It was a good experience with good service, facilities, worth the price, well equipped and clean room, sufficient underground parking and a very good view from the room.

I stayed on the 20th floor in a premium Fallsview room with two queen beds. The view was amazing, but since it’s winter, the window was frozen, so I couldn’t really see much in the morning. I think it’s better to check the weather before booking. Still, the night view was great, so I enjoyed it overall.

We had 1 night and enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It had convenient location near the airport, not busy roads. There is a park close to hotel, so you can go for a walk, play disc golf or golf. Everything was clean in the region, comfortable bed, pillows. Big thanks for the coffee machine in the lobby, delicious fresh coffee! Breakfast was good, they had beans which tasted good. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

I was scheduled for a 3 night stay in Brampton.  The first morning I got to hotel to see if check in early and drop off bags.  Unbelievably, the room was clean and unoccupied. The manager says that their early check in fee is $95!  Since, I am sure, no one ever pays that, so it is not like it is a revenue stream for hotel chain.  All it succeeds in is pissing off customers.  What skin is it off their teeth if room is empty and I just wanted to drop off bags? Continental Breakfast was a disaster with no coffee cups or spoons and stale food.

Sisäänkirjautumisen henkilökunta ei ollut kovin ystävällistä. Aluksi tunnelma oli laskenut. Paikallisen 54 cd:n veron + 45 cd:n pysäköintimaksun päivässä maksaminen olisi pitänyt olla hyvin yksinkertaista. Mutta laskeminen paperilla ja kynällä pitkään.🫣 Mene huoneen kylpyhuoneeseen ja käytä suihkujärjestelmää ilman täyttöä. Näyttää siltä, ettei sisäänkirjautuminen ole vielä valmis. Uloskirjautumisen yhteydessä käskettiin veloittaa lisämaksu. Selostettiin selvästi, että se laskettiin varauksen yhteydessä trip.com-sivustolla. Silti tilaukseni on kirjoitettu 🙄  Ja pyysimme sisäänkirjautumista ilman selitystä. Uloskirjautuminen maksuun asti. Vaikka lopulta hän keksi sen. Mutta minusta tuntuu, että tässä hotellissa ei ole muuta vaihtoehtoa kuin kysyä. Asiakkaat ottavat rahaa, ei muita palveluita. Onneksi sen sijainti on erittäin kätevä. Ravintola ja Clifton mäki vain muutaman minuutin päässä Ilotulitusnäytöksen jälkeen voit nopeasti palata huoneeseesi lisäämään pisteitä😆  

Highly recommend staying at this Hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. The heart shaped tub was amazing. The bed was so comfortable it was hard to get out of it in the morning. The location is prime - we were able to walk to all of the sites we wanted to see in the area. The staff was extremely helpful. We will definitely be staying here again.

Was very nice place, wifi needs updating and the construction needs to be rushed, pool temperature changes every day even though it’s a heated pool, was an interesting experience not having the same pool temperature day to day

酒店位置很好👍距離湖邊很近，房間寬敞明亮，清早可以看到日出，可惜陽台應該是長久無人打掃衞生狀況堪憂。早餐服務慢且第二天的土豆吃出了黴味兒，索性放棄第三天的早餐。

Great location! Very nice Fallsview from the river site room. Very comfortable beds and nice, thick towels. The only complaint I have about the parking, which quite far away from the hotel and very expensive (about $54 with the taxes). I would suggest to unload the luggage and drive the underground public parking, which is the same distance as Marriott'S parking but, costs $20 cheaper.
