This hotel is very conveniently located at the top of the pedestrian street - is an easy ten minute stroll to the pagodas and another 5 or so minutes to the elephant trunk hill. The friendly service, cleanliness and facilities are all fantastic. The travel desk helped me book a river cruise - very easy with the pick up location for the bus shuttle just a few minutes walk away. Breakfast was great but also go for dinner and have the delicious cold beans and Guilin rice noodle dishes. Special thank you to Patrick for the excellent service and help. Would definitely stay here again!!

Such a gem in Liuzhou, good location, amazing view and the best service ever from concierge, front desk, housekeeping and all. You will never regret staying here. The stay made our entire trip so memorable.

Very clean and well maintained hotel located in the heart of Guilin. Daily cleaning services provided with common amenities provided. Self service laundry services are available free of charge. The front desk is staffed 24/7. The room I booked was a family room with 2 beds, king and double. The room was extremely clean and spacious. Washroom and toilet were western designed. Floors are marble tile which is good for reducing dust overall. AC blasts cold and is fully adjustable. Daily cleaning and refills of water and ameneties are provided. Nothing about the rooms that you can complain about. The hotel is located in the heart of the Guilin cultural district. One turn from a popular food street serving local cuisine in full restaurants or street food bites. My one recommendation is Osmanthus Ice Cream, look for the store that serves it with a black cone as it has more flavour. Hotel staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They come across with the intentions of really helping you. If you don't have your own plans for the area they have packages with various options for local tours. They can explain the full itinerary and help you book everything. They were able to book a trip to Yangshuo for a bamboo raft and boat ride. They also have packages to go see the Longshi rice fields. You just need to let the staff know the night before so they can book it. Overall, if you are a foreigner or from out of town this hotel offers everything you might want with fantastic service. You get a lot more than the price you pay for. One last note is DiDi drivers usually drop you off at the bus stop just outside the hotel. Keep walking down the alley and the hotel is to the right.

The hotel is nice. The room is great and the service is very friendly. Also wanted to say thank you 小翠 from the 酒店旅游部. While we were booking a trip here to go on a cruise in li Jiang, she was very helpful in explaining the details on like where the trip starts, what it entails, and also helped us assign a guide in there to manage the details of booking the mini attractions there. Highly recommend.

第一次去廣西河池遊玩，挑了這家酒店住一晚，方便第二天早上去河池小山峽遊覽（車程20公里）。我們從巴馬開車高速下來一會兒就到酒店，地理位置十分便利。一到酒店大堂就感覺選對了住宿地，鉑悦酒店開業不久，整體風格簡約時尚，看得出是專業設計，佈局合理，用材講究，配套齊全。床品及客房用品具備高星級酒店標準，衞生質量及對客服務質量均能參照星級服務規範。在廣西內陸小城市有這種單體酒店管理的酒店，能做到這樣也的確是驚喜和滿足。值得給五星好評！

With its tech-savvy rooms activated by voice command, this hotel has much to recommend itself. With its wall mounted water dispensing system allowing one to set temperature and get hot, warm or cold water at the press of a few buttons (rendering a kettle obsolete), a disinfectant cabinet for cups and glasses and a glass-fronted fridge named ”a soda fountain” where the mineral water, beers and fizzy drinks are kept, plus a motion sensor toilet bowl with heated seat, the rooms, though compact and lacking in counter and storage space, are made for ease and convenience. Among the hotel's comprehensive amenities are an outdoor swimming pool, guest laundry and gym, a tea room, a truly well furnished children's play area with game consoles and a niche for experiencing traditional crafts like fan dyeing. The attention to detail in its interior decor renders this establishment extremely camera-worthy. Its location right beside the serene Ronghu Park means the bulk of the rooms faces the lake with its panoramic vistas. A pity the television has no English language channels, not even their national CGTN.

A lovely place for staycation. It was so serene and the view, looking at the rice terraces, replenishes one’s soul and relaxes not just your eyes but your whole body. I love the position of the bath tub overlooking the rice terraces and the nearby osmanthus trees. Morning walk along the path and seeing the ready smile of the locals was sweet. The bed and pillow are comfy and clean. Had we stayed for more than 2 nights, I would have used the washing machine in our room 😉 We had our breakfast, not much options but filling, and dinner (not included in the booking fee and the food in the menu are freshly cooked once you order) at the hotel’s restaurant. The hotel staff are accommodating. They even helped us arrange a car to bring us to and from the hotel. Free use of traditional costume for pictorial.

我願稱之為崇左最好的酒店，據説下榻的崇左太平古城萬達錦華設施設備比較新，環境也很安靜，跟旁邊喧鬧的古城形成了鮮明的對比。猶如鬧市中的一隅偏居。可以直通古城，晚上古城還有很多活動，無人機，打鐵花等水上表演。下次來還會選擇這個酒店，硬要説改善的話，請裝充電樁，對於自駕遊的遊客來説，有充電樁會更完美。

Ympäristö oli siisti ja henkilökunnan palvelu oli varsin huomaavaista. Paikan päällä oli oma pysäköintialue, mikä teki siitä kätevän autolla matkustaville. Majatalo tarjoaa myös sähköpotkulaudan vuokrausta, joten ne, joille pysäköinti lähistöllä on hankalaa, voivat pyytää johtajaa vuokraamaan sähköpotkulaudan. Aamiaisen valikoima oli runsas ja maku hyvä. Se oli erittäin tyydyttävä oleskelu, eivätkä lapset halunneet lähteä! Yöpyisimme täällä ehdottomasti uudelleen ensi kerralla.

Our first impression was that the hotel staff are very enthusiastic & efficient. One young lady just came out as soon as we alighted from the taxi & quickly to our luggage to the lobby. Talk about quick service! Our room was great with river view - the balcony space with 2 comfy chairs & a round table made it a very nice place to sit to have a drink whilst looking at the beautiful views. The complimentary afternoon tea was a surprise & it was a real treat to sit at the rooftop enjoying the views plus photo spots. Breakfast was good! You can eat outdoor with a view of the river & mountains. Staff are very kind to ask & check if you need anything. Housekeeping staff also very polite & communicate well. The young lady recommended their restaurant (under same company) just opposite the hotel for dinner & it was the right choice! We enjoyed the dinner so much & we went again the next day for lunch. Restaurant service was great & hotel guests gets a discount on the bill. Upon checking out, we were served by Jessica who helped us to bring the luggage to the taxi & warmly bade us goodbye. Overall an enjoyable trip to Yangshuo made even better by the wonderful staff of this hotel!!
