Spent five nights here at around Easter time, visiting my relatives living nearby. Hotel is a hidden gem - really beautiful, ancient, quiet; with magnificent panoramic view of Rome, esp at night. Staff are all very nice, friendly and provide help whenever required. Breakfast is fine, not much in variety but for me it's good enough. will certainly come again when I next visit Rome/grottaferrata.

Location is just across the train station.. very convenient ! Love the bed… so comfortable! They follow my request on the room location. It’s a quiet room. Staffs are wonderful and helpful will def recommend this hotel!

This hotel is unique compared to others I’ve stayed at in Italy, as it’s the only one that offered box tissues. The breakfast was adequate, and overall, I’m glad I chose this hotel.

Talo on hyvin, laaja ja tilava huone. Hyvin huomattava, että ei usein löydy on jätejako huoneessa. Hyvä ja valmiita henkilökunta ja hinta laatu suhde on erinomainen. Kokeilin myös kylpylä ja löysin itseni hyvin. Rakennus sijaitsee Sorianon keskustassa Ciminossa, kaupunki itse on kaunis vierailla mutta hyvin pieni, suosittelen häntä rentouttavaa oleskelua. Paikka sijaitsee lähellä Park del Bomarzo ja ei ole kaukana Viterbo

The hotel’s location is excellent—only a 7-minute walk from the train station, and most of Rome’s must-see sights are within about 20 minutes. If you want to stay in the center of everything, this place is a great choice. However, the service was a nightmare. The elevator is almost a joke: maximum 2 people, extremely slow (luckily my room was on the 2nd floor). Maybe it’s cultural differences, but the staff here were the rudest I’ve ever experienced. My flight from Nice to Rome was canceled, which meant I lost a night at the Hive. I called to ask for help canceling that night—it wasn’t my fault for not showing up—but both Trip.com and the hotel staff were completely unhelpful. Very disappointing and frustrating. My room was close to construction, non-stop noise over the night. Bottom line: the location is great, but don’t expect any favors or kindness from the hotel. When you’re already stressed, their cold and unfriendly attitude will only make things worse.

Check-in was quick and seamless, and the complimentary cookies were a pleasant surprise. The room and bed were comfortable, and the staff were helpful throughout my stay. I would gladly return.

Buongiorno, abbiamo passato un fantastico soggiorno presso questa struttura. Camera enorme e pulitissima, letti confortevoli e grandi. Consiglio questo hotel e sicuramente torneremo!!! Top 😊

The location of the hotel is convenient and safe. Close to Piazza di Spagna. However the checkin process was disappointing because the hotel can’t find me via phone for the self checkin. There is nobody at reception at the time of checking in. So get prepared by this. You can leave your luggages at the restaurant at the corner of the building, which is owned by the hotel owner. There are some noise at night when people coming back and the wall is obviously thin.

Minulla oli miellyttävä kokemus yöpyä tässä hotellissa. Huoneessa on tarpeeksi kokoa meille kahdelle ja kylpyhuone oli melko hyvä. Olen yrittänyt syödä aamiaista, mutta mielestäni se oli vähän tyyris. Rakastan sijaintia, koska se oli hiljainen. Suosittelen ehdottomasti tätä paikkaa ystäville, jotka aikovat vierailla Roomassa. Huonehinta oli kohtuullinen.

Только что выехали из отеля и хочется сразу написать отзыв. Отель очень понравился. Расположен недалеко от всех достопримечательностей, в пешей доступности. До Колизея 15 минут. В еврейском квартале, где сразу несколько ресторанов с кошерной кухней. Завтраки супер! Подаются изысканно. Много десертов, фруктов. Обслуживающий персонал вежливый. Номера интересные. Полотенца и халаты хорошего качества. Косметические принадлежности в наличии.
