Hotellit mukavuudella Aamiainen maassa Malesia, provinssissa Terengganu

I would like to sincerely thank the Marriott Resort for the wonderful hospitality and kind treatment during my stay. I was truly impressed by the resort and by all the staff. I prefer not to mention any names because I’m afraid I might forget someone, but everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially appreciate the warm welcome and the beautiful arrangements prepared for our 10th wedding anniversary — it made our celebration very special. The rooms were beautiful and beyond description. God willing, this will not be my last visit. Thank you again for such a pleasant experience.

Nautimme todella oleskelustamme Peridotissa. Long Beach Villa -huone on kauniisti sisustettu. Näkymä huoneesta on henkeäsalpaava ja on todella mukavaa herätä meren aaltojen ääneen. Rakastamme myös heidän L'Occitanen kylpytuotteitaan. Koska hotelli on kuitenkin vielä remontissa, hotellin ympäristössä ei ole paljon mukavuuksia saatavilla. Sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä olimme todella nälkäisiä pitkän ajomatkan jälkeen SG:stä, mutta ravintola suljettiin klo 14. Ainoat vaihtoehdot, joita meille tarjottiin, olivat mennä muiden hotellien ravintoloihin rannalla. Tarjolla olevissa à la carte -menuissakaan ei ollut paljon vaihtelua. Halal-ruoan saaminen oli melko kaukana Peridotista. Mutta vaihtoehtoja ei ollut; virkistäytymisen jälkeen kävelimme rannalla ja kysyimme vain, voisimmeko syödä myöhäisen lounaan siellä. Aamiaisen valikoima oli rajallinen. Maksamaamme hintaan nähden se olisi voinut olla parempi. Rakastan kuitenkin heidän kananuggettejaan! Yöllä alueella voi olla melko hiljaista, mutta meille se ei ollut ongelma, sillä rakastamme hiljaista tunnelmaa ja nautimme rauhallisista öistä siellä. Wi-Fi-yhteys oli todella huono. Joten jouduimme käyttämään dataa suurimman osan ajasta. Ruokaongelman lisäksi huoneissa oli sähkökatkoksia melko usein oleskelumme toisena ja kolmantena päivänä.  Kaiken kaikkiaan se oli meille hieno kokemus. Huone on siisti ja perusmukavuudet on täytetty. Huomaa, että he ovat vielä koekäytössä; odotettavissa on täysi toiminta maaliskuuhun 2026 mennessä. Toivon, että voin palata siihen mennessä ja tilat ovat täysin toimivia ja parannettuja.

At first glance, the hotel looked very impressive from the outside. During the check-in process, the receptionist was very polite and courteous. Every question was answered kindly and with detailed information about the hotel and its facilities. The room was very comfortable and well-equipped with a convenient work desk, making it easy for me to complete my work. The Wi-Fi connection was fast, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. My husband also had the opportunity to enjoy the swimming pool provided by the hotel. The pool was Muslim-friendly, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed. In the evening, we decided not to go out for dinner and chose to have the hotel buffet instead. The dining experience was very pleasant, and the food was delicious. We were satisfied with the quality and felt that it was worth the price we paid. We also booked a package that included breakfast. The breakfast was superb and very tasty, and the staff provided excellent service by clearing the plates quickly and efficiently. Whenever we visit Kuala Terengganu in the future, we will definitely choose to stay at Hotel Raia again.

Palvelu on erinomaista. Vieraillessamme viereisten hotellien ravintoloissa huomasimme, että Coralin ruoka oli parempaa ja hieman halvempaa. He hyväksyvät venäläiset UnionPay-kortit maksamiseen (ja myös naapurimaassa Baratissa). Valitettavasti Korallin lähellä suurin osa koralleista on kuollut, eikä kaloja ole paljon. Hyvin snorklatakseen piti uida melko pitkälle. En suosittele halvimpien huoneiden ottamista. Jotkut niistä ovat liian pieniä, toiset voivat sijaita epämukavassa paikassa tai vuorella. Meidän piti vaihtaa huoneemme kalliimpaan lisämaksusta. mutta kaiken kaikkiaan vaikutelmat ovat erittäin hyvät. p.s.: hotellissa on ”ei alkoholia” -käytäntö. jopa olutta lähistöllä voi ostaa vain Baratista hintaan 18 rengas/tölkki

Kaiken kaikkiaan kaikki on kunnossa. Mutta huoneen sisällä oleva matto haisee hieman ummehtunutta ja kylpyamme näyttää myös mustalta. Huone on tilava deluxe-huoneelle, mutta kylpyhuone on vähän pieni, mutta kunnossa. Aamiaisruoka ei ole huono, mutta siellä pitäisi olla erilaisia ​​muita ruokia, eikö? Muut palvelut ovat ok, mutta pakkaus tuntuu hieman jäykältä ja palvelu on yksinkertainen.

Good things; Overall it is a nice resort, nice breakfast. I love the environment, big room, big bathroom, cozy. I just come during the maintenance, so there was no gym. Opinion; Not suitable for solo traveller unless you are very brave. Something I heard during a night consistently but there is no people on the rooms after my room 😂. I just ignore. Some for improvement; 1) Shower is clogging, need to replace. 2) No lock at the behind door, it is related to safety. I put some indicator and when I return back the item is moved. But not sure human or non-human caused 😂. Also I never saw any security persons do rounding. Overall it is a nice resort.

When we checked into the hotel, the front desk informed us that there would be renovation works in the hotel, and there might be noise from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. They asked whether we would like to move to the neighboring Ming Paragon Hotel instead, and I agreed to change. Both hotels share the same parking area. When booking the hotel, it was stated that parking was free. However, in reality, there is a charge of RM2.20 per day, which is actually acceptable. The problem is that every time we exit the parking area, we must inform the front desk staff. This morning, I left early and there was no staff at the front desk. A phone number was left, but when I called it, the phone was switched off! With no other choice, I had to leave, and I was charged RM8.00 for parking. When I returned to the hotel and explained the situation to the front desk staff, he told me that this was the parking operator’s charge and that the money could not be refunded!? I am extremely angry!

Sutra Beach Resort is the place to just rest and relax. Even though its quite old but the management still manage to maintain it at a surprisingly good condition. The beach was quite ok except fot the rubbish from the sea. We managed to collect some and turned them into something useful.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and very relaxing — perfect for a short getaway. The environment is calm and well-maintained, making it easy to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. The location is also very convenient, as it is not far from other beaches such as Pantai Kemasik, which makes exploring the area even more enjoyable. Most importantly, the staff were extremely kind and helpful. I accidentally left my bracelet behind, and they were honest enough to keep it safely and return it to me. I truly appreciate their honesty and excellent service. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!

Second time here hehe, and it still feels just as special. Perfect escape from the busy city life. Everything about it is so calm, peaceful, and relaxing. The atmosphere really helps you slow down and just enjoy the moment. Nights can get quite dark around the resort, but honestly it adds to the whole serene vibe and wasn’t an issue for me at all. Overall, a lovely place to unwind and recharge. Would definitely come back again.
