Sisäänkirjautumisesta uloskirjautumiseen jokainen hetki kolmen päivän oleskeluni aikana tuntui kuin olisin tullut kotiin, ”perhetiimin” pitäessä minusta huolta. Kaikki vastaanotossa olivat uskomatto*** ystävällisiä, eivätkä he laiminlyöneet minua, vaikka sisäänkirjautumisiltanani oli häät. Aamiainen oli paitsi runsas, myös tarjoilijat olivat kaikki komeita, kauniita ja hyväsydämisiä. Myös buffet-illallinen oli herkullinen. Thaimaalaisen ravintolan sisustus (muutamat viimeiset kuvat) oli todella upea. Suurin yllätys oli kuitenkin siivoustiimi! He eivät ainoastaan ​​suorittaneet tehtäviään huolellisesti, vaan myös valmistivat minulle harkitusti kukkia ja maljakoita jättäen lämpimän viestin. It's a well located and excellent property with good parking lot. The staff is polite, cooperative and was willing to sort out any issue. The room was clean and well maintained. The restaurant was well laid and the food was very tasty . Overall a pleasant stay.

Отличное расположение, первая линия океана! Люкс с балконом и видом на океан. Но номер давненько не видел ремонта или хотя бы генеральной уборки. Обивка мебели в пятнах, коврик у кровати грязный. На 5 заезд и даже на 4 совсем не тянет.

The hospitality was excellent and breakfast was sumptuous . They provided hot meals and it was the best. Different types of idly’s served was just awesome. Front office was caring and helpful and provided a very welcoming environment. Check in past midnight was fast and efficient . Rooms were large and the bed and pillow was of high quality . We were able to sleep within 5 mins. Aircon was clean and fresh.

The Hotel is located near the museum apart from it rest everything is a bit away. But taxis n rickshaws are pretty affordable in kochi. Thr is a bus stop near by which is handy.  The offer with breakfast and lunch/dinner is awesome and helps a lot by saving time as thr are not many restaurants around the hotel.  The staff are super friendly and always take care of you and willing to help you. The restaurant staff are extremely helpful and provide great service...overall a good place to stay for the price...

I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn yesterday. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and created a really comfortable atmosphere. A special mention to Sanika, who was extremely customer-friendly and attentive throughout my stay. Her professionalism and warm approach made the experience even better. I also appreciated the hotel’s excellent follow-up, ensuring that everything was going smoothly. Overall, a truly pleasant and satisfying stay – highly recommended!

Really enjoyed my stay here! The room was spotless and cozy, and the service was outstanding. The staff made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. A great place to relax — I would happily come back again.

Hotel was beautiful, expensive but worth the money.

OVerall a lovely hotel and super nice staff at reception. Rooms are very spacious and nice comfy beds. Slight communication error when we asked for a tuk tuk and he took us to somewhere we hadn't asked & good job I has my google maps to recognise we were headed to wrong place! Pool is lovely for a swim and nice to have complimentary drinks at 430pm too with a little snack, the games area upstairs was fun too but just very hot up there.

SAJ resort is an excellent hotel right next to the airport if you wanna dive head first into the essence of Kerala. Even though not as fancy as the Taj or the Marriot, it still provides a five star experience while being designed in such a beautiful way that you feel like you are in a quiet village and not a resort. The rooms that wrap around the large pool is so calming and not even once during my stay was I disturbed by the airport which is right next door. The staff are very professional and will help you in any way they can. They also take suggestions and requests at heart. The high tea that is provided every evening from 4-5 is exceptional. Overall, I am very happy with my stay there and would definitely be back.
