The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and the shuttle was very helpful. Room was clean but located near the elevator and an alarm went off in the middle of the night. I had a simple dinner at restaurant (chef’s choice ravioli and aperol spritz), but 2 hours later was so dizzy I could barely stand or sleep. I managed to check out at 5:00am but was very ill and had to vomit in the airport. The dizziness lasted the whole day and it was quite terrifying. I cannot say it was caused by the restaurant food, but the other travelers in my party who didn’t eat there were fine. It was a traumatic experience I hope to forget.

Our stay in HSM was excellent. The location is easy access to highway and close to Lake Lecco and Lake Como which are within 30 minutes drive from hotel.

Very good location if u want to como with a tight budget! With that price no complain at all! It's perfect to people have a car, u can park outside of ur room, very convenient! There is a McDonald's opens 24 hours so u can grab food to eat anytime!

The staff were very kind and efficient. Live the location of the hotel which is away from the city centre but a close walking distance to the train station that took us to the city centre of Milan. Worth the stay and the spread of breakfast was great. We were happy with the spread and enjoyed it. The hotel is located to nice eateries and there is a mega supermarket nearby.

The hotel is situated next to the railway station, offering a tranquil setting amidst the bustling city centre. Surrounded by a variety of dining and entertainment options, it provides well-appointed room that are clean , bright and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is reasonably priced. For business travellers, it is the preferred choice. I shall certainly stay here again next time. Thank you.

Perfect location closed to everything, the room is a bit old fashioned but the bed is so comfy. Breakfast is so terrible. Overall is good

Great hotel! Metro is just few minutes walk away from this hotel, so in less than 25 minutes you can go to Duomo Di Milano. Rooms are very big and clean. I liked the ”old fashion” style. The location is also peaceful during night and few restaurants open until 1 am.

Friendly, helpful staff. Tram stop right outside which was helpful. A few restaurants in the area.  There a little bar and a gym which was also welcome.  The hotel is a little dated and the room did have a smell of drains. The cleaning staff seemed to be quite happy at work but it was a bit early to be that loud! Overall would recommend!
