Good hotel location. Big and beautiful room. Though toilet size is small. Poor pressure from rain headshower and no place to hang showerhead above the head. No glass to put toothbrush. No proper place to put clean tower except at below sink which is near to the floor (kinda dirty to put it there). FYI, This hotel only has 1 lift and long queue time especially during breakfast time. Almost got kicked out of my room (standard room) and changed to economy room by Weingart management due to some events and prolly not enough room for them, eventhough I have booked way early, however, trip.com has assisted me to maintain my room after a long consultation. Big thumbs up by trip.com customer service. I would highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying at Karakoy area and wont be facing the same issue as above from their management.

I stayed here because I had a layover flight en route to London from Hong. The room is clean, very basic but not comfortable. There was complimentary local snacks and bottled water provided in the room. The decor was average, you can tell someone has attempted to put some thought into the decor, it's not to my taste. The chain lock was broken on the door, so I had to put a chair by the door, there was a broken door on the sink unit. I ordered pizza and it wasn't edible - it looked like it was a frozen pizza that had been reheated at least two times. I'm all for recycling/re-using but honestly I was the third customer to use the key card holder - the crude crossing out of the previous use was a bit crass. I know you get what you pay for and I didn't pay a lot for this room, but honestly they could do better. I would only recommend staying if you're desperate. I wouldn't choose this hotel again, I would probably spend a bit more to experience more comfort, security and hospitality.

The location is good close to night street and metro and bus. Breakfast was overly okay except some soups and things was cold. The staff was rude our room hair drier was broken and when we i informed to staff but they didnt payd any attention. insted they told me hes not an service engineer. terrible attitude. The room doesn’t have any hand washing soap, shampoo or other things. Those who plan on booking expect just a towel and slippers.

The location is not bad, 15mins by taxi to/from the airport. But the taxi fare is pretty expensive. Euro30/ride when the hotel room is Euro37/night. Short ride taxi fare is much more expensive than the room itself. The room looks clean, however I found couple hair on the bed. And the bedsheet is not comfortable. The curtain is only half covered. As TK stopped providing long haul transit hotel, I had to get one myself. 20hrs transit time definitely require sleeping time, but when the curtain couldn't block out the sunlight, and the prayers was pretty loud and clear even the window door was fully closed, didn't get much sleep during the stay. Not sure why I read someone compliment the breakfast is very delicious. Well, the scramble eggs are not bad. However, the rest is not my taste. I prefer hot or warm food, not cold.

Stayed here with a family of 5 in December. All the staffs were kind and whenever we asked for help, they had immediate response and were extremely helpful. I used an indoor pool and gym, which were well managed and most importantly clean. We also had a breakfast which consisted of Turkish traditional cuisine and wide range of dishes to choose from. So good that I looked forward to waking up every morning. Grabbing a taxi was easy here but if you’re aiming to tour with a public transportation like bus and metro, you might have to walk +15mins. All in all, operations are smooth, and the facilities are maintained to a very high level. Thanks for the unforgettable times.

This hotel is very nice for your budget it like 90 RM for a night the room is very big i dint expect the room is big like 5 atar hotel for me as solo traveller it was very comfortable.For who stay only for airport i recommended stay at here if u like using public transport like bus it was easy H-6 to airport u need just walk a liitle more to a middle street it more easier to spot a bus over there. 👍👍👍👍👍 Only the area just nothing but u can get a convienence store nearby

Our stay was okay. Very near airport and to catch a steal of this place, a big room with one queen and one single (but they gave us another single bed again) plus it comes with a breakfast. The breakfast is prepacked but its okay for us. Will recommend for people who reached late at night in Istanbul or have an early flight to catch up the next day to come stay here. Oh ya, hotel also comes with cute lifts and cute staffs 🥰

Although the rooms are on the smaller side, the atmosphere is really lovely. All of the staff are extremely helpful — especially Uğur, Eren, Sadullah, and the rest of the hotel team, who are all very friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent, with easy access to all parts of Istanbul. Taksim Square is about a 20-minute walk, and you can also reach it easily by metro. In addition, the metro provides direct access to both Sabiha Gökçen Airport and Atatürk Airport, which is very convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful experience — truly a great place to stay. I would definitely choose to stay at the same hotel again on my next visit.

It was great. I requested them to prepare something nice as I was traveling with my wife. The hotel staff were kind enough to arrange it. Overall great facility, walking distance from the bus stop other public transportation facilities.
