Located in central Puno near the old cathedral square so whatever tours you book there’s zero chance they don’t know where to pick u up. The little frustration (as in a lot of Latin American old towns) is that not every street in the old town is drivable. So say you booked a trip there’s a good chance you will walk two three blocks to jump on a bus but your tour guide will sort it out When people go Puno u usually either stay in the city or further out to be on a floating island. In my case I chose convenience over experience The hotel is generally clean. Breakfast is “alright” not pampered for choice but sufficient variety still Otherwise pretty no frills hotel. By the way they don’t give out free water here apart from your daily allocation of two bottles just buy from outside I wasn’t entirely sure the price is worth it I’ll never know I paid usd160 for two nights. Could have gone cheaper I suppose because it’s no more than a three star hotel experience wise either

Hotelli on päivätty, mutta huone oli puhdas ja sänky oli uskomattoman mukava. Hotelli kuitenkin epäonnistuu kun se tulee asiakaspalvelu. Aamiaisilla ei ole lämpöä tai tervetullut henkilöstöstä. Ensimmäisenä yönä nainen oli varastanut laptopinsa ja rahansa lukitusta huoneesta. vastaanottoreaktio ei voinut välittää vähemmän. Viime yönä lasin vahingossa kuppi kuumaa teetä ja kuppi murtui kappaleiksi. Vastaanottajan ensimmäinen reaktio ei ollut, ”Oletko kunnossa?” vaan pikemminkin ...” sinun täytyy maksaa”! Ja maksan, 5 sooloja!! Nämä kaksi tapausta osoitti minulle, kuinka huoleton ja rahaa ottaa tämä hotelli on. En koskaan palaisi ja varmasti EI suositella. Sinua on varoitettu!

It is located outside the town center but just a quick taxi ride which is not expensive. Very beautiful view from our room on the lake. Clean and nice facilities. Staff is very helpful.

Hôtel charmant, situé entre les places de Pino Park et la Plaza de Armas, à l'écart de la circulation offrant un calme absolu pour les nuits. Accueil très charmant et bienveillant. Chambres agréables, propres, spacieuses, avec espace de rangement pour les bagages, et radiateur! Très bonne literie, avec couvertures bien chaudes. Salle de bain propre. Eau chaude. Sèche-cheveux disponible sur demande. Petit-déjeuner en buffet. On y retrouve les basiques (pain, oeufs, avocat, fromage, jus de fruits, café/thé/lait), et des pancakes. Petit bémol sur le manque de variation d'un jour à l'autre. Très bon rapport qualité-prix compte tenu de mes avantages fidélité appliqués à cette réservation.

Não condiz com as outras Casa Andina que conheci no Peru; até a CASA ANDINA STANDARD MACHU PICCHU é melhor; principalmente em relação ao café da manhã. Não gostamos também do fato da gerente do hotel tomar café da manhã com os filhos/família no salão. No último dia em que ficamos no hotel, havia somente uma funcionária (tadinha, super querida) pra dar conta de tudo; um abuso...

Nice lake view and good location away from downtown. There was loud music/ performance at night (before 11pm) tho

El hotel muy buena la ubicación está cerca de todo lo recomiendo aún que deberían mejorar su infraestructura la atención es buena y me gusto la comida tradicional. Bendiciones y gracias espero puedan mejorar eso
