I am extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel's location is fantastic, making it convenient for dining, shopping, and sightseeing. The service provided by Dan Dan is warm and attentive. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with soft and comfortable bedding and excellent soundproofing, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The water pressure in the shower is sufficient, and hot water arrives quickly. The breakfast offers a variety of options, and the freshly cooked noodles are particularly delicious. The value for money is exceptional, making it a highly recommended choice. If I were to stay here again in the future, I would definitely choose this place!

The location is fantastic Hisense Plaza (with Wenheyou) is right next door, and popular attractions like Wuyi Square, Pozi Street, and Du Fu Pavilion are all within a few minutes’ walk. He valmistavat lasten sukkahousut ja hammasharja lapselleni, tarjosivat lisää pullotettua vettä kysymättä, ja jopa jättivät meille käsin kirjoitetun muistiinpanon, jossa he olivat hyljänneet loppumattoman kylmä tee ja kahvia ja puhdistaneet kupit turvalliseen käyttöön. Nämä pienet kosketukset tekivät jäännöksemme hyvin mukavaksi ja muistoksi huolimatta tummesta säästä.

Lovely hotel with excellent service. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The rooms were very clean, and well stocked with ameneties. The bathroom and shower were spotless. Beds were clean, and sheets and pillows were comfortable. The location was excellent and I could visit all the places I wanted to go to in Zhangjiajie with ease. Very good food options nearby as well as convenience stores and many Didis available in the area. Breakfast buffet was delicious and even had a noodle bar which I thoroughly enjoyed. Laundry also available for guests in the hotel. Also there was a gym which was decently well equipped. Xiao Li was very helpful and kindly organised a mountain facing room for me. She also suggested an itinerary, as well as booked all of my tickets for me and answered questions I had during my stay. This was very helpful as my Chinese isnt very good and it saved me a lot of stress booking. Overall, an excellent hotel and even better service, made my visit to China very enjoyable, and I will be back next time I visit Zhangjiajie.

I normally don't like writing reviews but this hotel really deserves more attention. I'm not kidding, this hotel was super value for money and I felt the quality service surpassed even what many luxury 5*star hotels can offer. 1. Tour concierge Even before our 3d4n stay in Zhangjiajie, I contacted the hotel via WeChat and the hotel helped us plan a comprehensive travel itinerary and booked for us entrance tickets to attractions, airport transfers, a private tour guide etc for a very reasonable package price. All my questions were patiently answered and quickly by the staff. We had a great time in ZJJ without any fuss and with great peace of mind, as everything was planned for us. I felt we had a far more relaxing travel experience with a private tour guide over booking multiple daily group tours as we could travel at our own pace. Literally all we had to do was follow our tour guide. Room 2. Our room (type: Colorful Brocade Twin Room) was clean and came with a cool smart home system?! We could use it to control room temperature, lighting, curtains, tv, play music and even tell jokes. The room was fairly quiet except occasional noises in the morning, and we are light sleepers. Bed was comfortable. Only minus for me was the fact that the shower, toilet and sink area were all separated so it made changing and placing belongings tricky. Loved the free laundry service - the staff picked up our clothes at night and they were laundered and delivered to our room by the next late morning. Food 3. We got a personal warm welcome by the staff on our first night's stay. The hotel gave a complimentary afternoon tea set comprising fruits, cakes and nuts daily. The hotel also offered porridge for supper but we didn't try it. Breakfast was 7-11am and the same food daily, standard western/Chinese fare but we easily ordered other coffee nearby to supplement our breakfast. We also used ******* app to order supper daily with the hotel's number. The hotel was able to deliver the delivered food to our room through a robot. Photography with costume rental 4. I have never encountered a hotel that gave a free photography session with costume rental (no hair or makeup) but this did. I initially thought it was just an indoor studio thing but it turned out to be a full 30min photoshoot indoors and outdoors with the staff giving us instructions on poses very patiently. It felt like I was taking my engagement photoshoot again. We were pleased with the 4 edited photos and all raws. Overall service 5. The staff were really kind and professional. I felt like they were genies making our stay more worry-free as they always answered our questions patiently over WeChat and helped us with many issues. They even texted to ask what time they could deliver us the free afternoon tea which we kept forgetting about. When we checked out, they even surprised us with a goodie bag with lovely snacks and cute memorabilia! Location 6. The hotel was literally in front of the ZJJ National Forest Park Wulingyuan East entrance. Don't see how it could be more convenient Caveats: I could speak both English and Mandarin, and although the staff spoke decent English, I felt the communications were much easier when I used Mandarin to communicate in person or via WeChat (use ChatGPT or some other translator!). The smart home system also worked better with Mandarin although it understood a few languages

The summation of any good review is if you know what you know now would you do it again? And on this one there's nothing to talk about. In a heartbeat. I knew nothing about this place, and just rolled the dice. Came up big! Awesome! My single best experience in China! (In fairness, my second best experience is right there, just the other side of the spectrum) Warm welcome! The staff is young, super contemporary, and helpful, but not in that folding over for you way that is never truly genuine anyway. I was escorted to my room and shown the facilities. Everything excellent. Shower water goes to super hot, washlet bowl, soft towels. Things that were free: Bottled water and soft drinks in your room Beer in the lobby. Yes, 12 oz can of local Budweiser! I don't know what the policy is, but they drove me in an EV to the train station on my departure date. Not a rideshare, not a minibus. Like a nice car, with my own driver who was waiting in the lobby for me, and I was already 5 minutes early. No charge! The breakfast service is as good as I've seen. Everything is super neat, really high quality local offerings, in addition to the normal Western staples. Rest assured, this is definitively not free continental breakfast, with the one waffle iron overflowing with batter and the translucent cereal containers. As an example if you want to just sit there and eat croissants with chocolate sauce and unlimited really good coffee, they have that. You want six eggs over easy made into a perfect circle right in front of you? They have that too! And also what I showed in my pictures. The staff is constantly fluffing the place so everything stays fresh. Do yourself a favor, try to get in before 8:00. You get the whole tranquility vibe. If you're just walking in at 9:30, and the hotel happens to be full, obviously maybe not the same effect. But that's true wherever you go. The hotel offers good size rooms, and an enormous amount of very accessible outdoor space, on every floor. Multiple viewing platforms that every height that you can easily access and just look off into the mountains at any time of day. There is enough space for everyone. It is also walking distance to the Avatar Forest. Which is its own amazing thing, but that's a separate story! Excellent place! Even if you didn't go into the forest, I would say it'd be worth it.

We booked 6 rooms for one night stay in the hotel. As our flights are departing early the next morning, the hotel staff make an exception for the breakfast to be ready at 6.30am, before the restaurant is normally open at 7.30am. Rooms are clean and bathroom has facial cleanser as well.

I had an excellent experience at the Hilton Garden. The service was truly outstanding. I would especially like to recognize Joanna for her exceptional service. She was extremely professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. Joanna’s warm attitude and willingness to help made a big difference and made my stay much more enjoyable. It is rare to encounter such genuine hospitality. Thank you, Joanna, for providing such remarkable service.

I ordered food late at night and there was no robot to deliver it to the room, so I called the front desk if they could bring it to the room. They refused and told me to get it myself. After going to the lobby I see the receptionist talking to the assistant, both of them are clearly not busy. Sure, I can get the food myself but when I'm paying the price for an Intercontinental hotel I would expect top tier service. And I've had hotel assitants bring the food to my room in chinese hotels that costs less than half the price of this one. Besides that, the hotel looked nice, and the room was good. The location is not really great if you plan to walk anywhere, but with a taxi it's acceptable. The view is pretty good if your room is facing south. Facing north (even with river view) it's not that spectacular.

Definitely the best hotel in Changsha or perhaps all of Hunan. The view from the 86th-93rd floor is the best part; suggest to book a river view to ensure you get at least a partial view of the river and of Juzizhou. The room is quite large as well, with a huge bathroom. Shower in particular is really big. Also has a bathtub with a view as well. Facilities wise, there is a pool and a gym, etc. but not as high up as as the actual hotel. Then there are the hotel restaurants and bar, which unfortunately I didn't have time to try out. There is also the IFS mall below which has everything you need. For me given the price it's an amazing bargain considering prices for similar hotels in places like Shenzhen or Guangzhou.

The stay was pleasant and offered good value for the affordable rates, with facilities that met expectations; however, the breakfast arrangement could be improved, as the limited options are not very friendly for foreign guests. Staff xiao song was very supportive
