Comfortable and basic hotel near airport. Their tablea cafe serves good coffee and hot chocolate. Staff lead of restaurant for breakfast needs to learn to communicate more. I was served sardines when my order was chorizo. And instead of apologizing for the mistake, she made an excuse saying that she heard me say “Spanish” and assumed I ordered sardines. This behavior is unacceptable as (1) she should have apologized for the mistake and (2) she should have informed me first that chorizo wasn’t available and if I preferred a different option instead of her actions mentioned above. Hope her supervisor can take corrective action on this.

The location is very good near to downtown area. It is very affirdable as compared to other establishment. I will comeback here in some other time

Location is great. The hotel provides complimentary airport transfer from Zamboanga Airport which is licated 5 minutes away. The receptionists were courteous and nice. Quick check in procedure. The room was old and the bathtub is not cleaned thtoughly as I saw some hair. The screw ar the handle at the bathtub was loose and it could be dangerous. No complimentary warer bottle provided in room.

This my second time booking this hotel. The first time was really bad. This time it was ok. The floor is not sticky anymore but the bathroom smells like urine even the first time i entered. But it has improved; maybe because i booked a better type of room. The breakfast is what is so sad. Taste is not good. I hope they improve the taste and the time. I hope breakfast is open earlier and closes late to accommodate earlier flights. 2.8/5

Staff so friendly and accommodating food are good facilities are good . Hotel room so clean so far thank you so much we have enjoy the entire stay .

Een aantal dagen verbleven in dit keurige hotel in de binnenstad van Dipolog nabij de sunset boulevard. Eén 2 -en 3-persoonskamer geboekt voor ons en familie. De 2-persoonskamer viel enigszins iets tegen door ‘uitzicht’ op een muur, daarentegen was de 3-persoonskamer best ruim met uitzicht op de levendige stad. Hygiene is op orde evenals de voorzieningen. Wat me het meest opviel is de vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van het personeel. Het ontbijt is een ware belevenis met alle serveerders/serveersters. Echt hele lieve mensen waaronder de receptie en security, mede omdat schoonmoeder in een rolstoel zit. Echt een fijn hotel waar eten ‘s avonds bestellen ook mogelijk is met een grote verscheidenheid aan best wel lekkere en goede maaltijden.

We had a comfortable and relaxing stay at Gwandalan House. We appreciate the prompt arrival of their airport service which allowed us to arrive at the hotel with no hassle at all. The room was very comfortable with nice pillows, warm water and efficient aircon. The breakfast was also good. The plaza and boulevard is also walking distance from the hotel but if you're tired it is also very easy to hail a trike which costs 15-20php per person. Will book this hotel again the next time we visit Dipolog.

The hotel staff is very strict in terms of check in time, I arrived to the hotel at 1130am and they ask me if il do early check in, since there is extra charge I went out and leave my baggage in the hotel and I come back to the hotel at 0145pm , but I waited until 2pm then they let me check in to the reception at exactly 2pm. The room is clean but the bedsheet is dirty , there is a stain on the bed in all the corner .. kindly see the photos .

A quaint hotel. Historic and lovely. It used to be an ancestral house of the Sagario clan. You can really feel the charm, soul, and the vibe. It is not far from the plaza and cathedral, too. Breakfast can be improved. Corned Beef is not healthy. Maybe you can think of other options. Some ACs are very noisy. Improve this.

I stayed at Astoria Tower 2. Location wise it’s good since it’s just a 10min walk to SM Mindpro and Canelar Barter Trade. Amenities needs improvement especially the facilities - room is not that clean especially the CR with visible black molds on the ceiling and vent which is very dangerous to our health. Breakfast is typical. Rice, eggs and 2 other variants. TV is cable, no free water, AC is noisy and wifi is slow. Aside from location, I like that they allow to leave your baggage once you checked out so you can still explore before your flight. Overall it’s good maybe for overnight or short stay but not for long.
