Location is great as it is in the shopping area. Our butler Moon made us feel welcome and attended to all our needs. Highlight was the Storm Spa and the half hour photography session where the photographer communicates with us using gestures as we don't speak Chinese. Overall a good stay for anyone visiting Chongqing on vacation

Located conveniently in downtown Chongqing (Chaotianmen) Ambience: The entire hotel is beautifully designed with great taste and style. The atmosphere is fantastic, and everything is impeccably clean. Service: The front desk team is warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. They answered all our questions with a smile. Room: The bed has the perfect firmness—soft yet supportive. We slept like babies! Bonus: Super convenient location with plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. Great value for money—highly recommended!

Excellent location in the heart of the lively (and very touristy) Yuzhong district. Very well served by public transport. Easy access from the train station. A very warm welcome from the reception staff. The room I was given (17th floor) was perfect. Spacious, well-furnished and equipped, bright, clean, and comfortable. A quiet and pleasant place if you're not constantly sightseeing. Beautiful view of the city. Very good quality bedding. Very clean and comfortable sheets, duvets, and pillows. Good-sized bathroom. Very clean as well. Good quality bath towels. The wall-mounted towel/clothes rack is poorly placed above the toilet, which is neither practical nor hygienic. And the electric towel warmer wasn't working. The room is equipped with a hairdryer, electric kettle, small refrigerator, garment steamer, and small safe. Bottled water is provided daily. In addition to coffee (in the morning) and herbal tea (all day) available in the spacious lobby with its river view, there is also a microwave and ice maker. The room's Wi-Fi was excellent. The lighting was good, and the electrical outlets were compatible with European plugs without the need for an adapter. USB ports were also available. The central air conditioning was efficient and quiet. There was a large wall mirror at the entrance to the room. Drawbacks: 1. As a non-smoker, and having specifically requested a non-smoking room in my reservation, I found the lingering smell of smoke in the room upon arrival very unpleasant. 2. There was no dedicated luggage storage, as is common in many hotels in China; therefore, luggage was left open on the floor for the entire stay. 4. It's a shame there wasn't a small armchair and table to furnish the small mezzanine area of the room to better enjoy the view and the room's space. Bonus: Laundry service with four self-service washing machines on the 18th floor. Detergent provided. I really liked the drying area equipped with portable electric dryers, which are less damaging to clothes than regular tumble dryers. Breakfast restaurant: this is the only downside. Located on the 15th floor of the building (which houses several hotels). Buffet breakfast from 7:30 am to 10:00 am. The place is cozy with a lovely view. However, depending on the day and time of day, it can be cramped and noisy, too small to comfortably accommodate all the guests without enough proper high tables. As a result, I ended up having to share my table with noisy people chewing and burping, when all I wanted was to enjoy a peaceful breakfast. The buffet wasn't extraordinary, but it was decent and well-stocked. The gym area is in the same room, separated by a half-wall (I'm not even sure I can call it a gym when there are only four machines crammed together with no space around them, and where the food bin and the restaurant's dirty dish cart are also located. Forget about getting a workout in the morning!). It's a shame they don't offer a better, quieter breakfast area for this crucial moment at the start of the day. Overall, the value for money is still quite good, even if it's significantly more expensive than Chengdu, for example, for a hotel of the same standard.

The location is highly advantageous, providing convenient access to numerous prominent city landmarks. Additionally, a substantial retail complex is situated on the lower levels of the building, and the staff consistently demonstrates a friendly and accommodating demeanor. The views from the windows are quite impressive.

not all the rooms have big windows so check in early or request that in advance, no mold really anywhere, bathroom clean, bedsheets + bed clean + comfy. breakfast was good, had bread, mini cakes, veg like green beans, chillies, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, potatoes and corn, and fruit like melon. also had something in metal containers but they weren’t ready when i was there 7-7:30am. had coffee, mango/orange juice + two fruit juices i haven’t tried before but tasted good gym is basic, had 2 cables beside eachother, leg extension, an adjustable bench + sets of weights from 2.5 to 25kg, a cycling machine, and a treadmill. staff don’t speak english but have a translator device which seems accurate. attractions are all close by, stick to following the maps !!! as i thought maps was wrong and got lost, had to climb 300 steps to get out. hongya cave is a 1 min walk away, easy to see it from the bridge, couldn’t figure out how to get down to the ground floor to see it. raffels city shopping centre is a nice 15 min walk away, good amount of coffee shops everywheret

Lovely hotel with 100% customer service! I have never encountered customer service like Aspera’s. They helped me with my online purchases receipts as well as returns. In addition to that, they have been helpful with any requests, never failed to deliver all our requests. I was delighted with the birthday surprise arranged by the team! It was very very elaborate, definitely was a big surprise. I always missed the afternoon tea, but the team always replaces the tea set with fruits for me!

The hotel is very centrally located. Right next to the metro station, literally at its entrance. There is a large mall next to it, many shops and restaurants. The girls at the reception did not speak English, but they had translators and our communication went smoothly. They helped us with advice on what to see and how to get there. There is nothing more to be desired. They were always on line and were very nice! Our stay was perfect!
