We had an amazing stay over Valentine’s Day. The hotel was beautiful and the sea view was absolutely stunning. The service was very good throughout our visit, and the receptionist was especially friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. Overall, it’s one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a special getaway.

Sisäänkirjautuminen tapahtuu 70. kerroksessa. Kellopoika ei muistuttanut minua, kun nousin autosta, joten olin hieman hämmentynyt, kun menin sisään. Huoneet oli merkitty ylemmiksi ja meille määrättiin huone 90. kerroksessa. Tältä korkeatasoinen hotelli pitää. Hinta on siellä ja se on yleensä kunnossa, ilman odottamattomia yllätyksiä. Ehkä se johtuu tiukasta ajasta, etten ole ehtinyt kokea sitä.

Huoneistohotelli, huonetila on tilava, mutta ei kovin käytännöllinen, monet kätevät yksityiskohdat ovat vielä riittämättömiä, kuten olohuoneen työpöydällä ei ole sähkökytkintä, makuuhuoneen molemmilla puolilla on liian vähän pieniä kaappia ja pöytälamppuja ja muita tavaroita, koneessa ei ole tilaa muille tavaroille, seinäkytkimen takana oleva kytkin on tukossa, USB-pistokkeessa ei ole virtaa, ei ole saatavilla. We arrived at the hotel before 1300 and the room was not ready. The lady at the counter then offered us a free upgrade and free access to the executive lounge for happy hours. Amazing. The room is a standard hotel room with a king sized bed. The TV only has 10 local channels and none of them is English channel. The bathroom is a big plus and it comes with all basic items (comb, brush, shaver, etc). It has a shower area and a bathtub area. Quite spacious for this kind of standard hotel room. We were at 19/F and the view was also great! Highly recommended!

Got a one-level room upgrade at check-in and also a late check-out at 2 p.m. I had high expectations of this place because of the Rosewood brand, and how much I loved Rosewood Residences in Hong Kong... however, this is anything but the one I know and love in Hong Kong. There’s a serious cleanliness issue with the sofa. I got multiple bug bites after sitting on it for a few hours. I had to get them to change the covers, but they only replaced the bottom two. In-room dining is a disaster. The list only included a handful of limited, uninspiring, and basic dishes like burgers, pasta, and fried rice. So I had to order food delivery. When it arrived, they refused to bring it up to my room, stating they have the same policy as the hotel. There’s no credible reason why they refused this service on the residence side of the building. This is marketed as a residence, not a hotel. How do they expect people living here long-term to go down by themselves to fetch their own food? Even if they want to make extra profits from selling their own in-room dining, there was literally nothing good enough or extensive enough to entice me to order. The breakfast also had a red flag. After a bite of the French toast and almond croissant, I had a peanut allergic reaction. They still couldn’t confirm which item had cross-contaminated with peanuts. I guess one cannot be allergic to peanuts in mainland China, because it doesn’t exist here. I expected better from Rosewood, even in Guangzhou.

Pullman Hotel Zhu Hai, a hotel you never want to miss. We did a Staycation at this hotel for my wife's birthday, which brought many surprises. The rooms were spacious with warm decorations for the celebration. The staff are amiable take care of our needs. Special thanks to desk manager Jackie and Elena for their relentless hospitality throughout our stay. Thank You, Pullman Hotel.

This is the hotel I stayed for business only. The lady cation is simply so convenience. There is a shuttle bus that take me to the new ferry station. By the way, they changed their TV, even though I don’t watch. They are imply up grading. Wishing a success to Hilton.

Read numerous positive reviews on this hotel and decided to book it for our vacation. The hotel is located just next to Huaqiang Electronic World. Directly outside the hotel is the entrance to Line 2 and 7. Line 1 from Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport stops at Huaqiang Station approximately 5-10 minutes walk to the hotel. All the staffs are friendly and approachable. They are very helpful and efficient in assisting our concerns during our stay. Exceptionally thankful to Nick and Linda at the reception counter for addressing our needs effectively. Room was kept very clean and tidy by our housekeeper 小女儿 (staff id: 4308) who takes pride in her job, and went the extra mile to ensure comfort during our stay. Last but not least, Ms Merida Xiang at the breakfast restaurant for her thoughtfulness and dedication to meet customers’ expectations. Both my wife and I are extremely thankful and happy that we had chose Huaqiang Plaza Hotel as our preferred choice of stay in Shenzhen.

Luxurious as expected. The lobby was decked in Christmas cheer and I'm impressed they even have a mini carousel in the lobby for young guests. Location is good, within 5 mins walking distance to Futian Railway Exit 10 (where you can catch a train to Hong Kong), 10 mins walking distance to Futian Exhibition Centre and a metro station on a few lines and surrounded by malls including LinkCity which has many food and shopping options. The room is spacious and clean, well-maintained but dated. Wide selection of amenities including pillow options and I love that I can requests for these through their mini prog in WeChat. Bed is a little soft for my liking. Service is tip tops from the concierge to front desk to housekeeping to Lobby Lounge. Certainly my choice of hotel when I next return to Shenzhen.
