Everything was very good. Staffs are kind and warm welcoming. There is free shuttle bus service from kaoshung to hotel, it’s very convenient. A bar located on the beach. Grab some beer at night with good vibe. It’s perfect!

I had a pleasant stay at Norway Forest Hotel in Taichung. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Taichung Train Station, which makes traveling around the city very convenient. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean with good water pressure. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The hotel also has a playground for children, which is great for families, as well as laundry and drying facilities, very convenient for longer stays. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and I would recommend it to travelers visiting Taichung.

FX Inn Hotel in Kaohsiung offers a sense of comfort and tranquility. While the rooms are not luxurious in size, they are thoughtfully arranged—bright, clean, and well-kept. The beds are soft yet supportive, allowing guests to wake up refreshed after a restful night. The bathroom and overall environment are equally spotless, with attention to detail that reflects genuine care. The service is another highlight. Staff members are consistently polite, wearing warm smiles and responding promptly to requests. Whether during check-in, check-out, or handling everyday inquiries, they go about their duties with professionalism and attentiveness, creating a truly welcoming atmosphere.

Comfortable and well located stay. It's all immigrants in this area and quite a lot of homeless too. But the hotel was clean and well kept. The staff was friendly. No breakfast arrangement though.

Minulla oli korkeat odotukset, koska se näyttää upealta. Tämä on paikka, johon kannattaa tulla syömään mieluummin kuin jäämään. Tai olisi hyvä idea tulla tutustumaan hotelliin ryhmämatkalla. Palvelu on kolmannen luokan. Hotelli on tarpeeksi lähellä, jotta voit nähdä sen asemalta, mutta se on pienellä kukkulalla ja siellä on pimeää yöllä, joten et voi kävellä sinne. Hotellilta on bussikuljetus Yuanshanin asemalle, ja bussikuljetus Jiantanin asemalle, joka on lähin asema Shilinin yömarkkinoita, on saatavilla vain lauantaisin ja sunnuntaisin. Luulen, että useimmat tässä hotellissa yöpyneet ihmiset menevät Shilinin yömarkkinoille, mutta menevät ensin bussilla Yuanshanin asemalle, sitten MRT 1 -asemalta Jiantanin asemalle ja kävelevät sieltä. Had an awesome time here. The room was super clean and comfy, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Great location too—close to everything I needed. Breakfast was tasty, and the whole place had a nice, relaxed vibe. Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel is super stylish, fitting in with the retro, yet trendy vibe of Tainan. From the lobby with LPs to the the 8th floor, all the amenities and thoughtful design was top notched. On the 8th floor, you have a small functional kitchen to eat your street food. It also has a free arcade which brought back childhood memories....Pac Man, Street Fighter. We also used the laundry facilities and the free 24 hr coffee machine. The vending machines were filled with local drinks. Whilst the room itself was on the small size, it was tastefully decorated with a large sitting area (despite its small size). What was super thoughtful were the booklets describing all the streetfood stalls in the area, the owners stories and a newspaper which profiled some of the owners. The sweets and the filter coffee and paper disposable and eco friendly plates, bowls and cutlery as well as kettle were the magic touches. It just goes to show that they thought about all the little things to make this place unique. We had a drainage issue in the shower but it was fixed immediately showing the responsiveness of the staff. Whilst perhaps a little inexperience, the staff were friendly, eager to help and extremely sincere. Post checking out, I wanted to point out that we were granted the use of the facilities on the 8th floor which allowed us to shower, have a place to rest and enjoy the hotel of the rest of our afternoon. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

Very close to BanQiao train station interchange, large shopping mall and underground shopping district with lots of shopping and nice foods. You can take the bus 1962 from Airport and get off at BanQiao stop without changing to MRT. Staffs were friendly and attentive, Lobby area is nice and tidy, rooms are quite large compare to other newer hotels in Taipei. It also have rooftop swimming pool with nice deco, unfortunately it was winter when we visited and it's too cold to dip into the pool. Love the vibe, location & room - strongly recommended anyone to stay here when are are visiting BanQiao district.
