Hotellit mukavuudella Aamiainen maassa Yhdysvallat, provinssissa New York

We stayed for 3 nights during thanksgiving weekend. The hotel was in an okay location, near the Bull at Wallstreet and subway - the bus didn’t work most of the times during the holidays. Rooms are clean. However, everything else is a disappointment. The service was average - people aren’t the friendliest here. The elevator took forever - we waited for 20 mins and didn’t seem like the elevator was going to come anytime soon. Ended up walking down the stairs with all our luggages from the 30th floor. The amenities doesn’t feel like a 4 star hotel, it was so underwhelming. Aside from the basic ones like shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion, they didn’t give us anything else. There’s no bottled water too, even when we asked. The toilet door doesn’t slide close, there’s a big gap in between which was very bothersome to us. Last thing, if you’re sensitive to noise, you’re going to have a problem because the rooms are not soundproofed at all. We could hear babies crying, people talking pretty loudlu

Check-in was simple with friendly front desk workers who offered us bottled water from a refrigerator in the lobby. The room was very clean and well-equipped with tea, coffee, a refrigerator and microwave. I especially liked the fact that the floor was not carpeted but wood laminate, which is much easier to clean. The pool looked brand new and was open late. Breakfast was perfectly adequate, coffee, tea, yogurt, fruit, cereal, milk and protein bars with bags to pack for takeaway or to eat there. The location was perfect to visit The Corning Museum of Glass, which was under 10 minutes away.

Erinomainen sijainti aivan Time Squaren lähellä. Huone ei ollut suuri, mutta tilava pienelle matkatavaralle ja silti kävelylle. Sänky on suuri ja erittäin mukava, nukuin parhaiten näiden unien aikana, mikä auttoi minua toipumaan suihkusta. Kaksi miinusta: 1. Lavuaarin viemäri ei ole asennettu kunnolla, mikä ei anna veden valua pois tarpeeksi nopeasti ja aiheuttaa kertymiä. Melko inhottavaa parranajoa, pesua jne. varten, kun likainen vesi ei valu alas tarpeeksi nopeasti. 2. Tätä ei välttämättä voi Holiday Inn hallita, mutta hotellin ulkopuolella on jatkuvasti kodittomia ihmisiä, jotka näyttävät siltä kuin he olisivat *****:ssa. The room is comfort, very clear and feel safe to stay. And I think the view is quite good. The hotel location did close to time square andhave a target across the street.

Shabby and rundown hotel, simple breakfast with muffin as the main course. Additionally, the sound proofing in the rooms we're extremely poor as we could hear the sounds of our neighbours resulting in bad sleep. On the other hand rhe location was great as it was next to the highway and the enormous mall with attractions rhat will keep you entertained for days.

Très bien je le recommande.

This is my second stay here. They didn't have a king room available that I had reserved so they upgraded me to a Suite, very nice!
