Staff from both the hotel and restaurant was very accommodating and friendly. 10/10 for the customer service. What I find disappointing was their room. Upon entering the room it smells like cigarette. It’s so strong that you can smell it everywhere the room including the bed sheets. We were kinda skeptical with our bed sheets and pillow case if it’s new/clean since it smells awful.

Booked here to visit and surprise a friend who's very close to our hearts. Will definitely recommend Mango suites to our friends. In God's grace if we will be given a chance to go back in Isabela, will still choose Mango Suits Hotel. Super neat, affordable, excellent customer service, decent room for a couple. No issues at all.

I expected a queen size bed because that's what I booked but the size of the bed is like a double bed not queen. The room is small just right for its price, the staffs are kind and accommodating. even the waitresses at the restaurant are friendly. What I liked the most is that they have a free shuttle and they will drop you off at the airport, just ask at the front desk.

Had a 1-day weekend stay at Mango Suites in Tuguegarao. The location is perfect and walkable to every corner of the downtown area. All of the staff, from the security personnel to the service desk, were all courteous and welcoming of your stay. Upon arriving at my room, everything was clean and fresh. The shower has a heater option, there's a bidet beside the toilet, free toothbrush kit and shower kits. For the bed area, it had 2 coffee tables with overhead lamps, a mini wardrobe with hangers, and another table. As for the TV, I'm not sure if it has cables installed, but on my room it didn't. I can only watch via Youtube or Netflix. Although this is a user's preference, but I loved the firmness of the bed and the pillows. I had a good sleep and didn't have any sudden wakeups in the middle of the night due to uncomfortable pillows (some hotels have pillows that are too soft for my liking). Overall, had a great stay. What I haven't tried are the hotel's restaurant at the lobby area and the free shuttle service to the airport. Maybe next time!

Finally, a decent hotel in this northern part of the Philippines. The rooms were big, tidy, with modern fittings (bathroom, hot water, aircon, large and comfortable bed). Cleanliness was up to standard. Some things can be improved like the lack of amenities or a decent place to eat but apparently - they serve breakfast meals. Location is good, proximity to NOVO mall and Save More Supermarket if you need so provisions, and the Florida Bus Terminal. Definitely - will book this hotel again if ever there's a chance to be in Aparri.

I loved my stay at Midtown. It is at the heart of the town proper and within walking distance to everything. The food at their restaurant is good with a lot of choices on the menu which is perfect for days when you don't feel like roaming around.
I did notice my room had some cobwebs and the cable TV wasn't working, but those seem like easy fixes for the management to handle. Otherwise, I was happy with the room and the amenities themselves. The service is nice, and I especially appreciated the approachable staff and notable dedication of personnel to customer service

VVieraskäyttäjäThis is a nice hotel on Batan Island in Batanes Province in the Philippines. Batan Island has limited facilities and Residencia de Basco is a very good hotel for Batan. The workers are as nice as can be and do as good a job as they know how. The pool was wonderful and the hotel was within walking distance from the beach. The AC was very effective but the hallways are open air. The dining hall was moderately Airconditioned. The room was adequately stocked with shampoo and soap with a shaving kit and make-up kit as well as two toothbrush kits supplied. The door lock did not work when we checked in but was repaired as soon as we brought it to the hotel's notice.
However, for the traveler, this hotel left a lot to be desired. The room was clean but never serviced in the three days we stayed. The restaurant, important as there are limited eating facilities within walking distance, was not reliably opened. The selection of drinks was very strange, with multiple types of beer but no club soda available. When requesting room service, the meal was brought up on a tray and the tray was taken. Since they did not collect the dishes even when left in the hallway outside, it necessitated balancing multiple dishes to bring them back down to the Kitchen. In defense of the staff, as soon as they saw us carrying the dishes (on the next day of course) they ran to take them from us. When we went to settle the bill the night before (20:00) leaving as we needed to leave at 05:45 AM, we were told only cash was accepted. When we paid cash we were told there was no change available and we could pick up change in the morning. When morning came, still no change.
Wifi was nice when it worked but they use one-time vouchers which needed to be renewed every time the device lost the wifi signal. About 40% of the vouchers did not work and we requested vouchers multiple times a day for only two devices using perhaps 30 different vouchers in only three days. Since there is no cell phone coverage at the hotel, wifi was the only way to stay in touch.
All in all it was a nice stay but with very little effort and training it could have been much better.

AAnonyymi käyttäjäEverything is so perfect. Simple and people are really nice. Everything is neat, except the comforter is a little dusty. I have hyper sensitive skin and one of my top allergen is dust and so I have been scratching all the time. I guess if you are not as sensitive as I am you will not feel the same. I will still go back here if I have a choice because it is just located at the back of the airport. I love the proximity and accuracy in the description.

VVieraskäyttäjäSome staff are very helpful, we stayed for 3 nights they gave us only 2 water bottled. No glass,no kettle, no coffee phone is not working. Internet was very bad we have to stay near at the door just to get wifi, but once we moved to tv side Internet gone.Hope they will add some staff to make up rooms, seems not enough because we ask to make up our room since morning but they came at 5:30pm Stayed at pool view room, it was beautiful and amazing view anyway 🙂
