Booked Deluxe King Room with breakfast included. Room was spacious and breakfast was great. Yet the standard of housekeeping was far from satisfactory. First, hairs were found at the wrap for the wire of the hair dryer the moment I checked in, and small scrap of paper was also found on the inside of a towel. Without any notice/sign in the room about the hotel's green housekeeping policy (if any), towels heavily loaded on the hook and hangers in the bathroom were not collected even on day 3 of my stay (there was no bath tub in the room to place used towels). Packs of cotton pads, cotton buds and small soaps were not refilled even when totally used up. Interesting enough, when enquired with front desk if that was the hotel's policy not to so collect the towels and make the refill unless express requests were made, the answer was in the negative. The charging of tips for breakfast is another interesting issue. My husband stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (with breakfast included) before my arrival. When he checked out, he was asked to pay for tips for 1 breakfast. After clarifying if tips should be paid for 2 breakfasts instead, front desk apologized for having wrongly charged for any tips as all charges should have already been included when making the hotel booking. Yet on our checking out after 5 nights' stay with the hotel, we were told that we had to pay for tips for 2 days' breakfast. We again enquired about the hotel policy and explained that we were willing to pay but wondered why tips weren't charged for all 5 days for our stay. No explanation was given and the staff (probably thought that we did not want to pay) just advised that the charges would be waived. I have stayed at Park Hyatt Bangkok and the service was excellent. Was thus surprised to had those experience at Park Hyatt Toronto.

Meitä ei tarjottu auttamaan matkatavaroiden kanssa, ja meidän piti käyttää portaita. Vastaanotto oli erittäin ystävällinen ja antoi hiljaisen huoneen pyydettäessä. Huone on kuitenkin kaukana kuntosalista ja uima-altaasta. Huone on mukava, mutta pieni. Matkamme haittapuoli oli huonepalvelu, joka pesi sängyt, mutta ei siivonnut baaria, eikä hoitoainetta täytetty koko oleskelun aikana. Täydennyksen pyytäminen jne. häiritsi melkoisesti iltaamme, koska henkilökunta ei pystynyt täyttämään pyyntöä kunnolla ilman useita käyntejä. Heillä on mukava matkatavarahuone ja he voivat säilyttää tavaroitaan turvallisesti. Yleisesti ottaen meillä oli parempi kokemus Fairmontissa Montrealissa.

Wonderful 2-night stay. Everything was great - 5 out of 5. The welcoming birthday chocolate strawberries were delicious! We’ll be back!

The bar near the lobby is nice and they have a beautiful bar. The breakfast is not good. They say is included and they only let you have one option from the menu. Luxury is flexibility. Having to pay extra if I want to eat more in a five star hotel feels cheap.

歴史ある雰囲気のいいホテルといった感じで、全体的にスタッフの感じが良く、滞在中よくこまめに声をかけて下さいました。お部屋も素敵で文句なく快適なホテルでした。 朝はロビーにコーヒーが用意されていたり、ホテル内のレストランでアラカルトの朝食(有料)も利用可能、近くに素敵なカフェもあり便利な場所です。 アメニティは近隣のホテルのレビューなどを見ても歯ブラシやスリッパはないかもと思い持参しましたがやはりありませんでした。また今回の部屋は洋服を納められる棚はあるものの吊るすスペースやハンガーがめずらしくありませんでした。2泊の滞在でカジュアルな服しか持参していない私達は問題ありませんでしたがスーツなど必要な方はホテルに確認した方がいいかもしれません。 初めてのカナダなのに、今回ホテルを探す時間が十分なく前日に同価格帯の安定の大手ホテルとだけ比べ迷いましたが、写真や僅かな日本人の口コミに何となく惹かれて予約しました。結果ここにしてよかったですし、また次回もぜひ利用したいです。

Tämä hotelli oli hyvin arvokas ruoho!! Suuri sijainti ja henkilöstö ovat niin ystävällisiä ja majoitus. He olivat aina nopeaa auttaa ja huoneet olivat super puhtaita. Uima-allas ja kuntosali olivat myös erittäin mukavia.

酒店位置很好，房間很乾凈也很有設計感，住了3天安迪房。服務也很好，半夜要開水服務員一會就送過來了。美中不足的是老房子出水和下水有點不太好，水龍頭的水放出來都是白色的。屋頂泳池風景很好不過水有點涼。
