It’s located in the city center, we couldn’t find any other good hotels , room is small. Breakfast is simple. And parking was full so we have to find another parking lot which was a big trouble for us when it’s midnight.
A short stay for of 2 days was booked with Triip.com for one adult and 2 children under 10, to join us who were booked in a day earlier for three days. Our three day booking was direct with the hotel, half board. The hotel is marked 'adults recommended' and they sure discourage children, by seeking to charge per occupancy rather than simply on a cost per room. The Trip site quite fairly offered the room at the rate for two adults, with children under 12 free, so this is what was paid. Half board was added but at the rate for two adults, which would be greater than the actual hotel rate for one adult and two children, but I was happy to have reserved restaurant secured.
Things got messy at check in, the hotel insisting that the room was occupied by three 'persons' as they put it and should therefore be 50% extra, though the room was the same type as the twin we had for two adults. The Hotel also insisted that only breakfast was provided, and tried to argue that the B2B rate from the third party (Trip) was insufficient. I politely pointed out that the discounts provided to third party agents was no concern of the customer, and referred to my booking voucher which clearly stated I had booked a twin room, into which was going 1 adult, two very small children, and that breakfast and dinner was paid for, with the rate for 1 adult being greater than twice the local charge for a child. They were impossible to deal with, and I left the reception angry and upset. I contacted the Trip representative and by that evening it was sorted. Full marks to Trip, zero to the hotel.
As for our stay, the hotel is excellent, but with room to improve. Dinner in the Buffet only commences at 8.00, resulting in quite the bunfight if the restaurant is busy. It was on that Thursday, a national holiday, and it was impossible to order wine and beverages after we seated, with a single service person taking orders. We ate our food dry, and finally placed an order for wine and water while eating dessert, some 40 minutes after seating. The same bottleneck occurred the next morning at breakfast, with the four snail paced Nespresso machines totally incapable of dealing with the coffee demands. Worse, all 4 machines overheated and went into 'service mode'. Worse again, these obviously unsuitable barista machines were the only source of hot water for Tea or infusions, but with no seperate hot water dispenser faucet. You had to stand for almost 2 minutes while the machine slowly dispensed through the coffee outlet, a single mug of hot water, to the frustration of the queue behind. This needs sorting, it took ages to get a breakfast beverage every morning, and on the second day I had to return 4 floors to my room and fill my cup from the in room Nespresso maker. I'd advise to bring a travel kettle with you.
Otherwise, a fine hotel, but the restaurant problems and discriminatory pricing for children are an issue, so not a hotel for children.
This hotel is located outside of the city center of Barcelona. It is just across from Fira Barcelona Gran Via, which has a L9 South metro stop. Hence, it is not difficult to go to the city from the hotel. The room is spacious with nice decor but the hotel seems a little old as there are some cracks here and there. The gym is usable but not really complete. There is a huge selection of food for the breakfast but they are not the best, either.
Hotel muy señorial, bonito, habitaciones y baño amplias. Piscina y Spa. Desayuno buffet muy completo y rico. Restaurante con menú, te dan la opción de que sí el día de salida, reservas un tratamiento o comida restaurante, te dejan la habitación hasta las 18,00. Una maravilla para poder aprovechar el día.
The room was as pictured and a pretty good deal for the affordable cost. However, it did take me pretty long to get there from the airport with public transportation. The wifi works well and the room was clean. They were also willing to give me the late checkout I required and let me back in the room when I forgot something. I should also comment that the “gym” was only like 3 machines. That said it was a pleasant stay.
L’hôtel est super sympa. Les chambres sont correctes. Le service de nettoyage impeccable. Le petit déjeuner masterclass. Premier hôtel où je vais où on sert du vin mousseux au petit déjeuner. Les produits sont frais. Le personnel très accueillant et compréhensif. Le petit plus c’est leur consigne à bagage pour ceux qui voyagent un peu plus tard.
1. Hotelli on alle puolen tunnin ajomatkan päässä lentokentältä Hotellissa on oma nouto- ja palautuspalvelu, mikä on erittäin kätevää.
2. Ympäristö: Se tuntuu pieneltä huvilalta, jonka vieressä on suuri supermarket ja ympäröivä ympäristö on erittäin mukava.
3. Sisäänkirjautuminen: Kaupunkivero 2,63 kerättiin ja palvelu oli hyvää. Käyttöasteen pitäisi olla korkea, edessämme oli noin 15 henkilöä saapuessamme. Joka tapauksessa kotimaisiin tähtihotelleihin verrattuna huone tuntuu yöpymispaikalta ilman ylimääräisiä esineitä. En nähnyt ilmaista pullotettua vettä, eikä vastaanotossa ollut puhelinnumeroa. Hiustenkuivaajassa on sisäänrakennettu sammutussuojatoiminto, joka kestää vain alle minuutin.
4. Aamiainen: Sanotaan, että se on suhteellisen hyvä, monia lajikkeita, joita ei voi verrata kotimaisiin. Unohda kiinalainen ruoka, ravintolaympäristö on erittäin hyvä ja siellä on terassi.

Hotel Indalo Park sijaitsee Santa Susannan keskustassa 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä rannalta. Hotellissa on aikuisten ja lasten ulkouima-altaat sekä WiFi. Huoneissa on ilmastointi ja oma parveke.
Huoneissa on tv, oma kylpyhuone sekä runsaasti luonnonvaloa. Lisäksi vuokrattavissa on jääkaappi.
Hotel Indalo Parkissa on buffet- ja à la carte -ravintolat. Lisäksi hotellissa on sisäuima-allas ja 2 poreallasta. Myös kokous- ja juhlatilat ovat käytettävissä.

After coming from an 18-hour trip, we truly appreciated the early check-in and the lovely upgrade, it was the perfect welcome and exactly what we needed. The location is absolutely ideal, especially as a pre-cruise stay, and being our first time in Barcelona, Ohla set the tone for our entire trip.
The staff were all incredibly nice and friendly, making us feel at home right away. The cava and chocolates waiting in our room were such a sweet and thoughtful touch, but what touched us most was the handwritten note congratulating us on our anniversary, it made the moment even more special. Thank you Iraia and Andrea.
Breakfast was also fantastic, with a great selection of delicious options. I have to give a special mention to the mini croissants, they were absolutely divine, melting in your mouth with every bite!
We would also like to especially mention Fatima from the restaurant, who went above and beyond to make sure our breakfast experience was perfect. She was so warm, genuinely friendly, and attentive. She even prepared us some really good lattes, which made our mornings even better. Her kindness and hospitality truly stood out!
We will absolutely book here again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Ohla Barcelona, for making our first visit to this beautiful city unforgettable!
MMellie CWe so thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sensation Sagrada Familia. The location was superb - metro, supermarkets, and places of interest were all within walking distance. The view of Sagrada Familia from our apartment was jaw-dropping. The fully-equipped kitchen allowed us to enjoy a home-cooked Christmas meal. Looking forward to staying here again!

And room was very clean and well-maintained. The pool area was also very relaxing and the staffs were very kind, especially a man at the bar.

Room is good size, with separated shower and toilet. Room attendant is very nice. We stayed 4 nights and may reserve it again if we’re going to Barcelona in the future.
The only downside is the elevator is a bit smaller.
VVieraskäyttäjäWe had rather a long wait to check in and were not acknowledged by the staff on reception who were dealing with two other guests checking in. There were five staff behind the reception desk but it took a good five minutes maybe longer before anyone attended to us!! This did not feel like the best start but our check in was then done quickly and efficiently but not what I would call a warm welcome.
Our room was on the sixth floor and was nice and clean. The beds are really comfortable and apart from the half the tv channels everything worked fine. I was surprised there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room considering this is a four star hotel.
The pool area was also a little disappointing.
AA.BuessAmazing hotel, less people, not crowded beaches. If you’re searching for food there are plenty of restaurants which you can try different variations of food. The hotel is clean, rooms are big with a balcony where you can drink your coffee or tea. At the evening admirer sunset. What we didn’t like that they didn’t make a refill of coffee and tea, we should have asked the staff. But the rest was fine.

Forget what you think you know about ”business” hotels, because the Hotel SB BCN Events is a delightful surprise that's packed with fun, positive vibes, and a truly relaxing atmosphere!
From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. The check-in was a breeze, and we were whisked away to our room, which was an absolute dream. The decor is modern and sleek, but the big, fluffy beds and the incredible natural light made it feel cozy and welcoming. I'm pretty sure I could have spent my entire trip just lounging on that bed and gazing out the window!
But then we discovered the rooftop pool... and the game was officially changed! Holy wow. The views are breathtaking, and it's the perfect spot to unwind, soak up the sun, and enjoy a cocktail. The atmosphere is so relaxed and happy; it's like a little slice of paradise right in the city. And the poolside bar staff? Absolute legends! They were so friendly and made the most delicious drinks.
Even the hotel's location, which might seem a little outside the city center, is a huge plus! It's so peaceful and quiet at night, and we loved the feeling of escaping the hustle and bustle after a day of sightseeing. Plus, the public transport connections are super easy, so getting to the main attractions was never a problem. We actually enjoyed the short ride, as it gave us a chance to see more of the city!
The food at the hotel was also fantastic. We had a lovely dinner at the restaurant, and the breakfast buffet in the morning was a feast! So many options, all so fresh and delicious. It was the perfect way to fuel up for a day of exploring.
Overall, our stay at Hotel SB BCN Events was an absolute joy. It’s a place that manages to be stylish and sophisticated, yet still feel incredibly friendly and fun. AARC5555The hotel is very new and has nice rooms with a great view on the higher floors. Especially the balcony is nice. The rooms are spacious and bright, equipped with all necessities like a safe or a hairdryer. For special equipment like a kettle you need only ask at reception.
The check in was quick and convenient, rooms can be reached quickly by elevator. There is one restaurant and one Café, the breakfast buffet in the restaurant is rich and tasty.
Also the rooftop bar with an indoor and outdoor are including the small infinity pool is great, but I imagine it being crowded during high season.
The location of the hotel is decent yet not perfect. It is roughly a 5-10 min walk to the nearest Tram or Subway station (probably El Maresme Forum) and there is also a big shopping mall. The beach is a 20 min walk, alternatively you can use bus H16 only 5 min from the hotel to get to most beach areas along the coast. There are also some small shops and bars nearby, but not the best. Now the downside, the hotel seems to be next to a rundown living quarter with shady people hanging around.
To get from the hotel to the city by subway or tram, plan around 25-30 min.
The service was friendly and the room was cleaned very well every day. Only once it happened that at around 11:30 a hotel employee knocked our door angrily and said loudly „Checkout“, but we have booked for several more days. He apologized after I told him, obviously he got the wrong room, but still this communication error shouldn’t happen in a 4star hotel. Also one day we didn’t receive the free bottle of water even though we disposed of the previous empty one. Besides that, everything was good.
All in all I would recommend this hotel for its nice views over the city, the new and clean rooms and the competitive prices. The city as well as the beach require 15-30 minutes travel time on public transportation, so a Hola Barcelona card is recommended.
