Wrote a review directly to the hotel so will keep this shorter. Check in clerk was amazing.. but Husband stuck in elevator for 20 minutes no one helped until I climbed down from the 5th floor to the lobby with my baby and my pregnant stomach. Responded to pretty rudely by other person at front desk Beautiful hotel and location is amazing Room was a little on the dirtier on the other side Small fruit flies flying in the sink , pillows were dirty some lights didn't work Didn't really care about those things until was told hotel denied this elevator incident happening. Conflicted if I would ever stay here again. Contacted trip.com and even though it is not their fault they still provided comfort and support but the hotel denied this even happened ??? So leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Expected something different from a nicer hotel like this

A very good hotel if you are interested in staying near the Seattle Airport. The only problem is that reaching the room will take time other than Hilton Is the Best

晚上到店已經八點多，前台一個老太太對於攜程的訂單似乎不信任網上全付款。研究半天遲遲不能安排，問這問那。這是頭一次碰到這種情況，浪費好多時間。網上價格比門市價格貴了不少。酒店很新，類似國內的快捷酒店，色彩明快現代。全封閉的窗户，但隔音一般，夜晚公路的車聲有些吵鬧。大堂全天有水和咖啡，休息區漂亮。在公路旁，適合臨時落腳。

I do not know I have to pay $25.00 for parking, when I book you should let the customers know they charged parking, parking in the parking lot not in garage and still charged for $ 25 I fell like not to fair to customer.

酒店位於市中心，很棒的地方，停車場夠大，服務人員很友善熱情，房間衛生環境不錯、床鋪也滿舒適的，只是忱頭太軟不太舒服。另外、還有不足的是入住後洗手槽堵塞，電話聯絡櫃枱服務人員告知情況，後排維修人員上門處理，在處理過程有股臭味。整體來說應該算是很不錯的酒店。

We were very pleased with our stay at Snoqualmie Inn. Even when I had to call and request a room change due to a party happening next door. Some kids were having fun next to us at 11pm. I didn't complain knowing it being the off season there would be lots of empty rooms. The front desk man was quick to understand and nicely up graded us to a huge nice suite. Actually he heard the neighbors when he brought our new keys up to us. Again I told him I didn't want to disturb the party, They were young kids having fun on their trip. We were just 2 old gals. Like my sister said ' we have already had our fun years ago' . Anyway we were very happy with our stay and highly recommend the Snoqualmie Inn.

4 days 3 nights Washington road trip. This hotel bit outdated and okay cleanliness because I found a piece nail in the room. But the service, location and food was perfect. So some good but some bad.

Dog friendly, parking is in a secure and video monitored lot. It’s across the street from a Dick’s Hamburgers. Great security, all doors are locked 24/7.

The breakfast buffet was really good. There wasn't too many selection but everything was good. The location is the best, it's connected to Bellevue Square and Lincoln Square , so it was perfect for Black Friday. Although there were 2 days where they missed the housekeeping, but after we called they came the next day. But overall it is good.

1人旅行で宿泊しました。 アメリカでの生活が少しでも経験がある方なら水回りやベッドサイドのスタンドランプの使い方などは特に困らないかと思います。 アメリカの部屋の作りで部屋全体を明るくする電気がないので、夜はランプを点灯させて明るくさせます。白色灯ではないので暗いと思う方は多そうです。 アメニティはハンドソープとホットで飲めるドリンクセットくらいで、ペットボトルのお水はありませんでした。 バスローブもありません。(スイートルームなら有) 清掃は清掃時間前に外に出ていれば基本してくれますが、清掃に入らない場合にタオルだけ交換して欲しいからドア前に置いて欲しいなどの対応は、恐らく頼まないと難しそうです。 物価や為替のため値段に対してサービスなどを考えると高いと思いますし、いわゆる高級ホテルのようなサービスは期待できませんが、宿泊する分には問題ありません。
