We had a very pleasant stay at the Grand Hyatt Beijing. Upon check-in, we were upgraded as the hotel was unable to provide rooms on the same floor. We truly appreciated the gesture. One of the staff members, Amal, even followed up with us via text to check whether we were comfortable in our rooms or needed anything further. The concierge officer, Cecilia, was also extremely helpful. She arranged for her colleague to assist us with registration for the flag-raising ceremony at Tiananmen Square the next day, organized a car with a driver for our Great Wall tour, and helped us book a DiDi to the airport. The hotel’s location is very convenient, as it is connected to Oriental Plaza and within walking distance of Wangfujing shopping street. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, ranging from local Beijing dishes to Korean cuisine. The cheese croissant was one of the best we have ever tried. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay at the Grand Hyatt Beijing. It was truly worth the money.

Cleanliness, location and service were all top notch! Our only complaints would be directed at the pool and laundry machines. The pool is not open late at night or early morning, which renders it unusable for most transit visitors. The same could be said about the laundry machines since the washing cycles lasted for way over an hour and the dryer over 2 hours for a normal load. That's close to 4 hours total, which is in transit situations almost undoable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, and the room was one of the most spacious we have experienced in China. Having the gym and a shopping center within the same building was also very convenient. The staff were very kind and attentive, especially Wendy, who was extremely helpful throughout our stay. She checked in with us daily and assisted us with all our requests. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Excellent check in and out services especially to Staff Rita Zhang! She even got us a Beijing Fridge Magnet as souvenir..so thoughtful. As for the stay, room size is decently good for both of us (a bonus if the contents in the fridge is complimentary). The bed are comfy and water pressure and temp is good. For location wise, not the closet to Wang Fu Jing but its just a short walk away. Along the way theres lawson , family mart and some local chinese food stalls. There's also nearby bronze hotpot restaurant and i highly recommend the one named 京贝簕. You can easily 'didi' to Forbidden city or Temple of Heaven within 20RMB range. So easy to nagivate and visit. For breakfast, pay only $108RMB for adult. Good spread of food!

I will never forget the pure relief I felt when I finally saw the Kempinski Hotel Beijing. Choosing to stay here for our family trip in December was hands down the best decision we made. From the top-tier rooms to the mind-blowing Christmas decorations, the hotel creates a magical atmosphere that never fails to surprise . ☆☆The Food: A Total Game-Changer The Breakfast: Giving it a 100/10 might sound like an exaggeration, but it is truly that worth it! Kempinski Deli: Do not leave without trying the pastries! Their croissants, fresh juices, and hot chocolate are absolute must-haves. ☆☆World-Class Staff What really makes this hotel special is the people. A huge thank you to Daisy at reception for the warm welcome. Shoutout to every staff member from lobby to security team to concierge team to cleaning team who went above and beyond helping us with our stay. Thank you, Kempinski Beijing, for making our family stay nothing short of wonderful. We can't wait to come back ❤️!

Great hotel in a great part of Beijing. My girlfriend and I stayed for 4 nights and loved it. Although the hotel is older than many other Four Seasons, with slightly dated rooms, the standard is still high. The beds are very comfortable and the house keeping is excellent. The pool and spa area is fantastic and one of the very best in Beijing. All staff are extremely polite and hospitable. Beijing is a fantastic city and so is this hotel. Highly recommended. I lived in Beijing for four years in the past so have seen many other hotels and feel this is still a great choice. We will definitely return soon.

Location of hotel was amazing, just next to Wangfujing walking street with row of accessible stores and close to train station, about 5 min walk. Miniso is attached to the hotel and there is 7-11 across the street. Basic amenities were provided but beyond that one will need to call receptionist to get the rest. Hotel was a little noisy due to renovation and the other lift was not open in time for my stay so I had to walk quite a distance to the room, diagonally. Breakfast was good and moved to a new location on 21/3. Heated pool was cold most of the time, there is insufficient heat to maintain the pool temp.

Staying at the Hilton Beijing Capital Airport was excellent. From Terminal 2, the shuttle bus runs exactly every half hour and the ride takes 10 minutes. Check-in was quick, and the room was spacious with a view of taking-off planes—very beautiful. All the necessary amenities were provided in the room, including bathrobes. Breakfast was great, with a very wide selection of both European and classic Chinese cuisine.

Incredibly stunning hotel especially with the high floor rooms. Excellent staff, especially the cleaning staff. Every night I came back to my items having being attentively organised or folded away, which was an excellent touch and made my stay.  Delicious dining options from breakfast to the dinner options for in-room dining. Also great options from the free minibar!  Hopefully get to return soon!

Yleinen majoituskokemukseni oli erinomainen. Koska minulla oli lento seuraavana aamuna hieman kahdeksan jälkeen ja halusin välttää liiallista väsymystä, majoituin lentokentän lähelle etukäteen. Yleensä minulla on ollut aika neutraaleja kokemuksia lentokenttähotelleista, mutta tämä Kapok Hotel teki minuun todella hyvän vaikutuksen. Se oli hiljainen, kauniisti sisustettu ja huone tuntui todellista neliömääräänsä paljon suuremmalta. Hotellin aulassa oli myös matkamuistomyymälä, jossa saattoi selata tavaroita. Hotellin ravintola tarjosi myös erittäin maukasta ruokaa hyvällä hinta-laatusuhteella, ja palvelu oli moitteetonta. En keksi mitään moitittavaa!
