Yleinen hotellikokemus oli hyvä, koska meillä oli kiire ja vaatteet olivat märät, mutta eivät vielä kuivuneet. Selitettyämme tilanteen vastaanottomiehelle, kirjauduimme sisään aikaisin klo 13.00, mutta huone oli suhteellisen pieni.

The location is good. But is still a distance to Imago mall. The hotel do provide one-way transport service to Imago mall or Suria mall. The room size is big and do have table and chair suitable for business traveller. The receptionist service is good and friendly. They willing to change a damage hair-dryer for us although it is taking a long time to get a good one. The facility a bit old but overall still ok.

It was a very good experience. The rooms is clean and modern, the pillow is comfort, bathroom is so spcious, plus welcome drinks in the fridge once checked in. The staffs are always friendly and responsive. Lobby is well decorated, cozy feels like home with touch of artistic design. Surrounding is convenient, there are lots of choice of food, Chagee, 24hr convenience shop are downstair. Only 10-15mins drive to take speedboat to pulau. Only parking is about rm30 per day. No free parking.

I enjoyed the food and beverage in the hotel. Even has Senior discounts too. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is super spacious with a bathtub. Laundrette detergent has a lovely fragrance. 10/10 service. Stayed for five nights.Sin$100 good deal.

Definitely value for money. Good location with walking distance to Imago shopping mall, Filipino market and famous restaurants nearby. Nice sea view from the room. Cleanliness of the room also above expectation. Breakfast was average but acceptable.

Yksi parhaista kokemuksistamme. Paras puoli Manukan Sutera Lodgessa 1) Erittäin avulias ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. 2) Varasin kaksi huonetta. He antoivat minulle vierekkäisen huoneen. Erittäin hyödyllinen lapsiperheille. 3) Erittäin tilavat huoneet. 4) Auringonlaskun näköalapaikka on iso plussa. Näet kauniin auringonlaskun. Mutta sinun on käveltävä 1,5 km takaisin ja toiset 1,5 km takaisin. 5) Yksityinen ranta on hyödyllinen vieraille, joten meidän ei tarvitse jakaa julkista rantaa muiden vierailijoiden kanssa. Näet enemmän kaloja ja koralleja, koska vähemmän turisteja pelottelee kaloja pois. 6) Ilmaiset snorklausvälineet vuokrattavana. 7) Herkullinen ja runsas aamiainen. 8) Helppo venekuljetus. Ilmainen yöpysäköinti Sutera Marina Clubilla. Haittoja 1) Ei datasignaalia tai wifiä huoneessa. Pitää mennä vastaanottoon wifiä tai datasignaalia varten. 2) Illallinen on hieman kalliimpi, koska ravintola on vain yksi, joten ei ole muita vaihtoehtoja. Mutta ruoka on herkullista, jopa paistetun riisin osalta (katso kuva)

It is still pretty new, the room is okay, smart tv is a plus with Netflix and Youtube, room is clean enough compared to other places and we were staying there with car for the weekend, so far parking still can find dbkk parking, the private parking area is pricy. But so far all smooth check in and out, there is a 24 hour convenient store connected to lobby. Have not tried the swimming pool, but there is a cafe near it, not many food options but still okay to try the western food and chill.

I really enjoyed my stay at The Cara. It’s a very interesting boutique hotel and honestly I’ve seen nothing like this before in KK, the concept feels very fresh and different. Every corner is photo worthy, so those who like taking pictures will definitely love it here. The room was super comfortable and you can tell they put a lot of thought into the small details to make it feel premium. Everything from the bed quality to the layout was spot on. Usually, boutique hotels look good but are not practical, but here, it was actually very easy to settle in and just relax. It's a nice change of pace compared to the bigger, standard hotels in the city.

Great stay, especially during the New Year holidays We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Kota Kinabalu. The location is great — close to the ferry terminal and very convenient for getting to the city center. Everything is easily accessible. The service was very good: the room was cleaned often, everything was clean, well maintained, and all facilities worked perfectly. The room itself is not very big, but it’s very cozy and comfortable. We were lucky to get a sea view, which was a wonderful surprise, as we didn’t expect it. We stayed during the New Year period, and the hotel organized festive events and delicious buffet dinners. The food was very tasty, and it was clear that the hotel takes pride in its dining. One of the highlights is the rooftop swimming pool with a beautiful view of both the city and the sea — a perfect place to relax. Overall, a great experience. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel.
