Se on OK. He antavat pieniä lahjoja, kun he jättävät laukkunsa säilytykseen. Palveluasenne on hyvä. Hotellissa on myös julkinen pesukone. Sänky on hieman kova. Siellä on paljon ulkomaalaisia. Hygienia on myös erittäin hyvää. Ihmisiä tulee ja menee paljon. Tie on vain rakenteilla, eikä se ole kovin kätevä. Ympäröivä yhteisö on myös keskinkertainen. Mutta hotelli on hyvä.

Excellent location, close to City Wall Entrance, Bell Tower, Drum Tower, eateries everywhere, can’t fault the location. I booked a room with excellent view however the window can’t cancel out the traffic noise. So it is okay if you could sleep through the noisy traffic, I was given a pair of earplugs but can’t sleep with them on anyway . Ashtray with bin are available outside the lift area so cigarette smell lingers, it should not be allowed to smoke indoor. My partner didn’t enjoy the cold cooked fried egg, sausages nor the cold bacon. Fried eggs should be cooked to order. English tea bags were not available until I asked. Tables on the balcony were not cleared so it was messy. We certainly enjoyed the smart toilet and a lady even ironed my partner’s t-shirts for free. The staff at the reception were sympathetic especially someone was clearing up Chinese New Year decorations at 3:30 in the morning, disturbed sleep again. The girl was very kind and offered me a souvenir.

Great short stay at the Youfang hotel. Daily room cleaning was a real plus! The hotel is in an excellent location close to the South Gate and Line 2 metro. Only downside is the room was not ready for check-in when we arrived well past the check-in time and waiting in the hotel lobby was quite cold. Great to have the free laundry facilities if you are travelling around China and need to clean clothes. Amazing view out of our hotel room of the South wall and lanterns on display.

Here’s a polished review in English, natural and hotel-review style: ⸻ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Xi’an and would absolutely recommend it. The location is truly exceptional, set בתוך the historic city walls and just a short walk from the iconic Bell Tower. Right outside the hotel, you’ll find plenty of street food stalls, the vibrant Muslim Quarter, and countless restaurants, making it the perfect base to explore the city. The staff were incredibly kind and patient, especially with guests who don’t speak Chinese. A special mention also goes to the breakfast team, who stood out for their attentiveness and friendliness. The breakfast itself was good, with a decent variety to choose from. The room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully furnished in a modern style. I especially appreciated the Dyson hairdryer — such a nice touch to have even while traveling. And the mattress deserves a special mention: one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on, truly outstanding. I would definitely stay here again. My only regret is that I only spent two nights, because everything about this hotel was simply lovely.

I recently stayed at the Chalet Hotel (Xi’an Bell and Drum Tower) and it was easily the highlight of the trip. If you’re looking for the perfect mix of location, style, and comfort, this is it. First off, the location is unbeatable. You are steps away from the Bell Tower and the Muslim Quarter, which made popping out for late-night snacks or sunrise photos incredibly easy. Even though it's right in the heart of the action, the room was surprisingly quiet and felt like a peaceful escape from the city buzz. The design of the hotel is super chic—very modern with a touch of local character. My room was spotless, the bed was like a cloud, and I loved the high-end amenities they provided. It definitely feels more like a boutique luxury experience than a standard hotel. What really pushed it to a 10/10 for me was the service. The staff went above and beyond to help with local recommendations and transport, making everything feel seamless. Whether you're here for the history or the food, this is the best base you could ask for in Xi'an. I’ll definitely be booking here again.

Enjoyed a very pleasant 4 day trip to visit the historical and revolutionary sites of Yan’an and the trip was made much better thanks to a very comfortable and convenient stay at the Wanda Realm. For anybody who plans to visit the city I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is located just to the south of the old city of Yan’an in the newly built Wanda City area. It is a 15-20 minute taxi ride to the old center (depending on traffic) and it’s relatively easy to call a taxi with a ride hailing app like Didi. It’s also within walking distance of the Red Street 红街 tourism area that has a theatre, cinema, activities, coffee shops and restaurants. The hotel is new and all of the main public areas are clean and well maintained - such as the lobby, hotel rooms, restaurant and gym/pool. The gym contains my favorite Life Fitness gym equipment (a quality brand) and the multi-lane, 25m meter pool is a dream for anyone who likes to swim. It even offers a good view. The hotel breakfast is very good value for money and offers a high quality selection of Western-style food (bread, eggs, bacon, sausages and cereals) as well as very tasty local Chinese food - especially local Yan’an/Shanxi noodles and dumplings. For any foreigners like me, you’ll get a good sense of local taste with good ingredients. The room was very clean and spacious with nice balcony and great view of the lake and Red Street. Service staff was excellent and many staff speak good English. We even received a nice hand written message and welcome fruits. Especially if you travel with children, this is where you should stay in Yan’an. Thank you for making my holiday more enjoyable.

We arrived at T5 Xi'an airport past midnight and by the time we cleared immigration and customs, it was already 1.30am. After we message them, Moon Hotel sent a mini-bus to pick us up. Moon Hotel is short distance from hotel but the bus needed to pick others from other terminals. By the time we reached hotel, it was 2.30am Check-in was smooth and our twin bedroom was very spacious. Room was very clean with modern furnishings. Bathroom was large. The most amazing experience was the bed mattress. It was very comfortable amd bed has 2 soft toys. We sleep very well for 5 hours but we had to checked out for our next destination. Moon Hotel is next to the police station, another local hotel and eateries. Our hotel breakfast was chinese buffet style but no coffee. Breakfast is from 6.45-9.30 am. Hotel provided us bus transfer to airport. We recommend Moon Hotel as layover airport hotel and for very comfortable beds.

Honestly, this was really good for an airport hotel. The hotel isn’t new, but the room furnishings were sleek. Breakfast was great: a variety of foods, including fresh rice noodles, stir fries, congees etc. Heated toilet seat was a nice touch. Airport shuttle was smooth, though it only departed every hour or so (see photo). A few points of annoyance: weird odour from the bathroom in the evening. No scale, which is unusual in China and especially illogical for an airport hotel. The hallway carpet was way too plush, which is SO tricky when you have heavy luggage! Anyone who’s had to push 20kg down some thick carpet knows what I mean.

This is one of the best hotels i have stayed at. My second time to Ha thing and the second time I have stayed at this hotel and resort. The grounds a d gardens are brilliant and this makes it a very relaxed place to stay. The service of the hotel staff is perfect without any faults. Riven is an outstanding asset to this hotel. Very helpful indeed. On my next visit next year I will stay here again.

During my stay at Crowne Plaza, I found the accommodation very satisfactory. The room was a good size, featuring a comfortable, super large bed, mini fridge, kettle but no milk, this had to be requested. Also, the slow drainage in the shower was messy and inconvenient. Overall the room was very nice. The hotel’s lobby was spacious and attractively designed, setting a welcoming tone upon arrival. The lounge and the 40th-floor bar were definite highlights, offering a cool and inviting ambiance. The breakfast provided met standard expectations and was enjoyable. I’d like to extend a special acknowledgment to Tony, whose help during check-in and arranging breakfast in my room when I wasn’t feeling well was exceptional, demonstrating outstanding service. Crowne Plaza’s prime location adjacent to a mall and the bridge offered numerous options for leisurely walks and sightseeing, adding to the overall convenience. Although I didn’t personally utilize the gym or pool, they appeared to be well-maintained. Best hotel in the city for sure.
