I was lucky enough to stay on the 8th floor, and the room was ”super duper” nice; it felt modern, incredibly clean, and offered a high-end atmosphere that made for a perfect resting spot. For the quality and convenience you get, the price point is spot on, making it the best value-for-money option in the area. It turned a quick transit into a highlight of my trip, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone needing a reliable, comfortable base near the airport.

Hotel location is very good, closed to both old town street and Nanping pedestrain street. To find the hotel entrance, we have to walk around to the back of the building. the hotel is next to another hotel (Four Points by Sheraton). That area is also pick-up/drop-off point, which is very convenient to ride taxi/Didi. The hotel The room is quite clean and sufficient amenities . Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. We have good rest. As the hotel pillow was so comfortable, and helped us sleep very well after come back from the high attitude zones (Shangri-la, we made space in our suitcase and bought a pillow to take home.

We stayed 3 nights at a river view room which was clean and well appointed. The service was excellent, they serviced our room and helped me print out a visa. The location next to the river is quiet and relaxing to see the boats go by. Breakfast was understaffed, since they rapidly ran out of food, plates, cups and couldn't cook or re-fill food and drinks. So go early for breakfast. It takes a long time for didi car to drive up to the hotel. Be sure to choose a route that avoids the traffic bottlenecks.

Both of us are extremely satisfied staying Im this hotel. The resapan for giving the hotel 10/10 are: - Efficient customer service, the senior lady as well as the younger staff at the counter are very alert and responsive. I would say the young senior staff with short hair is a gem to the hotel management team. She's kind, caring and hospitable. - The Hotel is strategically located near to the Kunming Railway Station as well as to FuDe Subway station. Moving around in Kunming city is so convenient. - Just next to the hotel is the Shuangqiao Night Market. It's the largest night market in Kunming. We enjoyed the variety of food served in the market. - Although the night market operates till 3am, the rooms remain quiet and peaceful to sleep in because the Hotel has double layered glass windows to block out the noise from outside . - The breakfast I served is also delicious : local noodles and wantons served in three types of soup - plain chicken broth, sour and spicy or Mala taste. I would highly recommend this hotel to all my friends and family members who are going to visit Kunming. Thank you very much for the lovely stay at Exclusive Hotel, Kunming.

Very helpful and attentive, recommended for foreigner. The receptionist will use translator and inform you to add their wechat account to make communication easier. For breakfast I like that they also serve rose tea. They also provide pdf of summary for nearest or famous tourist places and how to get there. My luggage’s wheel is broken due to airport handling and I ask help from them for my travel insurance claim. They responded swiftly.

Asuin äskettäin tässä hotellissa ja yleinen kokemus oli hieno! Huone on tilava ja valoisa, ja sen sisustus on moderni ja yksinkertainen, mikä antaa ihmisille lämpimän ja mukavan tunteen. Sängyt olivat puhtaat ja siistit, ja unen laatu oli erinomainen. Hotellin palvelu on tarkkaavaista ja huolellista, ja vastaanoton henkilökunta on lämmin ja ystävällinen ja tarjoaa paljon hyödyllisiä matkaneuvoja. Aamiaisvalikoima on runsas ja monipuolinen, vastaa eri makujen tarpeisiin. Sijainti on myös erittäin hyvä, kätevät kulkuyhteydet ja monet ruokailu- ja ostosmahdollisuudet lähellä. Kaiken kaikkiaan olin erittäin tyytyväinen oleskeluun tällä kertaa, valitsen tämän hotellin seuraavalla kerralla ja suosittelen sitä ystävilleni!

Hotelli on melko uusi hyvin puhdas, sijainti on ihanteellinen meille, me saalis juna niin helppo, erittäin mukava, lähellä on monia ruokailuvälineitä, jotka tarjoavat herkullista paikallista ruokaa, monet mukavat kaupat ympäri, muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan siellä on suuri ostoskeskuksen, vastaanottajat kaikki he olivat hyvin nöyryyttävää, palvelut tarjottiin hyvää, hymyilevät kasvot koko ajan, niin lähellä Kunming rautatieasema eteläasema, muutaman minuutin juna ja erittäin kohtuuhintainen hinta.suosittelee varmasti ystäviä jäädä.

The room was spacious and bright, with a great view, spotless clean, tidy, impeccable housekeeping ensures every corner is clean, with no odors in the bathroom. Comfortable bedding, soft, skin-friendly and hygienic, very good shower with excellent water pressure. The lighting system that meets all preferences caught my attention, it was possible to have completely bright light, half light or low light and light focused only where it was needed, in this sense I felt myself being in a 5 star hotel. The hotel's attention to detail was evident. When first arrived we were very unsure about the place, because there wasn’t any sign in the building saying it’s an hotel, I thought it was an AIRBNB. The elevator and the carpet in the hallway did not match the excellent quality of the room, we thought we had been fooled by the photos on the app. Fortunately, the room itself was even better !!!! Traveling light, carrying the extremely necessary, it’s so helpful being able to use the washing machine, the hotel even supply laundry soap. Highly recommend it and will stay here again! PS:-Foreigners not familiarized with address system in China, as a reference there is a school next to the hotel - QICAI YUNNAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL- ( took a picture but cannot read the name of the school, show this picture to someone when trying to locate the hotel).

I think I got a room upgraded due to low peak season. The room comes with bathtub is spacious. Heater in the room and bathroom working well. There are washing machines on the rooftop which is very convenient for travellers. Overall is great and value for the money at this price.

Service was excellent as staff at Reception counter is able to understand English. Good customer attributes and with smiling and dedicated services. Even help me to fix problem on the coffee dispenser provided with compliments beside the reception counter. Location is strategic and near to Kunming. Room is extremely big and price is reasonable. Highly recommended. Will book again in my next trip
