The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for my stay. In addition, basement parking is available, which made it convenient for guests with vehicles. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Overall this hotel is great. They got cafe that sell snacks that open 24hrs. The room is quite spacious for family or 3. They also got gym (level1) and laundry that got iron, washer and dryer (level 2). For parking you can park near the hotel or restaurant nearby. Receptionist showed great attitude 👍🏻

Check in was quite late. Took 30 minutes just for us to check in. We had to wait at the lobby. After driving 6-8 hours from KL, and really wanted to check in the room to freshen up, being tired and exhausted, this really tested our patience. Thank god there was kids play area at the lobby. So my girl 6yo could entertain herself after sleeping in the car along the journey. So that was good. The room was okay, not too big no too small. The toilet and shower was only divided by Glass door, wish they had a closed area for the toilet. Location was strategic as it’s near to Pasar Siti Khadijah. Came to attend a friend’s wedding and got to shop some local stuffs as well. Food in Kelantan not as good as before.. Went to Ulam Cikgu, and the food was not that good. Tasted better at Singgey Budu and Meghek in KL.

Ihana perhe-portaa Tok Aman Bali Beach Resort. Viime aikoina olimme perheemme kanssa Tok Aman Bali Beach Resortissa ja meillä oli erittäin miellyttävä kokemus. Resort tarjoaa rauhallisen ympäristön kauniilla näkymillä, tehdä siitä hyvä paikka rentoutua ja viettää laadukkaita aikoja yhdessä. Huone oli tilava, puhdas ja mukava koko perhe. Lapset nauttivat erityisesti uima-altaalla, kun taas arvosimme rauhallista ilmapiiriä ympäri loma. Henkilöstö oli ystävällinen ja apullinen koko oleskelumme, mikä teki kokemuksen vielä paremmin. Aamiainen oli hyvä monimuotoisuus. Kokonaisuudessaan se oli muistomerkillinen oleskelu perheellemme. Tok Aman Bali Beach Resort on hyvä valinta kaikille, jotka etsivät rentouttavaa rantalomaa perheen kanssa.

I would say this is the best hotel in Kota Bharu so far. The staff in front desk very good. The room are clean and spacious. The food especially the laksam was so delicious.

For families with babies, no fridge in here. Cheap enough for the price though so just an fiy. Then, the exhaust fan in the toilet were very loud (It's link with the toilet light). Would disturb sleep if you're a light sleeper. Advertise for its Muslim friendly, but still no tap water at knee height for easy absolution, there's tap water at the sink, bidet (with the trigger) and a shower head.

Stayed at H Elite Hotel for 2 nights. Overall, the experience was good.The breakfast offered a good variety of choices and was enjoyable. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the parking area was convenient and sufficient. However, the bed and mattress could be improved. The bed made loud spring noises even when just sitting on it, which suggests that the mattress and bed frame may be quite old and need replacement. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and upgrading the bed and mattress would greatly enhance guest comfort.

Actually, this is not the first time I stay in this hotel. I chose this hotel because of its good environment. It is a good choice.

Always be my choice for staying in Kota Bharu… Good location as walking distance to Pasar Malam Wakaf Che Yah… Foods are everywhere and the price is affordable… Many restaurants you could choose… For the hotel itself, the breakfast is amazing !! So yummy and variety of foods served… Highly recommended !
