I stayed here for 6 nights. The hotel is quite outdated and in need of refurbishment. The room was spacious, and they provided complimentary water generously. However, the elevator was very slow, and it took a long time to go up to the room.
Unfortunately, the front office team was not helpful at all. I felt they were quite new. They arranged my car going to Taj Mahal 30 minutes late, and the front office staff insisted that I was mistaken. It was very frustrating because I had proof and a message sent to the concierge requesting the car at 5:00 AM. I ended up calling the Night Manager to report the issue.
The saving grace was the hotel driver (Ardos—apologies if I spelled his name incorrectly), who provided excellent customer service. He was very good and made sure I was comfortable throughout the journey. He is a wonderful staff member who truly goes above and beyond. He was very helpful and kind. Someone like him should be well taken care of by the management. Kudos to him!

The breakfast buffet was horrible absolutely terrible! There wasn’t a single piece of chicken, and 98% of the food was Indian dishes. We saw so many foreigners walking around the buffet just staring at the food, not knowing what to eat. What’s shocking is that when we ordered from their restaurant, the food was expensive but truly delicious! So how can the buffet be so bad while the restaurant food is amazing? It really feels like they’re deliberately making the buffet awful so people don’t eat it.
On top of that, the rooms were run down and horrible definitely not worth the price. The only good thing was the staff, who were kind and polite. But overall, this place was a big disappointment. Never coming back again!
Excellent hotel at Janakpuri, next to Metro Station, easy connectivity to everywhere in Delhi via Metro , also a shopping mall nearby (Unity One Shopping Mall) , Room was excellent, clean and good size room as expected from Hyatt , staff was very kind and helpful, buffet breakfast has good spread and lots of options with live cooking counters , everything excellent, highly recommended

1. The amount paid for the room is not appropriate for the price paid.
2. The cleanliness of the room is not as clean as it should be. The chair covers are very old and torn.
3. The refrigerator is not cold and is very old.
4. The safe cannot be locked because the battery in the safe does not have a battery.
5. When delivering the room to the customer, the staff should check the cleanliness, completeness of the appliances such as the refrigerator, safe, and bedroom to see if they are ready for use. The room is quite old and not worth the price paid at 3,600 baht per night.
Vey hard to review. The location...I mean you book a Hotel in Paharganj so you can not complain you are in Paharganj.LOL
I found the Market nearby really good.
Lobby and Staff is amazing...I received a warm welcome and staff was always ready to help and auper sweet.
I felt safe as I am a female traveling alone. So that is very important.
I do feel like this Hotel matched the famous saying ”clean for Indian standards” maybe.
So far I did not understand what people meant cause all my previous hotels were top notch.
This one is a bit older, needs to be freshened up and therefore seems a bit more dirty also.
The sheets seemed clean and towels-although discolored-had a reassuring smell of bleach.
All in all...maybe a better place for Paharganj , amazing staff and safety.

I stayed here for two nights - one at the beginning of a two week India adventure and one at the end.
Absolutely lovely room on both occasions, spotlessly clean and with a great selection of complimentary tea, coffee, water. Choice of snacks in a minibar which were really cheap too. Huge bed, very comfortable, great air on.
The staff and the service they provided were excellent - I’m pretty sure they don’t earn a great deal and they work so hard - so it’s nice to be able to tip generously!
Restaurant is lovely with an amazing breakfast buffet - or they’ll pack you up a breakfast to go bag if you ask at reception. The hotel will also provide a driver and car for airport runs (a bargain at 1100 rupees - so leave a generous tip!). Great little coffee shop/cake section too which was great to sit and people watch on an evening - again, soooo cheap but lovely.

The hotel is about ten minute walk, less than five minute ride from Dwarka 21. The facilities seem to be fine, and services are fine. The hotel restaurant was decent.
If the wind from the Gaziabad dumpyard is blowing towards you, then entering or existing the hotel is a bad bad experience!
Once inside the smell is not an issue. Rest all is good, clean tidy room.
Another issue, outside food not allowed.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Room is very clean and quiet; bed very comfortable with different types of pillows: softer ones, harder ones - a very good combination.
Bath room is clean; and shower is very powerful.

MMemory HallMore than likely the best luxury hotel in New Delhi, the food is as good advertised, the staff are doing all they coukd within the small room Taj hierarchy allows them. As I finally got the minibar deposit back, I have to give it the deserved 5/5 algorithmic vote for the 2nd night.
The overpriced Minibar Scam
I don't drink Sugar which is even more irritating. That said I know the price of an unhealthy soda can...which is literally sold for 10% the rpice 50 meters away with the same barcode. The overpriced common soda aka Minibar scam, is no longer acceptable. Hotels that insist on insulting their guests with over priced Soda Cans will no longer be Luxury hotels...make a note of this, all new Luxury Resorts offer free minibar and depositless instant checkin...self checkout...because they want guests to remember the stay...systematic harassment at checkout is not Luxury at all, hotels that can't change outdated and malignant policies will be left behind, the minibar overpiced sodacan makes guests assume the restaurant and rooms are also 10 times overpriced...the overpriced Soda Can is the diagnostic marker that any guest can easily identify with confidence. If a Hotel can't afford a Free Minibar it is not a Luxury Hotel.
All High-End Luxury hotels offer Free Minibar as it costs little to nothing; it projects opulence and true Luxury. Guests don't question the price of their restaurants or accommodation as they no longer have an overpriced Soda Can to serve as their reference point of Value.
Once Taj confirms they made it a brand policy to get rid of the Minibar scam, they will benefit greatly from fast checkin and prompt checkout & unnecessary deposits...there will be less adversial intepersonal energy with the guests, nobody wants to feel taken advantage of...getting rid of the outdated pre-internet Minibar scam is how the best Luxury Distinguish themselves from the lower class scam establishments

Very clean! Bed and pillows are comfortable. I chose one that’s far away from the lift, and on high floor with a city view. It was very quiet, and nice natural light!
Shower and toilet were very clean. Strong powerful shower with very hot water available.
Amenities
Impressive that there’s a cafe that’s opened 24/7 downstairs that serves coffee, pastries and cakes. Gave a very good option in the middle of the night, and early morning should you need to grab something fast for an early morning flight. The coffee was good.
Lovely swimming pool, meant to try it out.
Location
Excellent location only about 7 mins walk from the main shopping complex and restaurants. Very decent restaurants available there and the food court provides wide variety. I tried out a restaurant this time and it was lovely.
Service
House keeping - was very good. Early evening the team knocked on my door, very pleasant, and asked if I had any needs. Very thoughtful, and they tried best to make me comfortable.
I had an enquiry about the smart tv functions. The gentleman came promptly, and was very helpful.
Airport pick up
Raju was very prompt, polite and friendly. Thank you! Especially appreciated that the pick up arrangement just had a sign of the hotel, vs having your name displayed on a big sign, which isn’t the case with many other hotels. Very thoughtful.
(Others: Don’t really need two tables in the room. If it can be replaced with a couch/ sofa would even be better.)
Overall: very comfortable stay, friendly staff, and will come again. Thank you!
MMages VetriThe only reason the stay was good because the room was very clean and housekeeping was done everyday. Otherwise, the toilet flush had problem, the safe box didn't work and the promise to get it replaced never came. Sometimes the lifts have some issues closing which leave the guests leaving the lift and waiting for another. It would have been good to have more breakfast variety being a 5 star hotel. The service recovery duration is pretty slow and need to call them a few times to chase. Above all, it would be great if the staffs at the reception area are more welcoming and have a smile on their face. Each time I approach them they hardly have a smile on their face and they give a very monotonous reply. I had high expectations on this hotel being a 5 star rating but it was quite disappointing.

Provided four big bottles of drinking water which was a plus since I was advised by others to avoid drinking or brushing my teeth using the tap water. Breakfast was of great variety and even included elements of Chinese food like stir-fried bee hoon and western selection. However, the topping was the spread of Indian food and spices. It makes the typical bread and jam dull. The room was of Novotel-standard expectations and I was glad I booked it to have a good night's rest.

Located in the heart of South Delhi, it is extremely close to Select Citywalk Mall and major business and leisure hubs, making it ideal for both business travelers and tourists.
The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed with comfortable beds and modern amenities. Housekeeping standards were excellent, and the overall ambience of the hotel felt calm and welcoming.
The staff deserves special appreciation — courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. From check-in to check-out, the service was smooth and efficient.
The food quality was impressive, especially the breakfast spread, which offered a good variety of Indian and continental options. The restaurant ambience was pleasant, and service was prompt.
Overall, Hilton Saket lives up to the Hilton brand promise of quality and comfort. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Delhi and would definitely choose to stay here again.
VVieraskäyttäjäI booked a two night stay at Pullman Delhi Aerocity and was not quite happy with the room provided. The view was disgusting enough to not open the curtain. There was a message on their television notifying that they were painting the building and some work was ongoing, however there were other vacant rooms with a clean view which was not provided to me from the very start. I had reached at around 3:00 pm in the evening and had to leave for a function the same day so did not really notice the glass until next morning. I went downstairs to advise the staff at reception in the afternoon after returning from another function that morning but the only thing they could offer was change of room which was difficult given my dad is a senior citizen as well as my mom who was very tired to wind up and move another room as were checking out early morning the next day for our flight. No vouchers were provided or compensation offered. The room service was fine as they provided us with tea and milk pouches when asked but bathroom tissue box also was empty when we checked in which was only filled upon asking. Overall I did not enjoy my stay. We were siting most of the evening of the second day in the reception area as the view outside of the room was disgusting and did not want to open the curtains. Also the rooms were not well lit.
