The location of the hotel is very convenient, and the room is very clean. The hotel could provide more bathroom eminities. There is also a big problem to use the TV since most of the user guide are in German. The biggest drawback was the check-in counter service. The queue was very long and there were only 2 counter available that also serve as a switchboard operator. The check-in time took unbelievably between 20-30 minutes per guest.

Clean and pleasant hotel with beautiful breakfast terrace. Room is spacious and convenient.

Large hotel with basic facilities, has the Westfield shopping mall nearby which has most shops. However far away from city centre, requiring frequent trip by Uber or train.

Hi, My family booked a one-night stay for 10 guests (two rooms for 4 pax each and one room for 2 pax) as a stopover before catching a flight home the next day. We drove in from Innsbruck and chose this hotel expecting a comfortable and practical stay for a family. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. At the very least, we expected basic hotel amenities such as a kettle, coffee, and tea in the room. These are standard provisions in most hotels, especially for families and short transit stays. None were provided. The hotel felt less like a normal hotel and more like a bare, minimalist space with nothing to comfortably unwind or settle into after a long drive. The so-called welcome drinks were limited to cold beverages only, with no option for even a simple hot coffee, which was particularly disappointing after travel, during winter! Overall, my family was genuinely disappointed. Given the size of our booking, the price of the hotel and the purpose of our stay, we expected a more welcoming and functional environment. Reception was not welcoming as well. Only the room is a good size. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and review how expectations are being set for guests booking family stays. I believe this is the best hotel on main highway, free parking and connected gas station with good food options. Very suitable for people travelling by car from neighboring countries. Just 15 mintz from Vienna airport and still you can reach center of Vienna by Car in 15 mintz.

房間寬敞，員工友好，早餐質量不錯。

前台服務很熱情，很有耐心，英文説的好。酒店乾淨衞生，雖然離機場近但是很安靜聽不到任何起降聲音。就是房間很小床鋪很小，感覺翻個身都有可能掉床鋪底下😄
