Pullman Hotel Zhu Hai, a hotel you never want to miss. We did a Staycation at this hotel for my wife's birthday, which brought many surprises. The rooms were spacious with warm decorations for the celebration. The staff are amiable take care of our needs. I have been staying at the White Swan Hotel for around 27 years now, and it continues to be a place I truly enjoy returning to. The riverside location is still outstanding, and the views over the Pearl River are simply beautiful. The overall layout and atmosphere of the hotel remain very pleasant and well thought out. The rooms may not be ultra-modern, but they are well maintained, comfortable, and perfectly adequate for a relaxing stay. What really stands out, however, is the staff – without exception, they are extremely friendly, attentive, and professional, which makes a real difference. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area, with a good selection of restaurants nearby for both daytime and evening dining. Beijing Road is also not too far away, which is very convenient. Even though I had not visited for several years, I was genuinely very satisfied with my recent stay. Of course, there is a certain sense of nostalgia for me personally, but that aside, this is simply a very good hotel. I can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone spending a few days in Guangzhou. Sitting by the river is a real pleasure, the team is excellent, and the breakfast is generous and of high quality – nothing to complain about at all. We also very much enjoyed the afternoon tea. With several good restaurants within the hotel itself, everything is taken care of. All in all, a top experience.

We arrived at the hotel before 1300 and the room was not ready. The lady at the counter then offered us a free upgrade and free access to the executive lounge for happy hours. Amazing. The room is a standard hotel room with a king sized bed. The TV only has 10 local channels and none of them is English channel. The bathroom is a big plus and it comes with all basic items (comb, brush, shaver, etc). It has a shower area and a bathtub area. Quite spacious for this kind of standard hotel room. We were at 19/F and the view was also great! Highly recommended!

When we checked in, we have received a room upgrade, which was very nice. The hotel was was located in close proximity to metro and buses and getting taxi was very easy. The view from 45th floor was nice to see the night Guangzhou. It was a surprise to receive a great bouquet of roses. And it was great to have fresh fruits everyday!!! Thank you!

The hotel had a very serious smoking problem. I was changed room multiple times yet the room still smelled like smoke. The good thing about this hotel is that it has a fully equipped, large gym. But the outdoor pool is completely unusable as it is freezing cold. The location was OK and wasn't especially close to the main areas such as Foshan park or the mountains.

The hotel was conveniently located a short walk away from the metro and is easily identifiable due to its unique design. There are a few malls nearby that has sufficient eateries. Few street food available though within walking distance. We were given a room on the top floor and the room felt new, modern and sufficiently bright. Lounge canapes had variety, and breakfast was excellent with many local delicacies. Staff very friendly, helpful and responsive on wechat. An excellent stay and would certainly stay again if I go back to Guangzhou.

Staying at the hotel during the typhoon turned out to be a smart decision. While the entire city was shut down due to the severe weather, the hotel remained operational, with its restaurant open and serving delicious meals. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there, despite the storm outside. The hotel had reinforced gates designed to withstand strong winds, which made me feel incredibly safe. The atmosphere was surprisingly cozy, and I appreciated the staff's efforts to ensure guests were comfortable and well-fed. I definitely plan on returning for another stay in the future!

We had an amazing stay over Valentine’s Day. The hotel was beautiful and the sea view was absolutely stunning. The service was very good throughout our visit, and the receptionist was especially friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. Overall, it’s one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a special getaway.

I loved my hotel room , the cleaning stuff and security were very friendly , the front desk need to be a bit more friendly they were too serious but still very helpful . And the food was am . All in all good location great vibes I’d definitely recommend and I’d come back
