This hotel was an excellent choice on my first visit to Kashgar. It's located outside the Kashgar City Walls, but close to the East Gate (the water gate is even closer, and the closest is through the Kashgar City Hall😊), and the Kurun Tower is right next door. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, which was a huge plus. The room was so comfortable that I had no issues during my three-night stay. Thank you.🙏

I had a long layover at Ürümqi International Airport—my first time there—and booked this hotel the night before. It was very easy to find; you don’t even need to leave the airport. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the exit gate. Check-in was quick and efficient. The room was spacious, clean, and appeared to be in a newly built or recently renovated hotel. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my short stay. Breakfast was included in the rate, which was a nice bonus. I managed to get a solid 8 hours of incredibly comfortable sleep—something I really needed during my layover. Overall, this is an excellent choice if you have an overnight layover at Ürümqi. Convenient, clean, and restful.

My friend and I stayed at the Tianyuan Hangyou Hotel during a layover in Urumqi, and it was the perfect choice for a short stay near the airport. The location is extremely convenient - just ~15 minutes away from the terminal, which made our transit hassle-free. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the airport, which was a great advantage. Though the hotel could use minor renovations, the price-to-quality ratio is excellent. The room had all the essentials: slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste, a comb, a hairdryer, an electric kettle, cups, and bottled water. The Wi-Fi worked well, which was important for us to plan our day trip and order a taxi. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which offered a good variety of options. Even if you're not yet accustomed to Chinese cuisine, you can find simple choices like boiled eggs and mantou (steamed buns). For sightseeing, the city center and main attractions (such as the Xinjiang Museum, Red Hill Park, the Grand Bazaar, and the mosque) are about 30 minutes away by taxi. We managed to explore all of them in a day. Nearby, there are also local markets, convenience stores, and small cafés for snacks and essentials. Overall, if you need a comfortable, budget-friendly hotel close to Urumqi Airport with good service and decent amenities, Tianyuan Hangyou Hotel is a great option. Highly recommended for transit travelers!

Hyvin mukava näkymä ja puhdas huone, curtains ovat lukossa ja ei voi avata kaikki nauttia näkymä kuitenkin. Henkilöstö hyvin mukava ja apua, mutta ei puhunut englanti. tarkistaa oli helppo ja nopea.

La Turpan West impression home stay ressemble à un petit palace. La chambre que j'ai occupée est particulièrement spacieuse,calme,bien éclairée,d'une propreté irréprochable .Je me permets aussi de préciser que la qualité de l'accueil est tout à fait irréprochable. Un bémol toutefois,le ménage est fait un peu tardivement dans la journée alors qu'on est déjà rentré de l'excursion.

Very good and comfortable hotel near the Grand Bazaar, with plenty of shops and cafés nearby. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Pros: Spacious family suite with a separate room for a child. Cons: The hotel does not appear on maps (AMap or Google Maps), so it can only be found using the address.

What stood out was their service. 北辰in the front desk helped us book day tours using his mobile phone number (as foreigners we could not get a local mobile number). We were automatically given an extended checkout on the date of our departure and free transport to the airport.

Big room, super clean, great views, very good location with many small restaurants and nightlife around. Very copious breakfast with enough seating. Efficient laundry room. One window in the guest room can be opened. The aircon was not noisy! Bed linens of the highest quality. Special thanks to the most helpful staff at the reception. Xiao Pan and Sha Sha earn special points for helping me with a Captcha with Chinese characters! Free transfer from the railway station and back to the airport. 100% recommended.

The hotel is a rather questionable option for foreign travelers. Its location is not very convenient, as it is quite far from most places, so you will usually need to take a taxi, although taxis are inexpensive 🐛 The room was clean and fairly pleasant overall, but the bathroom door did not close properly, which was uncomfortable. Other than that, the room itself was generally fine, with nothing too critical to complain about. I would also like to mention the staff. They seemed quite unapproachable, were not very willing to communicate, and could not always help resolve certain issues. Because of this, the overall impression of the service felt somewhat lacking in hospitality. As for the breakfast, it was quite small and limited, with very little variety, but if you just want to eat something, it is enough to fill you up. During the stay, there were also occasional problems with the key card, which caused some inconvenience. Overall, this hotel may be suitable only for undemanding guests or for a short stay, but I would not recommend expecting a high level of service or comfort. That is why, unfortunately, I cannot give it a high rating.
