ulos bussipysäkille odottamaan. Bussi tuli todella täsmällisesti. Varasimme hotellin hyvin viime hetkellä ja vieläpä keskellä kesälomasesonkia (vaikka alueella oli myrsky, muut hotellit olivat tähän aikaan todella kalliita!). Mielestäni tämä paikka, jossa yö maksoi yli 2000 kahdelta aikuiselta ja yhdeltä lapselta aamiaisineen, tarjosi silti hyvän vastineen rahalle. Ruoan osalta aamiainen oli todella runsas – löysit lähes kaiken, mitä halusit. Lisäksi heidän buffet-illallisensa oli erittäin hyvä hinta-laatusuhteeltaan. Söimme hotellin japanilaisessa ravintolassa ja käytimme hotellin antaman 10% alennuskupongin, jolloin se maksoi vain hieman yli sata per henkilö. Siellä pystyi kokoamaan oman sashimikulhon, ja maku oli myös hyvä. Lopuksi on sanottava, että paikassa oli paljon lisämaksullisia palveluita, mikä vähensi hieman lomafiilistä.

Our extra day in Okinawa became one of the most memorable parts of our trip—all thanks to this incredible hotel. 🛏️ Stylish & Photogenic Rooms The room was modern, chic, and absolutely Instagram-worthy. I even turned it into a mini photo studio and captured some beautiful family portraits of my wife and our 3-month-old baby. My wife was over the moon with the results! 🍳 Breakfast That Delights Every Palate The breakfast spread was phenomenal—offering both Western and Japanese options, all bursting with flavor. The cheese selection and homemade yogurt with honey were standouts. Don’t miss them! 📍 Prime Location Just a minute’s walk from Kokusai-dori (国際通り), the hotel is perfectly located for last-minute shopping or grabbing essentials. Super convenient and central! 🍽️ Vibrant Evenings As the nearby streets settle into a peaceful hush and most restaurants wind down with only a handful of diners, the lobby restaurants at Southwest Grand Hotel remain buzzing with energy. The lively atmosphere, filled with cheerful faces and clinking glasses, speaks volumes about the quality and charm of the hotel’s dining experience. 💭 Still Dreaming About It Overall, our experience at Southwest Grand Hotel was truly delightful. Even now—almost a month later—I can still recall every moment with vivid clarity. If it weren’t for the limited parking, I’d confidently call it Michelin-worthy! This hotel is an absolute hidden gem, and without a doubt, I’ll be staying here again on our next visit to Okinawa!

We are able to see the sunrise as our room stay faced the Pacific Ocean. The hotel is located on high grounds and the drive out to the nearby AEON Mall and other places are easily reached. However, the parking lots are quite limited if you are not a member of and have to walk a distance uphill to the hotel lobby. There was a school excursion where the students are staying, hence, may take w while to take the lift up and down. Otherwise, the staffs and their service standard are definitely very friendly & fantastic! If I ever come back again to Okinawa, I will also stay in this hotel.
