Pros: The hotel has a great location, close to shops and stores. The room is spacious, clean, and very comfortable I really liked it. The service was good, and I think it would be even more beautiful in summer with a nice lake view room. Cons: Sometimes there was a cigarette smell in the bathroom. Also, the breakfast could be improved by offering more variety. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. On the first day of our stay at the Shangri-La Hotel, when we went to the reception, most of the staff did not speak English. However, a lady named Zoe Zhou helped us wholeheartedly and was extremely kind and professional. Sugar was also very helpful, and we are truly grateful to her. We had a lot of luggage and it did not fit into our suitcase, so we asked a male staff member to bring us a box. He not only brought the box but also kindly provided tape as well. His thoughtfulness and willingness to help really impressed us. Overall, the staff’s sincere support and warm attitude made our first day at the hotel very comfortable and memorable. The hotel has a great location and the amenities are quite good, which made getting around very convenient. However, the room itself had some issues. The carpet was very dirty, the room became quite cold at night, and there was an unpleasant smell that affected comfort. With better cleanliness and room conditions, this place could be much better. The hotel's location is good and easy to reach attractions and malls. The receptionist was nice. However the chef mistakenly thought i had already eaten breakfast and get angry and shouted at me. He was rude. I was also bitten by small animals.

The hotel I stayed in this time was really amazing, just below my location, near the community, within a few minutes' walk. Beautiful hotel. Very nice and clean. The air conditioning was weak, didn't keep the room cold. The room was big and comfortable beds. The gym facility was too small and limited, they put it at the front of the hotel near the bathroom and lobby, so it is embarrassing to use it and people watch you.... But overall, it is a very nice hotel because it is clean.
