La camera ha una ottima vista per il mare, ci siamo piaciuti tantissimo. Camera pulita e abbastanza silenziosa, ristorante della hotel con prezzi buoni e anche cibi buoni. consiglio proprio!!!!

Our room was very comfortable and the 4th floor location was great! The room was listed as a garden view, but from our lovely terrace, we definitely had partial ocean view! We loved having a terrace complete with a table, 2 chairs, two lounge chairs and a remote control awning, to make shade if needed! The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The front desk staff and the staff in the dining area were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices were varied and good. We didn’t use the rooftop pool, lounge chairs, or hot tub but it looked fun. We also didn’t swim or access the private beach; the price of 50 Euros for 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella seemed a bit expensive. We were unsure if we could have gone there just to sit and have a drink without paying a fee. We should have asked. The location is about a 20 minute walk from the train station and there are no sidewalks for a small section as you get close to the hotel, so you have to change to the water side of the street and then cross back over. The city buses from the train station seem to always be very, very full so using the bus with any luggage would have been almost impossible.

Chambre spacieuse et assez confortable même si nous avons dû réclamer des couvertures non fournies, pas de bouilloire. Les informations sur l'hôtel et ses équipements devraient etre mis à disposition des clients dans la chambre. Je devais appeler la réception mais aucun numéro affiché. Grosse déception pour l'accès au SPA devenu payant (les années précédentes le SPA était inclu) et cette info n'apparaît pas sur le site de l'hôtel. Et malheureusement, j'avais choisi cet hôtel pour profiter d'un moment bien-être entre amies. L'enregistrement des nouveaux arrivants est trop long ! Nous avons attendu 30 minutes (2 couples devant nous) pour passer à l'accueil. Malgré la propreté de l'établissement et le personnel accueillant, nous ne retourneront pas dans cet établissement qui demande à améliorer certains points négatifs (pas de toilettes au restaurant, il faut descendre au sous-sol...)

Lovely location, beautiful hotel, set back from the road over-looking the sea. Just outside the hustle and bustle of the centre of Sanremo, only a 10 minute walk into the centre. With a delicious breakfast with plenty of variety. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The spa was lovely, with a large steam room, sauna, Hydrotherapy pool, showers and ice. As well as plenty of loungers, teas, water and fruit.

Жили там два дня, бесплатную воду дали только в первый день. Все понравилось, но был очень неприятный момент, который испортил впечатление о отеле. Когда заезжали, на ресепшен нам сказали, что все оплачено. При выезде мужчина на ресепшене сказал заплатить 16 евро сити такс за два дня. Я пыталась ответить, что все оплачено до заезда, но он настаивал, пришлось заплатить, так как мы торопились на поезд. Спасибо Trip.com, которые вернули нам эти деньги в виде трип коинсов.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for the first time with our two children. We booked two rooms, both offering a stunning view of the sea. The atmosphere is charming and naturally elegant, enhanced by the historic character of the building. The staff was friendly and supportive throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of both international and local options. The beach is just across the street, only a two-minute walk, which was perfect for us. We also appreciated the hotel’s convenient parking, located just outside the building. The swimming pool with its bar was a highlight—an ideal spot to relax and enjoy an aperitif before dinner. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that we would be happy to repeat in the future.

Olin 1 yö tässä hotellissa vain siksi, että se oli täysin varattu! ): Sijainti viisas - erinomainen. Jalankulkumatka La Spezia junaasemalla, vain 8 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Hallittavissa matkatavaroilla. Jalankulku kaupunkikeskukseen ja satamiin on myös helppo ja vain noin 15min. Koska hyvä sijainti, meillä ei ollut tarvetta viettää liikenne! Lähellä on monia kauppoja saada vettä, on myös Carrefour 300m päässä. Turvallinen alue, jossa on paljon paikallisia kauppoja. Huoneita on hyvin tilava ja puhdas. Sänky on mukava. On mukava parveke jäähtyä italialainen. Ne tarjoavat perustuotantolaitteet ja jopa 2 pulloa vettä. Pyyhkeet on puhdas. Vain huono asia on vesipaine on melko hidas, joten kylpyaika kestää pitkään. Mutta suuri ja tilava huone on se. Huone on myös hyvin hiljaa hyvää yötä unta. Nukuin hyvin. Tarkista toimisto on toisessa paikassa noin 100m päässä omaisuudesta. Huomaa, että se ei ole samalla alueella. Lisäksi on huomattava, että omaisuus oli pieni hissi raskas matkatavaroiden. Useimmilla italialaisilla rakennuksilla ei ole hissejä Suosittelee varmasti tätä paikkaa! Erittäin kätevä ja edullinen. Korkeasti suositella!
