Perheystävällinen hotellit kohteessa Normandia, Ranska

Fijne kamer met een ruime badkamer en lekkere douche. Geen geluidsoverlast. Bovenste verdieping heeft wel een schuin dak, dus dat is bij het bed wel een beetje lastig als je lang bent.

We werden vriendelijk ontvangen bij de receptie Het ontbijt was goed alles wat je nodig had was aanwezig . De kamer was modern ingericht en heel proper . Ook de douche en toilet ( Hygiëne was top!) Het enige kleine minpuntje is dat er geen airconditioning aanwezig is . Ons advies is om bij zeer hoge temperaturen tenminste de mogelijkheid om een ventilator te voorzien (vast of mobiel). Voor een kort verblijf is dit hotel zeker een aanrader we hebben er van genoten👍

Bom atendimento, indicações claras. Acesso à piscina/spa incluído muito apreciável. Pontos a melhorar: falta de iluminação no caminho pedonal para as termas e centro da cidade (pode ser perigoso). Almofadas do quarto muito altas: deveriam haver outros tipos propostos, check out a melhorar : o distribuidor de sabão da casa de banho não funcionava.

Great hotel to stay in Rouen - easy to get from train station (15 min by foot or 5 min by tram). Clean and tidy room, helpful staff. Tasty breakfast - better to book in advance.

Truly felt that this hotel is the best location if u ever visited Mont saint michel , France . For my opinion is all about getting a nice photo. The restaurant & cafe is the only one in town with the whole castle as ur backdrop. Is very accessible as the bus from Pontorson train station stop in front of the hotel as well as the free shuttle crossing the bridge to month saint michel. All rooms have an open balcony which I loved it because you will feel connected with the nature . Bonus: there is a small path that cut tru the vast grass land to this amazing poster like photo spot , just google Méandres from ur hotel and is about 1.3km walk to there.( if is after rain , bring a boots it gets muddy )

設施：品牌酒店，維護的很好，房間面積也還可以 衞生：乾淨整潔 環境：在魯昂老城裡，開車需要密碼進入，提前一天郵件問酒店要，必須到酒店給的GPS定位的入口那個機器，密碼才有效 服務：很熱情，英文也可以，詳細介紹了魯昂老城的路線。大堂有飲用水可以接。

The location in city center is a nice location and convenient if you want to walk. The pool and spa facilities were very nice and the pool is warmed. The rooms are starting to show wear and tear, carpet, the shower handles. The bed needed a little more of a topper to make it a little more comfortable. A more ni fridge would be nice in the room so you can have cold drinks. The people were nice, the facility was clean with a good location. It worth staying.

What to say about this beautiful mansion/castle… It is a gorgeous building, with a gorgeous park, and gorgeous potential. But unfortunately I believe it is also a very difficult and expensive business for the owners to keep up with not only the style/deco, cleanliness of the amenities and labour charges for the service. The staff we met was really sweet and helpful to us, but surely overworked and multitasking at everything. I have plenty I could discuss here, there is so much that could be done to make this castle hotel experience as a premium one. But, am not the owner, I don’t have the responsibility and the stress of maintaining a HUGE place with limited revenue and forever overheads to deal with…. I’d like everyone here to think that when you are choosing to stay in a castle, and you pay only €160 a night, you cannot expect the results of a €350 one. So, yes, there are many things to improve at BelleFontaine, but please, do continue to stay there, dear Travellers, to allow the owners and their family members, to take care of their castle. Good location near train station in Rouen. Love the hotel which is just next to the Rouen Tower, historical site. Love the sweets and candies and the fruits infused wster which is complimentary. Not forgetting the apples too. Front desk staff are friendly and very helpful.
