Big hotel. Wifi unstable. Breakfast is good. Location a bit away from the main town.

Check in was smooth but could do with giving more information about the hotel. During the stay, only large towel is provided. No small towels. Not a problem for me as I’m travelling solo. I had the deluxe sea view and view is great too. Bed a comfortable. Pillows are great too.

It is the best hotel nearest to every POI in bukittinggi. The hotel's Saka Cafe level 4 provides great ambience and view overlooking scenic town view and panoramic view of the mountain and valley. The superior family room we were staying in is spacious and comfortable most suitable for 3 people. The breakfast was decent serving traditional delicacy. Toast and cereal for kids are available. The seating is limited but there was no queue problem. The exception is the only lift operational is slow serving 6 levels. However, we got around this by using stairs which are quite steep and hard on my poor knees. So, if you are visiting together with elderly with walking difficulty perhaps it would be best to stay in the rooms nearest to the ramp nearby the reception.

Overall everything is good.Clean.Fast service.Friendly staff and good welcoming from them especially from Miss Nada from the front counter.Breakfast is really good with variety of Indonesian foods.Thank you Santika Bukit Tinggi

We stayed for 1 night at Balcone Hotel & Suites. Location was superb, cool air , breezy and the mountain view was stunning as I have book my room overlooking the Merapi & Singalang mountain. Our room was spacious & clean & quiet. Breakfast can be improved. The wash hand basin had a bit of problem as the water does not flow very well but we manage to open the sink trap to let the water out. Settle the problem. Overall happy ending. Highly recommend this hotel.

Hai This Hotel generally found to be satisfactory. Clean and good service. But breakfast is limited its not buffet as mentioned. This hotel is last minute booking as the Hotel we booked earlier found to be Horrible

Staff friendly, the room clean, the service good, it is worth staying here. They also has variety of food, dessert you can choose for breakfast. Thank you for having us mercure hotel.

My checked in and checked out was handled by Ms Putri and it was smooth. Kudos to the housekeeping staff who made up my room. It was always perfectly refreshed when I am back to the room. Food served during breakfast was delicious and staffs were attentive and giving great service. Overall an enjoyable stay and definite thumbs up.Recommeded place to stay while in Padang.

Keren banget, makanannya enak, kamar nya rapi, pegawai nya top bgt, saya kasih rating 5 untuk pegawainya, Saya cuma mendoakan semoga parkiran motornya dikasih kanopi biar ga panas lagii.

Totally is fine. But I really don't like dark room. There were 2 bulbs down. I call that service at 6 pm, they directly came to check and they came back with new bulbs at 9pm. Maybe the replacement not available at that time. But because my children were sleeping at that moment so I cancel it.
