Ambience: good ambience, peaceful, seems an expensive hotel. Check in check out: slow process. Does not take into consideration the time of the client. Call the front desk a head of time before checking out to hasten. The receptionist is not welcoming, not courteous. Rooms: exceptional! The view at 1210 was superb! All amenities were working. Clean room. The shower gel was watered down. The wifi was very slow almost unserviceable. Food: The only thing that pulls the hotel down. Food was mediocre; kept repeating the menu, taste like carinderia. Nothing special. They keep on providing processed food in the menu, ice bucket was not sturdy enough, they cant provide tongs. Condiments not available readily. It seems that they are cost cutting. Staff: said earlier guest are not very courteous. Overall: will go back for sure but we hope there will be improvements.

Best location hotel with direct access to the beach, so that you can enjoy both the amazing hotel pool facilities and the closeby beach. Also great food at the beach front restaurant. Overall facilities are clean and good quality with kind staff always willing to help!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly warm and accommodating, always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, cozy, and well‑maintained, offering a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around. I also appreciated the great amenities and attention to detail. Overall, an excellent experience—I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and great service!

Stayed here for 4 nights. It was lovely except for the aircon which is connected to the sliding door that whenever you open the door, the aircon will automatically turn off haha but the food was great! Location wise, very near to Panglao airport and one tricycle ride from the city centre. Staffs were helpful and accommodating.

Meidän huone oli altaalla ja huoneesta pääsi altaalle. Hotelli on ihan perussiisti ja lähellä keskustas ja rantaan mennään kävelemällä muutama sata metriä. Parkkipaikkoja on hyvin autoille. Aamupala on aika huono ja se on tämän hotellin akileen kantapää. Hotelli on osa näitä 3 hotellin ryhmää mutta oikein mikään ei toimi yhdessä vaan kävely rantaankin pitää tehdä kiertämällä. Rantatuoleja on todella vähän ja ne on loppu aina tai korealaiset varaa ne pyyhkeillään kello 6 am ja sen jälkeen voit katsella varattuja tyhjiä tuoleja melkein koko päivän ? Hölmö systeemi! Kookos juomaa ei saa baarista kuin muutaman kerran viikossa - kaikista muista kilpailija hotelleista saa mutta ei tästä. Meri on tällä kohdalla hyvä tosin välillä roskainen lehdistä. Tämä hotelli on täynnä korealaisia ja montaa länsimaalaista ei ollut. Jos et tarvitse näkymään minnekään ja haluat olle keslustan lähellä ja rannan lähellä niin tämä on hyvä vaihtoehto.

Hrmmm this one is a tricky one as we had a few unexplained situations. Firstly, the hotel itself was previously a Marriot 5-Star back in the day prior to be taken over in 2018 by the Seda Group. Secondly, there is so much ongoing renovation and construction that you need to be aware of; Noise coming from New Construction, the in hotel pool is unavailable from Feb-2025 and guests must walk across the street to another organisation's pool. Unfortunately this was a deal breaker for us. The food was average with cheaper and better tasting food located just minutes away by walking through the carpark. Overall the guest lounge (located on level 12) is a bonus but is super budget, not 4-Star Material. P.S. There is no rooftop bar, only a lounge overlooking a construction site. P.S.S The House of Lechon is 5 mins by Grab which is a plus.

Comfortable beds, lovely 2 bedroom apartment. The pool is beautiful. There is a swim up bar, but no one is there. There is a bar onsite, but it’s not really “open”. It isn’t staffed, I had to call to get someone to come up, and I don’t think there’s drinks actually there, as Yvette had to go downstairs to get my beers. She was lovely though, she chatted to me while I had a beer. The room has tea and coffee, toothbrush/paste set. We were the only guests there, so it was very quiet. It’s a massive, cool hotel. Overall a great stay!

Not the first time staying here, and will go back again. Location is perfect, all the necessities can be found within a walking distance. Amenities: All the important amenities are available except for hand towels and you have to beg for towels and pretty much the replenishment of amenities after the room is cleaned, far different from the last time when it was still Belmont. First room we were given had a very mouldy smell and which gave the kids and I instant headaches. They eventually changed it after about 4 hours of waiting and intervention by Trip.com. This really put a damper on things. Breakfast: Great, the variety is good, but it’s the same pretty much everyday. The beach: Within 5 minutes walk, but don’t you dare lose of misplace the beach pass paper tag, they’re very uptight about it. The beach if not the best beach, very rocky which makes swimming pretty uncomfortable. However, the pool area is awesome and there are sun loungers all around and that makes up for the unpleasant beach. They provide swimming towels too! I must say it has developed a lot since the last time I was here and I can only hope they will keep improving.

All staff and crew have good customer service. The resort also offers free transfers to and from any point in Alona. They also offer airport transfer for only ₱100.00. Wifi connection is strong and breakfast menu is great! Most of the guests are foreigners. If your departure flight is hours away from the scheduled check out, you may leave your luggage at the front desk for free. had a very relaxing stay here and the resort is highly recommended😊✨

This hotel is close to the airport, very cute and the rooms were nice. The Netflix and shower pressure, added bonuses. I do wish there was more water in the rooms. The bottles are very little. It's kindve in the middle of not much so keep that in mind. The staff was extremely sweet. All of the girls were so polite and accommodating. Check in and out was very pleasant. There is a cash security deposit so keep that in mind. Breakfast, dinner, etc is not included.
