Good Hotel, friendly service. Good quality for money.

The hotel is quite nice; the only issue is that the photos they show are from Royalton Hideway, not Royalton Splash, which makes things a bit confusing. At first it bothered me, but we were able to use both hotels, except for some areas like the buffet at the larger one and a few other things. Other than that, the beach was beautiful and the pools were nice too. There are a couple of things that could be improved, like having more areas where people can hang out longer, or places to play games such as volleyball or something like that—but that’s just my personal opinion. Overall, the hotel is good. It’s not “wow” like I initially expected, but I can’t complain.

Bathrooms need some renovation. After taking a shower, the whole bathroom gets wet. Also,breakfast options should be made more foreigner friendly as well as employing people who can speak English. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to lodge with big comfortable beds and nice swimming pool.

Estuvimos hospedados en el hotel Bakour y nuestra experiencia fue absolutamente excepcional. Desde el momento en que llegamos, el personal nos hizo sentir como en casa. La atención fue de alta calidad, familiar y extremadamente atenta. Siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarnos con cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. La recepción fue especialmente destacada, gracias a la amabilidad y eficiencia de Kimberly, quien nos saludaba todos los días y nos mantenía informados sobre las actividades del hotel. Su atención personalizada y su disposición a ayudarnos en cualquier momento fueron fundamentales para nuestra estancia. Pero lo que realmente nos enamoró fue la actitud del personal en general. Desde Manuel, el vendedor de tours que se convirtió en un amigo y nos hizo varios obsequios sin compromiso, hasta los chicos del bar y el buffet, como Jazmín y Joan, que siempre estuvieron atentos y amables. Incluso Junior, que trabajaba por las noches, fue extremadamente sociable y nos hizo sentir parte de la familia. Celebramos mi cumpleaños número 27 en el restaurante japonés del hotel y el equipo nos preparó un festejo inolvidable. Nos dejaron un pastel y una botella de Aperol en la habitación antes de la celebración, lo que nos hizo sentir muy especiales. Aunque la playa no estaba en su mejor momento, la estadía en general fue excelente gracias al personal. Todos y cada uno de ellos se preocuparon por nuestra comodidad y felicidad, y eso es algo que no se puede medir solo con estrellas. En resumen, el hotel Bakour se merece las 5 estrellas con creces. El personal es extremadamente atento y se preocupa genuinamente por la experiencia de los huéspedes. Si buscas un lugar donde sentirte como en casa y ser tratado como parte de la familia, este es el hotel perfecto para ti.

My flight was canceled, so I stayed here for just one night. I was very satisfied because all the staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast was also delicious. The omelet in the photo looks good, but the sandwich my husband ordered was much tastier. If you need a simple stay near the airport, I think this place offers good value for the price.

The hotel was fabulous in that it was clean, spacious, modern, and had a calm business vibe. It is set outside of the main Madrid attractions, which is nice for business travelers. If you are traveling to see the sites, you will need to take an Uber/ taxi, which is about 15-20 minutes per traffic and time of day. It's not bad, but not ideal if you want to walk out from your hotel and be in the action. Apart from location, the front desk staff are super friendly and helpful, the hotel has a modern vibe, and has some cool restaurants located around its vicinity. Im a huge fan of AC hotels now because of this beauty we stayed at in Madrid! Although its kinda far from the attractions, I'd still return and stay at this location again and refer it to future travelers!

Большая и красивая территория резорта. Нас впечатлило большое количество цветов и зелени. На территории много персонала и охраны, это создавало ощущение безопасности. Весь персонал очень вежливый и взаимопомощный: наш консьерж очень быстро реагировал на любые просьбы и вопросы, а на стойке регистрации нам помогли пройти быстрый чек-ин в приложении резорта. Хотя само приложение вызывало у меня сложности в использовании. На территории резорта есть маленький магазин, где мы могли покупать напитки, закуски, фрукты и овощи. Здесь очень вкусные фрукты и особенно, манго. Однако за всю неделю проживания нам удалось купить манго только один раз. В остальные дни их быстро разбирали. Еда в ресторане была очень вкусной, мы были оч довольны, кроме последнего ужина, когда нам принесли 2 пересоленных вторых блюда. Пересолили дораду, курицу и гарнир к ним. Администрация ресторана утверждала, что блюда нормальные по соли, пока я не попросила их попробовать. Нам сделали скидку 30% , но это не спасло испорченное настроение. Удивило, что здесь хорошо работает американский Uber и нам было легко заказывать такси. В наших апартаментах было чисто и уютно, но сильно пахло плесенью из ящиков кухни ( вероятно от высокой влажности с океана). Поэтому мы ею не пользовались и кушали в ресторане. В целом осталось отличное впечатление об этом курорте, океане, ярком солнечном небе и радующихся жизни людях. При возможности, вернемся сюда еще раз! В целом о

The hotel does not look like the pictures. When I got yo my room, on the first night my room smelled of urine, as if person who was belied me peed and the hotel doesn’t clean it. It was unbearable, I had to ask reception to come and sort it out because I wasnt going to be able to sleep with that smell. The housekeeper came and she swiped the floor and it was much better. The toilet handle was broken despite the water flushing. The room smelled out humidity. Not very sure of they changed the sheets needles I got there or even after. The food was all artificial food, nothing organic. All drinks were from those sachets. Even the sprite tasted different :/ On NYE the food was much better, there were good choices, but still artificial. Overall, it wasn’t that bad, a lot of people seemed to be okay with it. I am very picky so I notice everything.
