再次入住，地理位置優越，周邊購物用餐都方便。房間打掃、加床、開夜床服務都非常到位，態度也好；前台服務不錯，大廳提供免費咖啡。美中不足的是這次點了外賣沒有給送到房間，希望以後入住有更好的感受。

前台接待的小妹妹很Nice，説話不快不慢，聽起來很舒服，辦理入住也很快。入住當天一樓酒吧在辦派對，很熱鬧，酒店就在河邊，坐在椅子上發會呆也很不錯。
酒店距South station 也衹有500米左右，從機場坐免費大巴到南站，從南站坐高鐵都很方便。
下次來波士頓還會選擇洲際。

Arrived at the hotel around 2 pm and fortunately the room has ready, however we had a room located far away from the elevator, in fact my room is at the end of the of the hallway 😑 the room is small with old furniture, there was some cracks on the wood panel. There is no fridge and the AC was so noisy. The bathroom is good - I think it has been renovated. With the price we’ve paid I think I just bought the ‘location’ instead of the room as it is a very standard room, considering it is a 5 stars hotel.

It’s a beautiful hotel. Room is nice and comfy. Location is perfect.
However, service is terrible. Like a 3-star hotel.
When we arrived, there was no doorman at the door to help with luggages. After a 24-hour door to door travel, we had to carry our luggages up and still no one offered help.
Housekeeping was not a 5-star ranking standard. Bedsheets were not changed even on the 5th night I stayed.
From day 2, we have to call front desk to replenish water everyday. If u don’t call, no water is replenish.
A request of a kettle took 30 mins.
We ordered a few packages from Amazon and Target, took them two whole days to check where are the packages. Called front desk 3 times, went down to talk face to face with front desk 2 times. Finally they found it and brought it to the room.

臨時決定來波士頓三天，不想租車，所以要考慮地點位置非常好的酒店。當時參考了朗庭，東方文華，還有機場門口的希爾頓。最後選擇了朗庭因為東方文華客滿了。
服務：晚上10點到酒店，服務生接過行李，入住辦理順利，前台非常友好。
衞生：五星級酒店的乾淨衞生，餐廳也都很乾凈。
環境：地理位置是商業區，會有很多出差人事，白天也會有很多人進出酒店。
設施：健身房，泳池都在室內，還有窗户，很明亮。
第一天早上在酒店的Grana吃早飯，質量很好。酒店的酒水也都調製的很驚艷，可是後來的晚飯和Room Service就差了很多。很可能因為酒店這周異常的繁忙，後廚忙不過來。我把不滿在離店的時候告訴前台， 她們很積極的處理了問題。

正對Boston公園。去唐人街也近。酒店很低調，但低調的奢華，每層的零食小房間超級貼心，但沒有熱水壺，不能泡茶。可以在lobby的咖啡店買點熱茶，但有時間限制，房間比較小。這個季節也是貴的

BBanma小suite 房間還是挺大的。Lounge 三餐都提供，晚上Dessert 巧克力Tata 很贊，服務都不錯。酒店門口沒有Taxi，得用Uber。健身房和樓下三樓的Equinox 共享。健身房門口有個 Press In Clean 洗衣店隔天可以拿衣服。唯一Wi-Fi 連結有問題，雖然試試了二天和後台溝通。

RRichardDBest hotel if visiting Harvard or any of its schools. Very central in Harvard square. Nice restaurant for breakfast and nice small bar. Rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. Price fluctuates a lot depending on what is happening at the university. But, highly recommend.

MmeantueThe administrative works from 8am to 6pm so make sure to contact them during this time. The location is super pretty, with landscape to the harbor and a secured neighborhood. Huge room, each has a terrace. The female staffs were very friendly and supportive.

AAnonyymi käyttäjä這是第二次住這家酒店了。四季的基本住宿條件，比如被子、枕頭、空調、衞生間、房間開闊等，這些都不需質疑，肯定是很優秀、放心的。樓下的有一家優質日餐，新派的。SPA很好。唯一不如波士頓老四季的酒店是，房間衹是很現代，沒什麼風格。
