개인적으로 아무리 신라라지만 호텔 서비스 이용 요금이 너무 비싸요 수영장은 좋으나 야외 공사는 왜 자꾸하는것이며 특히 풀바 치킨은 쓰레기입니다 (시킬만한 메뉴도 없고... 어떻게 신라에서 이렇게 싸구려를 쓰냐고요ㅜㅜ) 또한 수영장 이용시 레지던스동과 호텔의 동선 연결이 안된점도 아쉽고요 아무리 새로 지은 호텔이래지만 진짜 새집 냄새로 눈이 너무 아팠습니다 애기도 이틀내내 눈아파해서 병원까지 다녀왔어요ㅜ 그 외 좋았던점은 호텔 직원들이 친절하십니다. 바람이 많이 부는날 레지던스 야외 수영장은 정말 좋았습니다 마지막으로 바라는점이 있다며 키즈프로그램이 더 있었으면 좋겠습니다 (제주 신라처럼요)

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Exquisite Richard Meier architecture, incredible views of the East Sea, gorgeous pool, delicious food, live music in the lobby in the evenings. Highly recommended.

SkyBay Hotel was great! It's changed it a lot over the past couple years. They have automated check-in now and the selection of cafes and shops in the lobby are very convenient and and open till late. The arcade is tons of fun! Visitors have the option of using the Infiniti pool and sauna for an additional fee. The staff is helpful, and the room is clean and comfortable. However, in winter you are unable to adjust the temperature of your room. The views are incredible from skyBay Hotel. No wonder they pick this location for the drama business proposal! We had a great time!

Would like to commend front desk staff Jason for personally attending to our check-in. He had painstakingly showed us to our Block B apartment room helping to also push 1 of our bags. As the room did not provide us with a sunrise view, had requested for a room change for the 2nd night and Jason himself again personally came to help us with the room transfer movement. His good english was a also pleasant surprise.as also his charming attitude and smiling look. The resort should cherish such young & kind-hearted staff. Kudos to him! Also, there was a manager (unfortunately could not remember his name who had a christian name to his name tag and slightly burly sized) @ the indoor pool/spa reception who should be praised for also taking the trouble to allow us entry (though we did not book any slot) on our check out day for us to take some photo pics for remembrance. He actually helped us take our couple shot, took the time to showcase us the nice indoor pool and its magnificent balcony view before accompanying us out and showing us the way to the beach. Thank you kind sir! The fantastic service we received from above 2 gentlemen is really testament to Shillamonogram's astute and comprehensive staff training especially with focus on customer satisfaction. Well done Shillamonogram. Will certainly recommend the resort for a wonderful staycation.

My 3 days and 2 nights stay at the Beach-Cruise Hotel was a wonderful experience defined by an excellent beach view and cleanliness throughout the property. The staff were friendly and the room service was good, making for a very comfortable stay. While the breakfast buffet tasted great, I found it wasn't worth the high price even with the guest discount. Overall, it is a fantastic choice for the scenery and service, but you may want to weigh your options when it comes to the morning meal.

Kokonaisuudessaan majoituksen laatu ei ollut huono, mutta concierge-palvelun ja vastaanoton henkilökunnan epäystävällinen palvelu klo 14 (tunti ennen klo 15 sisäänkirjautumista) oli erittäin pettymys. Aistin todella, että heidän äänensävynsä oli tyyliin ”Katsokaa, kuinka monta vierasta on saapunut ennen sisäänkirjautumista” ja ”Milloin tämä loppuu?”. Minun olisi ollut parempi mennä Cassiaan.

Huoneessa oli pöytä, joten oli hyvä syödä ruokaa, jonka ostin, ja oli hyvä, että kylpyhuone, suihku ja WC erotettiin. Sänky oli mukava ja OK. Mutta vesi vuoti vähän alas nähdä, oliko siellä mitään huuhtelua kylpyhuoneessa, joten minun piti korjata se keskellä. Alussa se ei ollut hyvä, koska outo haju kylpyhuoneessa, mutta se mukautettiin nopeasti. Sijainti on lähellä Sokcho, joten on hyvä mennä markkinoille. - Älä käytä Viraferon- valmiste Kävin tarkistamassa kolmelta, mutta ei ollut valmistelua, jotta käyttäjät joutuisivat siihen aikaan, joten minun piti odottaa sisääntuloa yli tunnin ja puoli. Ei ole varhaista sisäänkäyntiä, ja minun piti rekisteröidä tablettiin ja odottaa lobbassa ilman kuppia. Ei ollut paikkaa tallentaa matkatavaroita tuona aikana. Jaoin aikaa ja matkustin mukavasti, mutta minut heitettiin pois yli tunnin ja puoli niin, ja aikataulu oli kääntynyt ja epämiellyttävä. - Älä käytä Viraferon- valmiste Katon ääretön uima-allas oli alle 1 + 1 edistäminen, joten käytin sitä. Se oli lämmitetty uima-allas, joten se oli saatavilla kylmästä säästä huolimatta. Minua hävetti kuitenkin, koska en ole saanut ennakkoohjeita siitä, toimitettiinko pyyhkeet erikseen vai pitäisikö ne tuoda huoneesta, jos niitä ei toimitettu. Olin alun perin tarjonnut pyyhkeitä, mutta minun oli palattava huoneeseeni, kun kysyin suoraan, että ne oli tuotava itse, koska ne kaikki putosivat. - Älä käytä Viraferon- valmiste Näkymä on meren näkymä, mutta se ei tunnu meren edessänne olevan, mutta se on kuin näkeminen lopussa. - Älä käytä Viraferon- valmiste Kokonaisuudessaan tilat olivat tyydyttävät ja hyvät, mutta se oli hotelli, joka ei ollut vielä järjestelmällisesti valmiina tavata vieraita. Henkilöstö oli ystävällinen, mutta jokainen osapuoli tunsi, että orgaaninen viestintä ei ollut hyvä, ja kaikki sen aiheuttamat haitat oli käsiteltävä vieraiden. Mieti sitä ja päätä jäädä.

Very clean new hotel Breakfast is super good Room is big and clear

Excellent stay. Better than expected. I was worried that it would be crowded at the lobby/ common areas due to proximity to casino which was not a preference. The lobby of convention hotel is grand, peaceful and modern. I was also worried that it would be inconvenient to reach the ski slopes however the shuttle buses were frequent and you can get to the slopes quickly. The bus stop drop off point is right outside the ticket office for ski passes Hotel service was welcoming and superb from check in/out to housekeeping. As foreigners we received discount coupons for ski rental and pass. View from room was nice and loved the cream and shower gel etc. Room service was quick and portions are huge. Also how it was delivered was really good too with the robot. Overall very good and comfortable stay.

깊은 숲속에 요정이 살듯한 곳에 설악밸리가 있었어요. 산책로는 물론이고 어린이 pool, 양과 사슴목장, 예쁜 토끼들... 아이들과 함께 할 수 잇어 너무 좋았습니다. 소소하게 즐길거리가 많더군요. 해ㅓㄱ에서 잠시 낮잠!!! 숙소 시설은 깔끔하고 깨끗했고 private한 스위스풍의 단층 숙소인데 주차하기도 좋았어요 그리고 울산바위가 보이는 몽트뢰에서 꼭 맛있는 조식 즐기시길 추천합니다. 즐거운 여행이었습니다.
