Hotel molto bello e curato, soprattutto per quanto riguarda le piscine, che sono fantastiche. Sono presenti anche la sauna e una piccola palestra. La colazione è molto abbondante e sono presenti anche prodotti km0. Anche la posizione è molto buona: si trova circa 20 minuti da Funchal. Consigliato!

Mikä fantastinen hotelli! Rakastimme ehdottomasti oleskeluamme täällä. Se on kuin oma kaupunkinsa! Täällä on kävelykatu ja useita uima-altaita. Ruoka on huippuluokkaa! Voit nauttia buffetista, käydä ravintoloissa ja jopa avata oman kahvilan herkullisen kahvin kera! Vietimme iltamme baarissa siemaillen herkullisia cocktaileja ja tanssien. Lähellä on kaunis polku – Cape São Lourenço. Funchaliin kulkee bussikuljetus, mikä on erittäin kätevää. Palaamme ehdottomasti takaisin!

we have stayed here for 5 nights and the breakfast choice was as great as we have thought after reading the reviews simply because they stick to just fixed items whereas when we stayed in 5 stars hotels in asia, there's always slight difference of options daily for breakfast. the stay was ok, I would stay it feels more like a good 4 stars than a true 5 stars

Everything was fantastic, hotel location, services and design of the hotel. I enjoyed the 2 nights there. Unfortunately the welcoming was not good for me as I waited for 3 hours and 20 minutes. Yes I came early before the check in time which is 2 Pm and I came at 11:50 and the front deck staff ( Eduard ) confirm to me that my room will be ready at 2 pm but till 3:10 pm only I got to my room after I esclate my issue to the front deck manager ( Peter ), the problem was not about the time I lost, but the attitude of front deck staff as he is looking to my face multiple times and he didn’t come to say sorry that your room not yet ready just to apologizing…

A beautiful beachfront hotel that is perfect for romantic getaways and a cheaper alternative, yet still luxury, to standard 5 star hotels. Location wise the hotel isn’t great as it’s very remote from the strip/city centre and taxi prices are not particularly cheap in Madeira. The rooms are spacious and stunning, well worth it with a great selection for the breakfast buffet and plenty of restaurants/options for dinner. A lovely love band/musician plays every night which is also great. Overall a wonderful stay with much friendly staff, however if you are looking to do much sightseeing in Madeira, this hotel is not the best option unless a significant amount is left for travel.

Hotel localizado dentro do Centro Comercial Plaza Madeira. Difícil achar pois a entrada é pelo Shopping (?) ou pela garagem privada em baixo do shopping. Pouca informação e difícil de entender como chegar a recepção pela garagem. Até o Waze se embaralhou para achar o hotel. Sobimos 2 ascensores e entramos em porta com campainha, corredor estrito e depois um terraço a descoberto. Daí uma  porta de vidro pesada para acessar pelo lounge de eventos. Piso todo de cascalho (pedra) com rolamento difícil das malas com rodas. Apesar da maratona (jogo escape) o hotel é boutique como visual bonito e com uma café da manhã de um 5 estrelas. Se melhorassem a chegada para recepcionar os clientes como é costume nos Hotéis 5 estrela ficaria um Luxo só. o aquecimento da piscina no  Terrace seria uma mais valia. Quartos limpos e minibar ”on demand”. Gostamos até do robô que recolhe os pratos e utensílios do café.

The hotel is old, but everything looks nice and shabby. A lot of stairs to the sea, but also there is elevator. Normal breakfast, a lot of pastry, but for my tasty could be more fresh vegetables, avocado and etc.. Nice, big rooms with cozy doors lile from movie lord of the ring.
