It is available to rent from 3 bedrooms up to 6 bedrooms and is fully staffed with private Chef, Butler and Housekeeper 6 days weekly at no extra charge. Pricing depends on amount of bedrooms required/number of guests in party. In off peak periods the minimum rate is £1200 per night (throughout 2026) for the use of 3 x bedrooms/up to 6 guests. There is then an additional £110 per person per night for additional guests requiring more bedrooms. The villa can accommodate 12 guests as the Media room converts into a sixth bedroom (with Twin beds only) and has AC, ceiling fan, wardrobes and an en suite shower/wc. All have En suite shower rooms, ample wardrobe storage for clothing, AC and ceiling fans.It is important to note that there are 4 bedrooms in the main house to the East of the property, 2 on the ground floor right next to each other and 2 on the upper floor right next to each other. The fifth bedroom is located to the West of the property (other end of the living deck) and is not suitable for children/teenagers under 14 yrs when travelling in a family group unless sharing with another older teenager or adult. Likewise, the Media room or sixth bedroom although nearer to the other bedrooms, is a little distance away and is suitable for adults or older teenagers.
